The club resort Costa del Sol is situated between Benalmadena Costa and Fuengirola. Fuengirola is 5 minutes drive away with available links to the public transport network just across the road from the hotel. Málaga is 30 minutes drive away and it is 15km to its airport. This hotel is built in 2004 and has a fabulous sea view. Guests have access to gardens and a sun terrace. There are 148 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 8 lifts and a currency exchange desk, shops, 2 bars, a games room, an à la carte restaurant, Internet access and a kids' club. Medical assistance is available. The apartments are air conditioned, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, TV and a balcony. The rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. During summer time, visitors can enjoy the park facilities and sport facilities as paddle , tennis, football, basketball and a pool.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, including a 24-hour health club, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The Riwo hotel ticked every single box for us! Welcoming and helpful staff, nice spacious room with separate kitchen and living area, huge balcony with lovely view! And of course the beach club is just fabulous! This is our third stay in this area, having stayed at the Polynesia sister hotel twice before, but I much preferred the Riwo. It is a smaller hotel, less busy, no waiting ages for lifts, no huge queues for food, always a sun bed available, and the staff much more friendly and relaxed. Especially Sara and Johanna at the restaurant, both super friendly and helpful :)
I really don’t know why there are some negative reviews here, the food was delicious, rooms simple but clean, accommodating staff. We had quite a few ants in our room one time, and the manager rectified the problem straight away, left us a lovely note along with some cakes! I think it was Laura who resolved this for us.
All inclusive is so handy at the beach club as well! The token and cup system isn’t a big deal - they are trying to be environmentally friendly and it’s not difficult to remember your cup!

Very disappointing experience. No parking available despite being charged €20 for the first night. The restaurant is small and overcrowded, with over a 30-minute wait in line. To make matters worse, there was loud construction noise early in the morning above my junior suite on the top floor. I had to call reception twice to ask them to stop . Definitely not the experience you would expect for the price.
hotel wasn’t too bad, just abit of a drive away if you want to go anywhere.
We had a lovely time here. Stayed in a junior suite which was clean, spacious and super comfy beds, yes it could probably do with a little updating but it's to an comfortable standard. It's the quietest of the 3 hotels in the complex but sometimes that's nice when you want to escape the crowds. You can easily walk between the hotels or there is a shuttle bus provided I can only imagine due to the hill, and you can use all the facilities in the other hotels accept breakfast lunch and dinner, you can visit their snacks bars. Short taxi ride to the marina or fuengirola. Although it's a lovely walk to fuengirola- not the one the faint hearted though as it's 40 mins each way and a few steep hills but worth it if you like exploring. The only downside was the food if I'm really honest. Disappointing choice. It's not terrible but it's very average indeed. We ate out most nights despite paying all inc as it was very repetitive and uninspiring. A few more Spanish items would have been really nice and better salad choices. But that is the only negative. Couldn't fault anything else. Some of the reviews are so harsh. It's a lovely place, lovely staff, a little out the way but it depends what you are after and the travel is inexpensive and takes minutes. I would recommend and would stay again. Very friendly and kind reception from Johana and all staff. Restaurant is well catered for adults but kids options could be improved on. There is a variety of entertainment on every night including a kids disco which they invite all to take part in. If you want to walk anywhere other than the splash park at the entrance I wouldn’t advise as anything of interest is a good taxi ride away. Rooms are good value for money but could do with a bit of upkeep maintenance wise, we found there were a few damages around our room to doors and walls etc, might I add rooms are also well noise dampened, our room was next to the park and outside seating for the bar and when we had to have an early night we could barely hear anything. Overall a good hotel for families.
