The hotel was brilliant from the staff to the nice pool area with barcode scan at each bed to order food and drinks
Something on every night in main bar area I had breakfast in the hotel every morning and it was all good
Went out each night for food and stayed local on the main strip, few nice places but all similar
Went to Feugrinola and stayed at The Yaramar hotel , had refurbished room which was beautiful and very clean , staff were amazing .Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place, definitely worth every penny plus was mine and my husband's Anniversary so was made even more special
fell so frustrated about this hotel because on arrival everything looks perfect but then we got to room. Cleaning standards poor limescale on floor and no floor mopping inbetween days just changing of bed and towels. The pool is filthy and scum marks round pool also not swept or hosed down and no rubbish removed and glasses from day before all still on pool side tables . we dropped egg crumbs on pool side floor and it was still there two days later . Food how ever is very nice and in plenty
Currently on the last day of our holiday at this hotel, the hotel in general is “ok” but food, decor, entertainment is not of the same level as other TUI Blue hotels, breakfast is ok but evening meal is poor quality, very repetitive, ended up eating out. To say the hotel has supposedly been refurbished it looks tired and cheaply done.
Wanted to eat at the Cullinarium but did not accept men wearing tailored shorts - it’s over 30 degrees! Who wants to wear formal trousers in this heat, they say they have standards but 98% of the men are wearing tailored shorts and the hotel is just not of the standard where I would say this is necessary.
Requested maintenance for the room as aircon is very noisy, door stops missing with rusty screws stuck in the floor- these were replaced but shouldn’t have had to ask, room had a strange smell, like stale tobacco, they did offer a room move but had already lost a day of our holiday due to a 16 hour delay and couldn’t see that other rooms were any different to the one we had so declined the room change .
went for an early shower as going out to find no towels in the room, found the maid but informed they were waiting for laundry delivery so had to shower and get dried with a hand towel.
Staff work very hard.
Overall, would say it’s a good 3* or an ok 4* hotel but just not making the grade at the moment, wouldn’t return
My wife and I stayed for a week and it was wondeful....relaxed great location...the food and the staff were amazing..reception staff are so helpful and really care about the guests...Will definitely be back 5 *
