We booked a 2 beedroom 3 room to a fair price Thursday throug Tuesday end of September
In the booking page it stated seaview
The big problem is that nowhere in the description, not even with invisible ink was it written, that our balcony was 50-100 meters from a highway with speeding cars, trucks and motorbikes
Our room was 38B
If we had the door open we could hardly keep a normal conversation going inside and when sitting for breakfast on the balcony we just had to laugh because of the absurd noise level
I am sure other rooms in this resort does not have this issue, but 38B is horrendous
Luckely we only used it as a base for sleeping and breakfast so it didnt ruin our vacation, but if your planned stay will focus on spending most of your time at the resort, make sure you really look into your rooms location before just booking due to the “seaview”
As for walking distance its around 40 minutes to the town center there is a board walk all the way from the hotel, I would personally book closer to town next time, but the distance also reflexts positively on the room prices
The room itself, the cleaness and the staff was all up to par, no complains there
Would we come again? Most likely Not
Fantastic resort. Great pools, great restaurants and facilities. This was our third yearly visit in a row. Handy place to walk to fuengirola. Taxis available on the resort to visit places like benalmadena/la Cala mijas/ torreminos/malaga etc. Love this place…well done Wyndham 👍
Check in was quick they upgraded my room also got a free lift to my apartment and help with luggage rooms was spotless! . I can see by some of the reviews people say they had a problem with ants but I didnt see any but there was bug sprays cleaning products etc I guess the people who complained about ants left windows doors open overnight definitely recommend staying if your looking for a relaxed holiday .
Easy booking check in was quick they have mini vans that take you to the room got a upgraded room so 5 stars from me !
