This hotel in the holiday resort of Benalmádena lies some 250 m from the sprawling, wide sandy beach and 1 km from the centre. A bus stop is located within just metres of the hotel, while scores of bars and pubs lie a short distance away, shops and restaurants as well as a nightclub are to be found in the centre of the town a mere 200 m to 400 m from the establishment. Surrounded by lush gardens, this elegant hotel is a perfect option for all those who wish to escape from hustle and bustle of the city life. The rooms are ample and well-equipped to provide a peaceful ambience in which to kick back at the end of the day. Guests may take advantage of the 2 swimming pools with integrated children's pool, bar, parasols and sun loungers. The in-house solarium is available for use by hotel guests. Sports enthusiasts may find leisure facilities in the vicinity of the establishment. The hotel runs a seasonal entertainment programme.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Excellent staff in all areas food was ok very varied pool are very clean no nasty mud my only gripe was new sunbeds needed urgently
Holiday review. Just got back from a week away at this hotel ,so I am going to give you my honest opinion. Food Really good fell away a bit in the last couple of days but loads of choice only let down was the deserts not much choice, ice-cream every meal deserts are not a lot of taste. Breakfast was brilliant even had black pudding.
Staff Nealy all wear polite and worked really hard the hotel was spotless, found the bar staff to be the worst.
Room Quite modern for the two of us maybe a bit cramped if u had three in it
Allin room Brilliant idea open from 11 till 11 u had a coffee machine, hot chocolate, water, juice, fizzy pop ,cakes, burgers, hot dogs crisps really lovely idea.
Pools Top pool New beds bit cramped but ok now remember parts of the area doesn't get the sun till afternoon. Bottom kids pool This is just like butlins on speed and really uncomfortable sun loungers i would sooner laid on a bed of nails be warned.
Entertainment Not great but ok for the kids great entertainment team getting the kids involved. Did electronic bingo a few nights that was good.
Cleanliness Spotless great credit to the staff for cleaning.
Location The great debate cardiac hill i found it ok but if anyone as any walking difficulties do not go to this hotel.
Bad things The carpet outside are room smelt like when u have not emptied the hover for a month really bad stink. The hotel is in need of a lick of paint in place's and lets the hotel down. Noise, ok u are on holiday in a family hotel but banging doors all hours and the people above us were like a heard of elephants still banging at 2am, I have never come across bad manners as much as this holiday ,sat around the pool and u have people with there mobile phones on loudspeaker or talking with the other person on loudspeaker iam sorry I do not want to hear your conversations, some people do not have any respect. This is of course not the hotels fault.
Overall thought's This is the cheapest hotel in the brochure so value for money it's really good only let down by a couple of things . If u are like us and can not afford expense hotels then it's this is a really good choice .
Rooms nice, pools nice. cleaners come everyday which is good. However the food on the buffet can be questionable with the same food made every single breakfast/dinner. Steep walk up the hill to get to it from local bars and the beach. Only thing i wasn’t impressed with was the shower situation waiting for a late flight. Waited an hour and 15 mins for a shower room, to be met with wet and unclean towels. The lady on reception had no idea what was going on with the one room needed to shower multiple couples and families. Definitely could have been handled better.
The hotel was lovely I would definitely recommend. I went with my daughter who is 13 and we had an amazing experience. Staff were fantastic very friendly professional and welcoming.
The staff at the bar by the pool where so nice I have to mention Lola Lidia Arianna Verónica Dom António Sylvia Eka Juanma they all worked at the bar and restaurant and where lovely great service great chats and very professional. Manuella Organising the entertainment every evening hosted great shows and games by the pool.
The location was perfect near the beach Benalmádena town centre, Torremolinos and Malaga city only a short bus with a bus stop beside the hotel. Beautiful hotel kids friendly and adult friendly. One of the pools was kids free which was lovely for us.
Very good value for 7 nights 8 day we just had breakfast included which was perfect close to lovely restaurant for dinner in the evening. Breakfast was lovely Patricia one of the waitresses was so helpful and friendly every morning.
Rooms and hotel was very clean every day we had house keeping and plenty of towels and we had a lovely sea view room with a balcony.
Only 10 minute walk to the beautiful Marina.
Definitely will go back again and the weather was lovely mid September 👌👌
7 people all inclusive from 8/9/26 - 22/9/26. Desperately needs a refurb! No tea/coffee/kettle in room (could purchase at 2.5 euros per day). We went to the supermarket and purchased our own. Food was barely warm which is a health hazard. Restaurant was noisy. Reception is a shambles..... Tried to book an extra room for 2 guests who were arriving 21/9/26. 1st attempt: Girl on reception confirmed there was a room available, but couldn't pay until guests arrived! 2nd attempt: spoke to Simon who informed us you have to book online at Medplaya.com. We tried this and was given a reference number. But it turned out the payment had not gone through! Guests turned up 21/9/26 only to be told no booking had been made, there was nothing showing on the system. Asked to speak to Manager (Luis) but he was not available!. 3rd attempt: Different person on reception told us there was a room available and that we could pay by card over the counter!! Why were we not told this in the first place? Our first and last time at this hotel
