Excellent hotel and great staff from Reception, bar, breakfast, gym and chamber maids. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Absolutely lovely....all the staff, the hotel, the food, the chocs on the pillow every night and the cleanliness!! Our room was a suite on the pool side, so a bit noisy sometimes, but soon as the door was closed (an air conditioner came on auto), very quiet. Located a bit far from the beach, but was a small bus that you can use FOC.
Note: Quite a hilly place!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this experience. The room was great, the bars were fun, the conference was great. I never really got eat much other than breakfast (great cakes). Beach Club was a lot of fun too...
Disappointing for a five-star hotel
We stayed as part of a group and found far too many unexpected charges for a property of this standard. We were asked for 55 EUR to use the steam room and sauna, and again 55 EUR to sit on the loungers at the infinity pool after we had already swum. None of this was explained when we booked or checked in.
In the Mediterranean restaurant we were given bread without being told it was chargeable, then found it on the bill. There was no clear communication about prices.
The phone in our room was not connected, so we couldn't call reception. When we reported it and asked for someone to fix it, hours later nobody had come. When I asked for a vanity kit, I was told they don't provide them, which I did not expect at a five-star hotel. The food was also not at the level I expected.
The facilities are lovely, but the lack of transparency and the service let it down. I would not recommend it.
