Great experience at the hotel triton
Great location to marina. Hotel is faultless, great atmosphere about the hotel, staff kept our room spotless, breakfast and dinner time at hotel there was lots to choose from and food was very good, overall we will be back to the triton in 2027, and going by reviews everyone loves the place, best bar along in Benalmadena is at back door of the hotel carte d” or .

Fantastic hotel
Was here for a week at xmas ,,had a fantastic time ,,couldn't find fault with anything & staff & cleaners were so nice,,was looking at some recent reviews & you just can't please some people,,yes it's busy at peak holiday times !,,pathetic,,coming back here this August 2026 & really can't wait,,Happy days,,,see you soon,,
Beautiful hotel, but bad experience.
Just back yesterday from a week in Best Triton with my wife and 2 young daughters under 3. I have mixed reviews regarding my stay. I found the hotel really nice and modern and my room (1344) was handy to the restaurant, reception and pool. It was more handy for the lift situation with a couple of times they weren’t working and we had to walk. The food was nice but basic, but with 2 fussy kids this wasn’t an issue. I seen other people writing also, it was a bit of a free for all having to dodge everyone trying to go from each section of the buffet. The thing that has me not want to visit again is the cleaning of the rooms. I arrived the Thursday, on the Saturday a bottle of water dropped and smashed on the floor. I reported this to reception on the Sunday morning AFTER I asked a cleaner to remove it. Then EVERY single day for the next 4 days me and my daughters were still finding glass around the room. I reported this 3 times to reception, asked 2 house keeping cleaners to clean the room properly and was still finding shards of glass. My wife cut her foot once but isn’t 1 for complaining so didn’t want to make a fuss. The towels from day 1 were still sitting in my room so weren’t getting removed when new ones were provided. It’s a shame, the hotel was lovely and we would have certainly booked again but I find that unacceptable.

Lovely hotel and great location. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff were all helpful especially Miguel, Triago and Nicholas. Our room was lovely with great views and very clean and comfortable.

Family hotel
Good family hotel. Don’t like queuing for sunbeds at 10 am. Buffet was a bit of a free for all. Clean- and friendly staff.
