This hotel was absolutely lovely, on arrival, reception staff - excellent, Room - beautiful, comfy, clean. Restaurant - Food, delightful, good quality. Staff - and here's the problem. One young loud mouthed waiter/ seating manager took exception to our group of 8 arriving separately, insisting that if we did not arrive together our table would be reallocated within minutes. Extremely unfriendly, rude, spoilt our evening. Not what I expected as everyone else was so friendly.
On the whole, I really liked this hotel. My room was spacious and clean…and I loved that there was a bath. Great that the hotel surprised me with cake and bubbly on my birthday. Lovely touch. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice…and really hot coffee. However, a slight annoyance were the staff who greeted you at breakfast! They didn’t…they carried on talking with no eye contact…or welcome to me…the guest. Rude! (The last morning, 4th October, a young man who was extremely friendly and pleasant) Other staff…at reception and the bar were lovely. Close to the marina and beach…the uphill walk back may need to be considered.

Good hotel - very centrally located. Hotelitself a bit dated. Good side view and grounds view from balcony which was quite large. Room plenty of storage just dated! Breakfast plentiful and good variety - not a great experience as very busy and more like a cattle market for us
Location is good for the beach and the marina just a short walk, rooms are good, I would have like a kettle in the room, that's my only fault just my personal opinion, rooms cleaned daily. Staff very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere at hotel and round the area, good pool area, excellent food choice at breakfast we only had b&b its the 3rd visit so they must be doing something right
