Wonderful stsy
Second wonderful stay at Ikos Andalucia. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff team, but special thanks must go to Anita in guest relations, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. Looking forward to returning again.
Just fabulous !
So this our 5th time with Ikos . Last year we did not come thought too pricy as 11 of us, we all regretted it and decided to return !
Given this and the price , we all came with very high expectations and with our family requirements we moved to Deluxe also
Ikos Andalusia did not disappoint ! We did not have the smoothest of arrivals at the airport but this was quickly resolved and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded with a pool - fabulous All our rooms were great in terms of layout and needs .
The deluxe pool set up is excellent. Service first class. All the staff so friendly - nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Ericka, Dora and Josh. But everyone was brilliant
As ever food was fabulous. Our grandchildren love the buffet ( hence we had most of our evening meals there ) but lunch time and breakfast we experienced most of the other restaurants . All impressive.
Also room service was quick and of high standard
Our granddaughter really enjoyed the early evening show - fun, interactive and highly entertaining
I would also like to call out Ines and Ana the Deluxe reception team - customer service was exceptional Can’t really find fault anything. We all leave rested, relaxed and probably a few pounds heavier ! Already talking about next year ! Thank you. X

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia and honestly struggled to find anything to fault.
We stayed as a couple in July and booked a Superior Garden View room. We were delighted to be allocated a ground-floor room with a private garden, which was such a lovely space to relax and made our stay feel even more special.
The only very minor criticism we have is that the rooms could do with a few more drawers for clothing storage. It certainly didn’t affect our holiday, but it’s the only small improvement we could think of.
One thing I particularly wanted to mention was how exceptional the resort was for guests with dietary requirements. I have a gluten intolerance, and the Food & Beverage team and restaurant staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Every restaurant took great care to ensure I could eat safely, and it was such a thoughtful touch to find gluten-free snacks waiting in our room. It made me feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay.
Having previously stayed at Ikos Porto Petro, we personally preferred Ikos Andalusia. We loved the greater choice of adults-only areas, although it’s worth saying that the children never felt intrusive at all. During our stay, most families had older children, so the atmosphere remained relaxed and peaceful.
The service throughout the resort was outstanding. Every member of staff was warm, friendly and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having the best possible holiday.

"Exceptional Family Holiday at Ikos – Seasons Restaurant & Deluxe Team Were Next Level"
We’ve just had another truly amazing holiday at Ikos, and once again the staff made it exceptional.
A special thank you to Matteo and the Deluxe team for making this such an unforgettable experience for myself, my wife, and our two daughters, Tiggy & Tula. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth really stood out.
The Seasons restaurant has raised the bar this year. The specials each evening were outstanding — last year was beautiful, but this year was on another level. Huge credit to Eva, Cristina, Eliska, Kevin, Diego, Niamh, and the entire kitchen team for their creativity and service.
I’d also like to give a big shout out to the pool staff, especially Dora and Josh, who kept everything running smoothly and always with a smile.
Thank you to everyone at Ikos for making our family holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing
Well where shall u start . We’ve just returned from a 10 day break with our 18 And 19 yr old daughters… From start to finish we’ve had the most amazing time . Yes it’s expensive but you get the very best of everything. We stayed in 2 x 1 bedroom delux appartments. The amazing Matteo looked after us again this yr and he’s the main man absolutely amazing. He just wants to make your holiday so so special . A simple text and he moves mountains to make your wish come true whether it be car hire , massages , trips, restaurant reservations , he will make it happen He takes the stress out from your holiday . Nothing is too much trouble He’s very special at what he does. Anniversary flowers and chocolates to our room . The special touches which mean such a lot A special shout out to the staff in seasons this yr , Eva and her team are just great . We ate there loads as the food is so good they’ve introduced special show cooking for dinner which we really enjoyed . Kevin Christina , Diego Eva love their jobs and it shows such warmth and good vibes when your with them . The new guys to the team This yr Johan and Cristian were a great addition had lots of lovely convos and laughs with them while they made sure our glasses were never empty and the food just kept coming . Now to the Dulux pool .. The amazing adorable Dora she’s such a ray of sunshine always happy smiles in abundance… we missed her on her days off. But they are well deserved as she works so hard Josh was constantly looking after us always on hand to suggest new cocktails or drinks to try . He’s got a great knowledge of the island so can give you lots of history lessons. He’s got a lovely way of always being around calm strong and just wants to make your day at the pool the best . Thanks guys you’ve all made our holiday We will be back next yr and really can’t wait
