This beach-front, luxurious hotel boasts a privileged position on the sea promenade for leisurely walks and right on the Benalmádena marina. Those staying at this up-scale accommodation option will be able to appreciate the varied entertainment and dining offer in the surrounding area. Moreover, Malaga airport is a mere 20 kilometres away from the premises. All the spacious and contemporary guest rooms are the best spaces in which visitors may relax during their stay. They include useful amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities and the superior rooms also offer exclusive welcoming amenities and scenic views from a large balcony. Guests can unwind at the spa and wellness centre and sample delicious international and Mediterranean specialities at the on-site restaurant. The hotel is also provided with a large swimming pool for guests to get a good sun-tan at the deck.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This was my second stay , first was in 2022 , I was expecting a lot considering the recent makeover , however, the rooms are very tired , bathrooms are dire , air con wasn’t working when we got there they sent maintenance up who put hand in front of vent and said it’s okay , I complained further as it clearly wasn’t working so they sent a different person up who actually tried and went up in roof etc and it was okay from there but the reception did give us a fan too , as friends and families travelling together others in the party were in the Triton , Spirit,San Fermin and S/C and had much superior aircon and rooms. Third day we got up to no hot water , when we called reception they said ‘we know ‘ no apologies just should be an hour it’s getting worked on. Food was okay. It’s not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination, I woont be staying here again nor do I recommend it to anyone, there are far nicer hotels , the location is great but that’s it for what it costs.
This is our first time to the Riviera Costa Del Sol and we were not disappointed. The room was a nice size, excellent shower, very comfortable bed and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The breakfast was very good and looked to be catering for all different requirements. The pool area was lovely and clean, no problem getting a sun bed and the pool towels are the best we have ever had. Access directly onto the promenade was nice. All staff were lovely and helpful. Location is superb with easy walking to the harbour or restaurants on the promenade. We would definitely recommend and hope to return sometime again in the future.
Beware if you have previously stayed when it was Tui hotel ...you will be disappointed. Hotel now mostly via jet2 for UK travel and despite small upgrade there are some major negatives ... hot tub/jacuzzi on lower terrace now removed. No poolside entertainment ie aquafit. Lounge area now premium only coffee bar. No evening entertainment. Sofa beds by pool now at 85euros a day, reducing sunbed capacity. Downstairs gym now yoga area and top comfy seating now a yoga area too. Hotel good....but looks like they are targetting a totally different audience.
Perfect location with beach on our doorstep and a nice 10 min walk to Puerto marina , atmosphere was chillied and not too loud around the pool area which was clean. Out room was on the 5th floor with a sea view and a queen sized bed, room was cleaned daily. Our stay was bed & breakfast only and there was a good choice for breakfast from cooked to cold options, loved the omlette station. This hotel was perfect for our stay.
A really lovely and clean hotel. Spacious balcony with good view over the sea and superb room with very large and comfortable bed and twin wash basins! The staff were all very helpful and friendly and drinks were reasonably priced. We went B&B only and breakfasts were plentiful with excellent choice. The hotel is also well positioned close to the beach, shops and many bars and restaurants.
