This hotel is in a gorgeous location which is quiet but you can access the Marina and town centre by bus, taxi or on foot. The staff is this hotel's superpower. Reception was brilliant and our cleaners did a brilliant job. The bar and dining room staff were friendly and efficient despite being constantly on the go. We had a non sea view room, these had been booked up but the location was good. (211). Our meals always offered a great choice The lady who cooked the fish and the guy who cooked the meat from scratch were brilliant. Puddings were varied and delicious. The temperature of the food was good too. Lunch by the pool offered a decent choice and was cost effective. Drinks in the chill out terrace bar after dinner provided wonderful views to enjoy Would I return? Absolutely. Thank you all the staff for making our stay so relaxed and memorable.
Just had a 9 day stay at this hotel Every aspect of it was great from start to finish The best thing about it is the attention to detail by all the staff The staff at reception had arranged for us to have the room we asked for and provided a bottle of cava for my husbands birthday with a box of chocolates So special thanks to angelque and Diana We stayed on a privilege basis and that was great. Breakfasts in the morning with really fresh orange juice If you just take a minute to talk to the staff cleaners gardeners and pool guys as thes are the people that work so hard here to make our stay perfect Pool is great and it’s literally 10mts to the beach on which the hotel has private beds and umbrellas. All free by the way
Walking this piece of coast it became evident that between H10 and Costa natura there are no places to eat or drink, so thankfully we found the H10!
Great service, cold beers and well priced sandwiches with fries.
We had a lovely stay here and found the hotel to be clean and a good variety of food on offer .my only criticism was the lack of teas available such as herbal and green but other than that ,the stay was,pleasant and the staff always helpful
No complaints, Good choices of food Clean, Rooms well looked after Very polite and friendly staff Peaceful atmosphere Will visit again
