This elegant hotel is located in the quiet town of Estepona, just a couple of minutes from a sandy and rocky beach (150 metres away). The town centre is 10 kilometres away. Marbella and the yacht harbour of Puerto Banús are ten minutes from the hotel (about five kilometres). The town of San Pedro is four kilometres away and Malaga airport is 72 kilometres away.
This five-storey hotel, built in 2003, has a total of 102 rooms.
The tastefully decorated rooms are equipped with en suite bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, fridge, air-conditioning, central heating and safe (surcharge).
For guests to relax and recuperate, the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
PROS .This hotel is nice,but it is in the middle of an urbanisation..the hotel itself is good and the food was good.the room was comfortable and the air con worked.beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft which is good for me personally.the pools are well looked after and cleaned daily.the maid service was daily which was good and they were very nice.sunbeds were plenty and didn't have to throw towels on them at 6am to reserve one.if the only thing you want to do is lay round the pool all day and not go anywhere ,then this place is for you. CONS..in the middle of an urbanisation..no entertainment on an evening..played rubbish music during the day.staff on the pool bar was not good as there was only one on at any time,which meant a waiting time for a drink.the transfer from the airport was nearly 2 hours..there are no shops around the area to visit unless you want to do a shopping day at a supermarket or buy a load of rubbish at a Chinese shop.oh and if you want to buy a boat for over a million euros,then you're in.as a couple that likes to walk out in the day,it was not for us.if you book this hotel you need to book a sea view room as at the front of the hotel is a motorway that is as busy as the A1 at rush hour.
Hotel is In a brilliant location local shops when needed plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from you won’t go hungry that’s for sure! Although the food in the hotel is 10:/10 and hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the beach one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

An unforgettable stay at Globales Paraíso Beach
I honestly cannot say enough good things about my stay at Globales Paraíso Beach. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with an exceptional level of kindness, warmth and hospitality. The staff went far beyond simply doing their jobs — they genuinely made me feel welcomed, comfortable and looked after.
I would especially like to recognise Fatima Zahra, who works in the kitchen, Hicham, one of the chefs, and the male receptionist who looked after me during my stay. These three people really stood out and made my experience incredibly special.
They were always friendly and helpful, recommending places for me to visit and giving me advice that made exploring the area much easier. They also made everything so easy whenever I was coming in and out of the hotel, always welcoming me with a smile and making sure I had everything I needed.
And I have to mention the food! 😍 The food was absolutely delicious. A huge thank you to Fatima Zahra and Hicham for the care, effort and passion that clearly went into preparing it.
What I appreciated most was that their kindness felt completely genuine. They didn’t make me feel like just another guest — they made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
I’ve stayed in different hotels before, but I’ve always believed that it’s the people who can turn a good hotel stay into a truly memorable one. Fatima Zahra, Hicham and the receptionist did exactly that for me.
To the management of Globales Paraíso Beach, I hope you recognise these members of your team and let them know how much their kindness and hard work are appreciated. They are a real credit to your hotel.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and found the overall level of professionalism to be extremely poor.
When we were checking out in the middle of the night, the staff member responsible for the reception was asleep at the desk. This alone gave a very unprofessional impression.
The cleanliness of the room was also far below what we would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bed linen appeared dirty, and the floor had clearly not been cleaned properly. Overall, the room did not feel properly prepared or cleaned before our arrival.
During our stay, we also noticed several young men smoking cannabis at the hotel. We informed the staff and were told that they would take care of the situation. However, the following evening the smell was still very noticeable, so we raised the issue again. Despite being reassured once more, it was obvious that nothing had been done, as the hotel still strongly smelled of cannabis when we checked out. What disappointed us even more was that, before booking, we specifically called the hotel to ask whether any rooms faced the busy road. We were clearly told that the hotel did not have rooms facing the road. This turned out to be completely untrue, as our room was directly facing the heavily trafficked road. We specifically asked this question before booking because it was important to us, so we feel that we were deliberately misled.
Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, misleading information, a lack of action from the staff, and the extremely unprofessional behaviour at reception made this a very disappointing stay.
I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both the management, cleanliness standards, and the professionalism of the staff.
