I have stayed here several times before but this year was not good ,when we arrived got to our room opened balcony door looked onto a not finished of workman’s site with rubbish all over .you could wright your name on floor under bed with dust bathroom sink was dirty the glass on balcony was filthy I reported this took three to get cleaned and glass on balcony was same until we left.but last three days of our holiday there was midges flying about in room and myself and my husband he had 48bites I had 33 I spoke to the hotel several times about this and was handed a can of insect bite my husband sprayed the room and all you saw was heaps of midges falling of the wall into our bed for the last three days we sat on a chair all night we were in a premium room not what you would expect.after paying £1,700for a week holiday love holidays does not want to know .
My daughter and I spent a week in a premium room with sea view, the room was lovely and had a great view of the sea and hotel gardens. We chose bed & breakfast as we know the area well and there's a great choice of restaurants to eat. We treated ourselves to the infinity pool area for our last day which was €25 which included 2 sun loungers and towel, parasol, bottled water, fruit kebab and a cocktail and also the use of the infinity pool. There's a good gym if thats you're thing and entertainment in the evening as well as poolside entertainment during the day ( probably high season only).
What a fabulous hotel in a superb location, just a couple of blocks back from the beach.
When booking online, we were initially looking at bed and breakfast, but there was an option to upgrade to half board for just an extra £30 per person for our entire five-night stay. We decided to add it, and what an absolute bargain that turned out to be!
The food was incredible. I’m really not a lover of hotel buffets, so for me to say that this one blew me away is quite something.
Every evening there was a different theme, including a gala night, and the choice and presentation were outstanding. I have honestly never seen a buffet like it in a Spanish hotel. I’ve seen this standard of food on cruise ships, but never expected it here. On the gala evening there were whole crabs, mussels, prawns and an amazing selection of beautifully presented food. It really did feel special.
Our room was lovely. We were on the fifth floor with a sea view and the balcony was perfect. We had sunshine in the morning and shade later in the day, which suited us perfectly.
The pool areas were clean and well maintained, with lovely refreshing pools to dip into. There were plenty of sunbeds and, importantly, plenty of shaded areas too. We never felt as though we had to fight for somewhere to sit.
The evening entertainment was okay, although that wasn’t something we particularly booked the hotel for, so it certainly didn’t detract from our stay.
What really says it all is that before we had even left, we had already decided we would definitely come back.
A huge thank you to all the staff for such an enjoyable stay, and a special mention has to go to the Head Chef in his very tall chef’s hat! You and your team made the food one of the real highlights of our holiday and helped make this hotel stand out from the rest.

Very nice hotel, great location, all he staff were great
Just returned home yesterday from our first visit from this lovely hotel , stayed in premium room very clean and comfortable bed.staff worked very hard at keeping rooms clean. Food was lovely plenty of choice , absolutely no complaints at all , pool area is beautiful and had a day in adults only area with infinity pool was just so lovely. All staff are very friendly and welcoming we found, hotel is in a good location. Will definitely stay again .
