This beautiful hotel is located in Benalmadena, an entertaining and well-connected city in Spain. The airport is about 15 minutes’ drive away. Close to the beach, this complex is surrounded by a big variety of different and fun activities easy to get to by any of the public transportation methods.

Great location, close to the beach, marina and amenities. The premium room we stayed in had a sea view and was perfect, very clean and spacious. Sunbathing around the pool was very noisy because of activities broadcast through a microphone which did not create a relaxing atmosphere for us. On the whole, the service and food was good and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
This is a beautiful hotel we will return and we would recommend it. We had a really enjoyable week. We had 2 junior suites for 7 nights half board. However there were a few things that could have been done better. We’ve stayed in other 4 star hotels in the area and the Best Triton fell below standards in comparison for communication and servicing the room. For 5 days of our stay the spa was closed for scheduled maintenance. There was absolutely no communication of this to us when we checked in. In fact we received a voucher for complimentary access to the spa. When we went down to book treatments there was a sign on the door that the spa was closed for the remainder of our stay. I brought it up with reception and they said it’s on the website. I would have expected to be told when checking in. 1 of the rooms was never serviced properly. Room wasn’t cleaned 2 days in a row, towels were removed but not replaced, one day 1 towel was left, bottled water was not replenished. Every day there was a different issue not sure if it was due to staffing issues. Some days we didn’t say anything, some days we went to reception to ask for towels and even then we didn’t receive them so the next morning we took them from a trolley in the corridor. Feedback was given to reception and through the survey so hopefully they make improvements.
Very nice clean hotel. Staff in all departments very professional, welcoming, friendly and efficient. Rooms excellent and well thought-out. Brilliant positioning being upon the beach and only a few minutes walk to the spectacular Marina with many shops and bars and a busy buzzing night life Food selection and quality very good. Drinks selection very good and reasonably priced. All in all a superb Hotel for couples, singles and families. Would not hesitate to return.
The Hotel met all expectations, it was clean well kept and the staff were helpful. There are several bars to visit and loads of seating in various areas to relax. The room we had was very spacious and a decent size balcony with a great sea view. The Hotel is great value for money and did not disappoint, the rooms were serviced every day, and at night the Hotel was quiet. There were several stores close by, and a pharmacy, the beach was just a stroll away literally metres from rear Hotel entrance which security coded via your wrist band.
