IKOS Marbella is quite simply world-class and, without question, the finest resort experience we have ever had anywhere in the world. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, from the outstanding restaurants and beautiful bars to the quality of the facilities and the remarkable attention to detail. What truly sets IKOS apart, however, is its people. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, delivering warm, thoughtful and highly personalised service throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the consistency of the service across the entire resort was extraordinary. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and resorts around the world, but IKOS Marbella operates at another level. It has redefined our expectations of hospitality, and we left feeling incredibly impressed, grateful and already eager to return.
This was our third visit to Ikos Andalusia, this time staying in a spacious and very comfortable junior suite overlooking the sea. Several staff members and venues once again stood out: Dining highlights: The beachfront lunch restaurant was excellent as always, led by the brilliant Darko, who was on top form. The Asian restaurant offered great service and high-quality food, while the Spanish and Italian restaurants continued to deliver impressive cuisine and service. Special mention: A huge thank you to Lucia at reception for her outstanding help resolving a few issues. Darko and Lucia truly represent the best of Ikos.
Quite possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic service the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The resort is superb, lots of different restaurants, food is high quality. Many different pools and always sun bed availability. Great facilities such as the crèche which we used twice and Mercedes and Maria were so welcoming and professional. We are already looking into our next Ikos holiday as we enjoyed it so much.
5 Star Hotel but could easily be 10 Star. We stayed 10 nights (couple) let me tell you this hotel operates as a 10 star. The level of service and food is incredible. The staff are extremely well trained and you can tell they like their jobs and work in good conditions. Do not hesitate to book. We will be back !
We have just returned from a wonderful five nights stay at IKOS Andalusia. It was a very memorable trip. The hospitality of the staff was five stars. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. We travelled with two very young children who attended the mini heroes club, my children can be quite shy and they did everything possible to make sure that they were relaxed and had a lovely time. A big shout out to Maria who runs the heroes club and all her team Jorge, Isabel, Sabrina lovely people who really took care of my children.
We ate at many of the restaurants. The food was great but we really enjoyed the buffet great variety and great choice.
The evening entertainment was also amazing. My four year-old thoroughly enjoyed the 8 o’clock show which actually was a whole family involved evening grandparents really enjoyed it. Also lots of variety from Bubbles and magic to pirates and singing.
The rooms were clean and spacious and everything was within walking distance. We were even able to hire a lovely mobility scooter for my father so he could get around the resort easily. Everything is very accessible.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and Maria ahead of guest services went above and beyond to look after us we will definitely be returning soon.
