Back again, year 5!! We should have a loyalty card 😂!!! What is so lovely about here is it’s consistent, always spotlessly clean and the same staff which I think is a good sign in any establishment( shoutout to Borja, Ismael, Megano and all of the other fantastic friendly bar, restaurant and cleaning staff) .. The location is super, tucked away on a quieter road but still walking distance to shops, restaurants etc.. Our family have now decided they love it too 😍 Roll on year 6 😎..

Outstanding hotel.

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Borja, Ishmael and the rest of the fantastic team at the hotel, you all ensured that our two week holiday was perfect in every way.

Just wanted to a big thank you to the staff as a whole including cleaners, lifeguards, restraunt staff and support staff who showed the highest levels of professionalism throughout.

As a team you ensured we had a warm friendly experience where nothing was too much trouble.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel and I have already booked our third for summer next year.

I will definitely recommend to friends, family and others due to the overall experience of this hotel.

The hotel is just the perfect all round accommodation,

First of all the location is outstanding, due to only having to take a few steps onto the beach, across the golden mile and only a few steps into the town centre.

The hotel rooms are spacious, beautifully clean, well equipped, cleaned daily to the highest of standards with laundry changes. The balconys are amazing with beautifull views, sun loungers and an outdoor seating area.

The amenities of this hotel are outstanding. Its boasts an outdoor/indoor pool, pool bar, gym, sauna and spa treatment (at a small extra cost).

This hotel has an amazing onsite restraunt and pool bar. The food is well priced with expectional quality. The live music at the restraunt (twice a week) was completely breath taking and well worth a visit even if your not a guest.

We are really looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to see you all again.

Here goes…our second year returning here and once again it didn’t disappoint !!! This really is the best spa hotel we have visited all the staff are fantastic!!! The rooms are still fantastic !! The pool and surroundings are still fantastic !!! We are a family of three and we can’t get enough of this hotel if we could visit more than once a year we would !!! What did we experience this year versus last year??? Well we tried the actual hotel restaurant on the evening and just WOW 😮 the food is beautiful …not too expensive especially if you compare it to UK PRICES AT THE MOMEMT !! Our family of 3 had a main meal each with two alcoholic drinks each for approx £120 euro !! When you compare that to UK it’s very good for the quality you get!!! We also experienced the hotel live entertainment (Spanish singers and performers) and that just blew us away they sang a range of popular chart songs and some Spanish iconic songs and it made our holiday !!! It was so entertaining I can’t recommend those nights enough (Wednesday and Friday I think) when you read through all the reviews for this hotel there is clearly a reason why most people say….this is my second or third or fifth visit !! We are planning to return next year it’s a gem of a hotel which in one way I don’t want to tell too many people about but the hotel deserves credit !! This hotel gets 9.9/ 10 in our opinion and we said as a family how could you really improve the Sultan??? As we like to relax in the amazing spacious rooms after an evening out in Marbella from about 10pm we decided it would be good if the TV’s in the room could be smart TV’s so we could come back to room which is such luxury and login to some apps and have late night entertainment but don’t get me wrong I know you are not on holiday to do that !! I’m just struggling to find a fault and that’s the best I can come up with !! Well done sultan !!! One more thing …this year your pool guy did a 40 minute pool music work out (which was never done last year and that was a pleasant surprise ) it wasn’t too much to annoy the guests but enough to surprise the guests I really liked the pool work out might be worth implementing that ) x
