Opened in 2004, this modern hotel is equipped with all standard amenities to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The hotel is suitable for both couples and families due to its range of facilities. It has a large outdoor swimming pool and summer terrace is perfect for those lazy days in the sun; with a snack bar and disco bar at hand you do not have to travel far to get a bite to eat or a beverage to quench your thirst.
If you're looking for something a bit more energetic to do whilst in the resort; there is a games room and mini golf available on site as well as a sports area and fitness room. A large entertainment programme is in place to fill your days or nights with something a bit different. When you feel like winding down, a trip to the spa or the sauna won't go amiss.
The apartments are bright and spacious and feature a separate bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed, a dining area and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, fridge and microwave. All rooms are complete with free Wi-Fi and finished with a terrace featuring views of the mountains. Rooms also include air conditioning/heating. Pool view and sea view rooms are available at a supplement.

Beware of the gentleman behind the bar Manuel Rude Asked for some marmalade you would have thought I’d asked for the earth .. No we don’t have it here, baring in mind the bar is situated right next to the kitchen and dining area. I asked to speak to a manager and Manuel comes back with jam.. placed them in the counter with an attitude. Seriously I was so looking forward to my holiday at Benalmadina palace but what a disappointment. No way is it a 4 star hotel, food is cold, tasteless presentation is poor, Cheap plastic patio furniture, Reception staff very helpful, entertainment poor. All in all a big disappointment Will definitely not be returning !
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The cleaning staff were amazing, especially Espe who left a lovely touch to our room after cleaning. Best housekeeping we have experienced.
Just back from a week all inclusive holiday. All the rooms seem to be the same, a bit dated, chipped tiles, chipped sink definitely needs a refresh, got nice decorations from our cleaner.. some have great views, we did over the pool our family with child had a room overlooking the road at the entrance to the hotel. Grandaugter enjoyed the entertainment, not great adult entertainment but maybe time of year, food was ok but very repetitive and some wierd combinations. The snack bar food was excellent and freshly cooked. Definitely not 2 restaurants. One was closed. Only 2 kinds of cocktails a day available if your AI otherwise its €9.50. Staff were hard working, hotel is up a very steep hill would i return probably not had better hotels for less money.
Love the hotel especially the entertainment Natasha was amazing and so lovely and helpful absolutely loved her! Everyone works so hard here highly recommend
Location: Not great being up a steep but small hill. In hot weather its a sweaty climb. Atmosphere: I didn't notice any positive or negative. Rooms: Lovely and cool, spacious with the kitchen area and lounge. The tiled floor looks like its been there since the 70's but ok. The TV had a couple of english channels but would benefit from enabling YouTube. Food: Very good breakfast but disappointing evening meal. The layout of the various foods was random with things where you wouldn't expect them. Value: No better or worse than I would expect. Cleanliness: The floor had evidence of previous guests. The scissors in the draw were covered in a cream substance so obviously not checked. Noise level: We were on the 6th floor and so perfectly quiet. Service: As I would expect. Amenities: Everything I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Would we go back ? No, we've been to better hotels for similar cost.
