Just returned from a week at Innside, Costablanca, Benidorm. Our room (329 Premium) had a fabulous sea view and overlooked Levante Beach. The room itself was well appointed with all the usual amenities together with a well equipped bathroom. Staff were also very good and were always helpful and friendly. However, what lets this hotel down is its food. On offer lacked quality, variety and was often served up cold. Such a shame!
Just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely hotel. It was my first time in this particular hotel. The location is excellent being on the promenade and within easy reach of the beach and bars. The room was great and very well insulated from outside noise. We were half board and the food was excellent , varied nightly and with plenty of choice. The staff were all lovely and we enjoyed a nightcap at the bar every evening listening to the nightly entertainment. I am a beach fan which was on the doorstep but I loved an evening swim in the outdoor pool after a day at the beach. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can recommend it whole heartedly
This was my third stay at the hotel so obviously a favourite of mine . One of the best locations right on the Levante beach. Adults only and a quiet chilled hotel. I had a room be with partial sea view . Comfortable room with large bathroom and walk in shower.
Oddly there was a kettle and mugs in the room but no tea or coffee??? Seemed rather odd. In the fridge they did provide free water and fruit juice each Day.
There was a flat screen TV but the reception on the channels I wanted to watch Eurosport De and ITV was very dodgy and kept dropping out. I wanted to watch La Vuelta a Espania cycle race lol.
Food as previously very good selection. Breakfast loads of choices of hot and cold food...much nicer English style sausages , shame about the typical Spanish streaky bacon..
Also super ' continental' selection.. breads. Cakes. Cheeses and cold meats, fresh fruit yogurt etc.
Only disappointed was unlike Melia Benidorm, a family hotel , where they put out a dozen bottles of free Cava at breakfast, Innside an adult only hotel premium priced hotel didn't...!!
Evening meals had 2 choices of freshly fried fish plus 2 choices of fried meat at the cooking station. Good selection of other interesting main dishes and some interesting vegetables.. probably the veg was my least favourites. Again they had good selection of cheese and cold meats, plus other starters and mainly cakes for desert
The entertainment around the pool in the evening was fairly low key but suited to the style of the hotel . Staff on DJ decks some evenings with tasteful duos with backing tracks on others. Very low key compared to most family holiday hotels Inc Melia Benidorm but if you want British Tribute acts...there are 3 bars within 50m as long the prom where you can see those.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and I certainly consider staying again.
Location of this hotel really good - the atmosphere and welcome you get is great the rooms ours slightly small but not a problem my only thing is maybe that you could have in the room facility to make a coffee or tea - value for money good - Fatima staff who was great helpful always smiling a true assist to this hotel
Stayed at this hotel last year and twice this year with my mother and gran. All 3 of us love staying here as it is right on the beach. It is close to the old town and the new town. The hotel is clean and staff are always willing to help with any questions we have. Raul who works at the hotel is very friendly, he always makes the effort to talk to us and improve on my grans Spanish. We look forward in returning back next year.
