Guilleremo is amazing! He’s the best waiter ever x
We have been doing all inclusive jet2 holidays since the kids were born and have always had a great experience until this year. We paid over £4000 for all inclusive for 10 nights, 2 adults and a 2year old and a 5 year old and have never experienced anything like this!
• you are given tokens for your plastic cups so you constantly need to keep your eyes on the cups to make sure you have all of your them so you can take them to the bar for your next drink.
• All inclusive does NOT mean all inclusive, you need to pay for all decent/frozen cocktails. Pictures of kids ice lollies and ice cream at the bar areas but they are not included, frozen coffees not included and the coffee machine at the bar was not working a lot of the time. The cocktails included were pre made in a bottle. The kids were given ice poles
•pool doesn’t open till 10 which I usually like so your morning is more relaxed but me and my husband had to take shots in missing breakfast so we could start queuing for sunbeds at 8am, this mostly ended up with people arguing and causing an atmosphere at the pool. I don’t think it’s fair that we paid a lot of money to have to miss out on breakfast and stand in queues for 2 hours and have to be put in a situation every morning to watch people behave aggressively in front of kids over being near the splash park but yous know yous have a terrible system and are not policing it and are letting it happen.
• Day 5 my 2 year old was sick at the loungers all over himself and me which was quite clear and as I was quickly trying to get him to the room he asked for apple juice, i quickly asked at the bar before heading up and they refused to give him one as I did not have our cups, I explained he’s just been sick everywhere and i was told no as I needed my cup even though you have a wrist band on. I was completely stunned at this, I then took a paper cup from the water machine and the barman just shook his head and said no.
• day 7 my little boy was still being sick and had diarrhoea then my 5 year old little girl caught it. after hearing lots of other adults and kids were unwell I went to reception to ask what was going on they told me there was a virus going about and we’re really quite rude
• day 8 my father in law took not well and when we arrived back home he attended the doctors to be told he had salmonella and worms in his stool. My little boy attended the doctor also as he was sick for 6 nights to be told they think he had a virus but later learned my daughter had worms in her stool also which they now think my boy had. The health board has now been in contact to ask where we had been to catch this.
• to be honest I felt like if you had an all inclusive band on you weren’t treated very nicely.
• you were also usually waiting sometimes between 15/20 minutes if you had a buggy to get up and down in the lift as there was only 3 lifts in the whole of the hotel so once again you had to queue.
Sadly our experience is enough to put you off all inclusive hotels and are now thinking in a villa going forward.
Had a great holiday especially my 11 year old grandson he loved the water slides hardly seen him all day food ok drinks ok room was clean as was the hotel my only complaint was the amount of people smoking and vaping around the pools and the general behaviour of some of the guests but that's not the hotels fault apart from that we had a great week and would come back again 👍
The hotel was very busy, ideal for families with young and older Children. Positives are: location is good and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Water slides are great for the kids. Food is okay and quite varied. The wine was good on the all inclusive. Entertainment was good. Lots for kids to do in the day, kids club, water games.
Negatives are: pool does not open until 10am. People queuing for beds as early as 8am!. Queues for the bar and snack bar are bad. Only allowed 2 drinks at a time with all inclusive, you must keep your cup during the day. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you have to pay to hire a kettle. Air conditioning is a bit noisy. Maid did not replenish our loo paper , had to ask for more at reception. All in all we enjoyed our holiday, especially my 6 year old Granddaughter.
Hotel is ok, we did enjoy ourselves. Kids loved the pools but do not go if you expect all inclusive to be anywhere near inclusive. 80% of all items are behind a paywall, even all the ice cream for the kids. You can have a beer but have to pay for a pint of it.
Dont listen to whatever poor excuse the hotel replies with, if you want all inclusive this place isnt it. We wont be back. Attached is the menu from july 2026.
