This beautiful hotel is located in Benalmadena, an entertaining and well-connected city in Spain. The airport is about 15 minutes’ drive away. Close to the beach, this complex is surrounded by a big variety of different and fun activities easy to get to by any of the public transportation methods.
The cleaners and other workers have been very nice to us, we have no complaints towards any of the workers.
We expected better from this hotel, not enough spots by the pool, pool being closed because someone's child pooped in the pool, thin walls between the room. And the worst thing has been the power outages. For the last 2 days have we been met with no power. Waited outside the ground for 30 minutes before the power went back on. Elevators didn't work. People had to carry their buggy's and children all the way up the stairs. Luckily we weren't that high up, thank gosh.
We don't know if this has to do with the power, but there is some kind of generator on, that makes a lot of noise outside, and it keeps bothering us in our room. Not that we expected peace and quiet in this hotel, but this is rather annoying
The food was meh. For breakfast it was alright, but skipping the dinner is worth it.
Would love to add the video, but tripadvisor doesn't allow it. During breakfast water kept leaking out of the ceiling, and the power kept going off, great!
If the power outages would have been a one time thing, it would have been alright, but constantly having to wait before I can put a light on is getting annoying. I hope the power is in our favour the next couple days!
The area is great, when you walk out of the hotel you are met with many stores and a gorgeous beach. Many great restaurants and little shops.
We won't be booking here again. For the price you pay it's not worth it, but we admit this is one of the prettiest hotels in the area, and we have no complaints with the aesthetics.
We arrived as a family of 6 on 16th August
The look of hotel lovely
However the hotel says 4 star this is not a 4 star hotel at best 3 star plus
Negatives
The lifts ( please do not bring children who need buggies you could end up carrying the buggy up or down stairs)
The power goes off several times! Having to use your torch to see the food.
The food in restaurant okay !
The service in the pool restaurant awful, staff not friendly or helpful
The cleanliness - rooms not cleaned properly . 1 day we had no maid service at all ! Used cups not taken and towels not chsnged
Plus

Both Husband I very well travelled this was worse hotel Jet 2 take it off your family destination
Having paid £5000 we are deeply disappointed !
Pool closed 4 times due to poo, kids park closed due to poo onslide, air con broke, safe broke, reception rude, lifts always broken. Not worth the money
Beautiful Hotel and Fantastic views. But that's where the positives end. The room cleaning was appalling, the floor was never cleaned, beds not made in 6 days and only 2 Towels left for 4 people each day which ment constant trips to reception. The hotel suffered power outages which ment no lifts or air con working, we were on the 8th floor and struggled paticularly when we had to bring out Cases down and was offered help but no one came, dinner was served cold and in the dark. None of the reception could offer clear advice or even cared, Rachel the customer advisor was useless and hid from people complaining and there were lots of complaints. Won't be returning due to lack of customer service and poor cleaning.
We came as a family of 4 in the middle of August. Check-in was smooth and easy. The hotel is beautiful and we were pleased with our premium room in block 2. Great location close to the beach and marina. Our kids absolutely loved the children’s splash pool - this was closed for one day during our stay which is a shame. We went full board, the food was very repetitive so we did eat out a couple of times. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly apart from one of the grumpy breakfast chefs! Room cleaning could be a bit better as well - our floors were only mopped once or twice during our week stay, so our feet were constantly black from the filthy floor! The mugs and glasses weren’t always changed either so we was left with dirty coffee mugs for a couple of days. Didn’t use our free spa visit as our children are 6 and 2 so don’t think they could attend as well - the lady on reception who checked us in didn’t really know anything about the spa so we didn’t bother. The rooftop bar is beautiful, we also enjoyed the pool up there as well.. the staff came around with a tray of sandwiches in the afternoon which was a nice touch! Overall we did enjoy our stay and would most likely return
