Marvelous stay
We have been going to the Yaramar for 20 years and each time gets better. From the location, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, friendliness of all the staff, wonderful food and great entertainment. It is near enough to the centre of things but far enough away if you don't want to be disturbed. The beach is across the road and it's only 20 minutes from Málaga airport in a taxi. Never fails to disappoint

Very disappointed
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor and made us feel unwelcome. The staff came across as unfriendly, unhelpful, and generally looked like they didn’t want to be there.
One of the most upsetting parts of our stay was overhearing members of staff talking about us in Spanish. We used Google Translate to understand what was being said, and it was clear they were making negative comments about us. This was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Guests should never have to experience this.
To make matters worse, the manager repeatedly gave us dirty looks instead of addressing any concerns or making us feel valued as paying customers. Rather than creating a welcoming atmosphere, the management only added to the negative experience.
Considering how expensive this hotel is, we expected a much higher standard of service. The prices simply do not reflect the quality of the experience. For the amount charged, we expected friendly, attentive staff and a professional environment, but unfortunately, we received the complete opposite.
Overall, the hotel feels significantly overpriced, the customer service is disappointing, and the attitude of both the staff and management left a lasting negative impression. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and respected, and sadly this hotel failed to do that. We would not recommend staying here and certainly would not return.
Our holiday
Hotel Yaramar surpassed all of our expectations. A lovely hotel with friendly caring staff and beautiful food. It was our first holiday on our own in over 30 years. Our time spent here is very special and we hope to return. Thankyou everyone. Your amazing. !!!
