This exceptional resort boasts a magnificent location in Benalmádena right on the water's edge, and just a short taxi ride to Benalmadena Marina. The resort's convenient location means the villages of Mijas and Fuengirola are not far away with tennis and golf clubs, as well as a casino nearby. Moreover, Malaga international airport is a mere 20 minutes’ ride. Visitors may love to relax by the side of the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathing or resting under the shadow of an umbrella. After a full day of sightseeing, sporting action or playing on the beach, guests can unwind in the comfortable rooms, which are perfectly equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel is very large and as a result very busy and noisy which is to be expected when there are lots of children . If a quiet hotel is what you want then here is not the place. The hotel is a credit to the cleaners as the rooms are very clean . The only critique I would say is the showers go from freezing cold to boiling hot which could be unsafe when showering children . The onsite shop is excellent with lovely fresh food . Staff are all lovely and very helpful.
This was our first family holiday with our 3 year old grandaugher. The hotel is certainly large, but its very clean and you have everything you need and more. We had a penthouse apartment, which was lovely and nice and quiet on an evening. The buffet breakfast and dinner is as expected, food could be warmer. The staff are all great, my grandaughter loved the mini disco on an evening, the team that does that are wonderful. My only issue ( and I work in the leisure industry) is the lifeguards spend more time chatting than watching the pool. They have chairs but tend to stand on the bridge over the pools, in an emergency this would add valuble time for them to reach the pool. Overall though we did all have a great time.
The location of this hotel is perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants around and it’s right on the beach. The pool has been madly busy with children until today when it seems a bit calmer. The large pool is deep at 2 m 40. The rooms are ok, the beds are comfy as is the sofa bed. The balconies all have an air conditioning fan which makes a dreadful racket. We have not had food or drink in the hotel, we did attend the Michael Jackson tribute for about 10 minutes ! It was so awful we left and have not been back despite their being entertainment nightly, it is in a horrible room..
Been here 3 years ago was hoping to get back an this was the year for my 40th had a brilliant sea view 2nd floor we ate in restraunt near pool one night was ok paid for dinner in buffet one night was actually nicer than the terrace restraunt we were self catering so ventured out most evenings mostly to cocos down road but also found further down the strip sabatinis was fab and water margin the rooms are small but clean we had one or 2 cockroches on balcony from the wall but didn't bother us staff are friendly entertainment very good but I did notice some people in wheelchairs not able to leave moonlight bar doors where closed its not sign posted very well that u need to leave far side of stage after certain time as doors need to be closed pools are great an pool party are great fun over all bar bit pricey an supermarket downstairs is handy but also bit pricey would but return again we had a great time
Im here now and so disappointed our room smells of sewage… they would not move us as no rooms available apparently. The room is so old and feels like in a dungeon…. Honestly im so upset. Just me and 3 kids…. Help me
