Great hotel
Lovely clean hotel. Lovely pool and plenty sun beds. Great choice of food and excellent service. Ok yes the lifts are slow but you are on holiday so what’s the rush? Definitely would return if I came back to Benidorm which was much better than I expected.

Had a good holiday in Benidorm a bit spoilt because of the hotel , the door handle from veranda came off in my hand .
The staff were lovely , helpful , the cleaners done their job well , the food was good also , I wasn't happy with the drinks tab when we had to pay so asked for to see the receipts , unfortunately some were missing but I noticed they made a mistake with the price of the mocktails , I pulled them up about this and was refunded only on the receipts that were there .

Excellent hotel staff very friendly clean and spotless fresh towels every day. Food excellent catered for everyone. Very clean pool and poolside. Have been before a few times would recommend highly.
Great family holiday
Just back from a week long all inclusive holiday at this hotel. We were a family of 9 ages ranging from 3 to 73 including a 19 year old and a 23 year old. Every one of us had the best time. The food was fantastic we all enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner, nobody chose to eat outside the hotel. Rooms were great. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I have to give a special mention to Alain who is the most persuasive, enthusiastic, witty,fun human and managed to get us all involved in the poolside activities as well as dancing at the mini disco with our granddaughter Emma. He is a massive bonus for this hotel and his colleagues Miguel and Noa are great fun too. Evening entertainment was ok after the mini disco,what you would expect. The rooms are lovely and the location is great 8 minutes to the Old Town but nice bars and shops close by. Would definitely go back.

Just got home from a lovely week at the RH Victoria. 😊
The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly & helpful.
We were half board the food was lovely with a good variety. My favourite was the ice cream machine at dinner- yummy Mr whippy ice cream with an assortment of sauces 😋
We loved the fact your wristband was also your room key & you can add drinks etc to your room via the wristband.
We stayed in a superior room which was modern, clean & huge. It was 2 king beds together. The bathroom wasn't modern but big, perfectly functional , clean with a hot powerful shower.
Location perfect too- near to old town which has everything you need. We used the Mercado shop which was a few minutes walk towards the town over the bridge for snacks & water (as we were half board)
Beach looked beautiful & busy! We didn't go on the beach as prefer the pool.
This hotel is ideal for adults & teens.
The entertainment was good & the animation team put in a lot of hard work & effort 👌
The pool is small but its big enough to do some laps & to cool off which was very much needed last week 😃
We booked to use the spa 10€ pp for an hour using the hydro pool, steam sauna & various showers etc. We thought it was worth it. We were the only 2 using it at our time slot. You do have to wear these ridiculous black caps 🤣
We had a late flight & check out was 12.00 no chance of a late check out due to being high season but was able to book a time to use the shower in the spa which was fab 😃 luggage stored securely in a locked room.
Highly recommend this hotel. 😀
