Just a few meters from the beaches of the famous Mediterranean Sea, this hotel is located in Fuengirola, Spain. The airport is just about 20 minutes’ car ride away from the complex. There are plenty of options to choose what to do such as spending a lovely evening at the beach to relax and sunbathe or exploring the nearby cities. The complex is close to nice restaurants and bars perfect for a lovely dinner in couple or family. The outdoor pool area is a wonderful place where to spend a sunny day relaxing and sunbathing. The restaurant offers food options for every type of traveller and taste. The bright and spacious rooms with all the essential amenities will make each guest feel comfortable and have the best experience.
Site: On a busy roundabout. 1 min walk to beach direct from hotel beach gate entrance. Bus stops outside main entrance.
Weather: End of September. 1 day of rain. 2 overcast, but not cold days
Hotel: Very nice. Very clean. Staff very nice.
Restaurant: It was nice. Very bright. Big glass panes. Massive selection to cater for all tastes. Plenty of staff for a quick turn over of service. Staff work very hard to accommodate. High chairs for babies and toddlers. Not a lot variety for kids food.
Room. Very clean. Telly. A few English channels. Beds comfy. Air con in rooms. Nice balcony.
Hotel Staff: Very nice and pleasant. Good level of English speakers.
Hotel Wifi: Very poor in my opinion. Reception is very poor in outside areas.
Pool area: Very clean. Got an outside bar and food servery. Separate baby plunge pool. Lifeguard on duty at all times. There is an indoor pool as well.
They have a tennis table outside and a Fenced play area for kids
Bar: 2 serving areas. San Miguel on draught. Not a massive selection of bottled beers.
Entertainment: Average and normal. Bingo. Live Singers. Quizzes. Animation team was cool.
Be careful with the room keys. Its £60 if u lose it . You only get issued 1 key.
A decent weeks holiday and value for money in my opinion.
This is my opinion of this hotel and mine alone. We stayed here last year and returned again. The hotel is spotless clean. The room 25 was fantastic. The shower was fantastic. Food was not good. . Cold . Not acceptable and yes I did mention it . The Beer was awful and yes I also mentioned it and we had tobuy caned beer at the supermarket and the coke was flat. Your staff are amazing . Yes we will book for next year but please sort out you,drinks and cold food .
Overall it is a nice hotel. Positives: good location near beach on one side and bus stop and supermarket on other side within 50 yards. Room large and clean with good shower and plenty of hot water all day and good air con (still on at beginning Oct). We had a balcony with great sea views. Large modern TV with all 5 main UK channels plus a couple more. Mattresses medium firm which we liked. Cupboard with hangers for clothes. Daily entertainment in evening was good and the team went the extra mile. Negatives: hotel and rooms are dated although there has been refurbishment in some areas. Only one plug in the twin room! WiFi unusable at 0.7Mbps even in the common areas! There were 4 lifts on our floor but they were small so at meal times you had to wait a while to get one. Food was very disappointing, we were half-board. We got the impression there were 2 chefs, as sometimes food was undercooked and others not. There were fictional ingredients on labels and generally as a meat eater the selection was underwhelming and of poor quality. There were always fish and vegetable dishes of variable quality. The desserts were the same every night with minor flavour variations. After a few days it was boring.
Good location quiet area even though situated on main road, all rooms face towards sea away from road noise. Large supermarket and local bar just over the road and bus stops for both directions just outside.Rooms were a good size with good size balcony . 3 star hotel but was surprised no kettle or fridge in room yet these could be ‘hired’ from reception. Also around 5€ pd for safety box .Vfm ? In today’s high cost climate I suppose the cost (we were half board but could choose lunch or dinner)was reasonable as the staff made up for it all very pleasant and approachable especially Pablo MD in the dining room who my grandson finally warmed to after a week. Food was ok 3* reasonable selections for breakfast and main meals, eggs station and specialist cooking was good . Half board only get water with meals and I had to confirm coffee was available at breakfast for us, it was but it’s not clear. The lifts are ok but at busy times there’s a wait, there’s also a lift at the end of the corridors which is a good option which takes you to reception. The grounds / green areas/play area are good, pool and splash pool were well kept just a few problems with loose floor tiles around the pool area. We didn’t experience any neighbour noise issues. All in all a good experience and would re visit. Good for public transport links, bus outside and train 10 mins walk .
Really nice hotel, room's were very clean and well laid out beds excellent. The food was lovely. The location is 25 yards from the seafront, the staff were excellent in all respects well done.
