The hotel is situated in an animated hotel area of Benidorm, just 300 metres away from Levante beach, and a few metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The old town and tourist centre are 20 minutes' walking distance away and the hotel is only 100 metres from public transport.
This beach hotel, with a cosy and familiar atmosphere, was totally refurbished in 2007 and comprises 2 buildings of 9 and 8 floors and a total of 358 rooms, including 17 singles and 341 doubles. In the lobby there is a 24-hour reception desk with money exchange and other services. There is a total of 5 lifts in the 2 buildings and a panoramic lift with access to the restaurant. The establishment has the café 'Dracma' with live music, a bar-lounge overlooking the sun terrace, where a cabaret and dancing programme can be enjoyed, the summer bar 'Venus Oasis' and an air-conditioned restaurant buffet style. Younger guests may enjoy the children's playground. There is also a hairdresser's, games area near the pool and Internet access (local charge). The hotel offers a garage for guests arriving by car (local charge and subject to availability).
The comfortable refurbished rooms come equipped with a balcony, complete bathroom (the hairdryer is on request with refundable breakage deposit), satellite television, telephone and safe box (local charge) as standard. Air conditioning and heating are also provided for guests' comfort.
The hotel has a large sun terrace surrounded by a tropical garden with a superb outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool there is a games room with table tennis (local charge) and billiards (local charge). The establishment also offers a wide range of daytime and evening entertainment programmes for adults and daytime entertainment for children (summer only). The nearest golf course is 5 km away.
The restaurant offers buffet style meals and show-cooking.

Beautiful hotel
Stayed for a week end March/beginning April. Also stayed prior to this visit and high standards still maintained. Spotlessly clean, excellent food and lovely pool and bar area with good entertainment. Looking forward to returning 8 September for 10 nights.
Enjoyable Experience
It's a lovely hotel a little quieter than the rest .It's clean, it close and staff are very nice . Lovely atmosphere also. No faults whatsoever.
Fabulous 3 Night Stay
The hotel was lovely. Don't think I've ever stayed in such a clean hotel. The staff were really friendly. Arrived at lunchtime and our rooms were ready. Brilliant location - really handy for everywhere but there wasn't any noise at night time. Would highly recommend and already thinking of coming again next year.
Will not recommend if full wheelchair user as not suitable
I booked this hotel because I needed an accessible room as a full-time wheelchair user. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.
Although I booked a room advertised with a balcony and city view, my room overlooked security bars, a wall and trees rather than the view I expected.
I also experienced several accessibility issues. The accessible lift was too small for my powered wheelchair, meaning I often had to wait for the larger lifts, which were frequently full. On several mornings I missed breakfast, despite having paid for it, because I could not reach the restaurant in time.
There was no room service, and guests were not allowed to bring food purchased elsewhere into the hotel. This made things difficult on days when leaving the hotel to find food was not easy because of my disability.
I also found there was no accessible way for me to enter and leave the swimming pool independently.
The location is excellent for Levante Beach, but it is also in a very busy nightlife area, so guests looking for a quieter stay should be aware of that.
I appreciate the kindness of individual staff members who tried to help where they could, but I hope the hotel reviews its accessibility so future wheelchair users have a better experience.
Good, clean, comfortable hotel
The location is a great spot right next to the strip (a 3 minute walk) without it bothering you with noise in your room Beach is about a 10 minute walk Old Town is about a 25-30 min walk across the beach
The rooms are small but they are clean, comfortable and decent mirrors. We were only sleeping in there and freshening up so it did what it said on the tin. Free safe in room Decent air conditioning Good size fridge in room Room was cleaned each day
The whole hotel was very clean. We didn’t use the pool but there were plenty of sunbeds and it was a decent size
We only stayed on a bed and breakfast basis the breakfast was very varied which I was surprised at for a 3 star and it was good quality
Reception staff were helpful. It’s good that everywhere in the hotel is keycard access only which makes it feel safer
We were on a late flight and we could get a comfort room to freshen up In with no problem reserving it
I don’t usually stay in any less than a four star but I thought we would give a 3 star a go for 4 nights and I was pleasantly surprised and not disappointed at all
If we were to come to Benidorm we would stay here again or try one of the other Servigroup hotels for a change
