A honest review of the Hotel Angela
We were a party of 4 staying at the Hotel Angela from the 5th to the 15th of July 2026. I must admit that I was a little worried after reading some of the comments and seeing some of the low star ratings over the last few months. Having stayed at the Hotel for 10 nights then I am now totally baffled by some of the the bad ratings that had been posted. Here are our opinions about the Hotel. The staff throughout the Hotel were friendly, helpful, great to converse with and gave a first class service. The lounge bar staff, snack bar staff, reception staff were first class both in attitude and level of service. The maids attended our room every day and room was very clean and every one of them said good morning/afternoon. When we arrived we couldn't get into our room and one of the maids assisted us which was very kind of her, she stopped what she was doing to assist us. The Hotel grounds,corridors, and lifts were spotless. The entertainment was a little repetative and we only witnessed one average act over the 10 nights. We saw one of the acts 3 times over our 10 night stay which caused us to go elsewhere on the third time. This should not happen and to fair fair needs looking at. The food - There was a varied selection although I have to admit that over a 10 day period it began to be a little repetative but that is to be expected due to the fact that preparing the food is a massive operation. Nevertheless, the food was brilliant and there was always a wide choice. Someone previously mentioned that some of the food was cold but we didn't find any cold food, everything was warm. And last but not least, the TUI rep. The rep gave a first class servive. She answered every quetion that we put her and the big advantage appeared to be that she has lived in the area for a number of years and she knows everyting about the area. I felt that if we asked her what we had for breakfast she would hav known!! (hah ha) This review is a honest review unless you are a very picky person, and in our opinion it is impossible to give this Hotel one or two points/stars. It is pointless giving a write up for a Hotel unless it is true.

Lovely staff spotless rooms and public areas food variety excellent something for everyone one thing that could be improved water available at evening meal same as breakfast
The best hotel
Just got back from the hotel Angela. The place is fantastic spotlessly clean. Nice friendly staff. The best location straight opposite the beach. The food at this hotel is some of the best we have had can't fault anything about it will definitely be back.

We stayed her last year the hotel is lovely location is central staff are friendly and helpful maria in reception is exceptional her customer service is excellent goes over and above last year there was a few issues with the pool area and the restaurant so i can say there is defo enough sunloungers now even though i thought the restaurant food was good last year it is now improved this year my only gripe with the hotel is at breakfast there is tea/coffee hot water and cold water but at dinner there is nothing you have to pay for water tea/coffee yes if you want a drink you pay that fair but its says its a 4 star hotel i think its more like a 3 star plus due to no water tea/coffee at dinner and then it would be a 4 star this is important to your customers its the little things that matter room 117 29th june x 7 nights😎😀
