The hotel is situated in an animated hotel area of Benidorm, just 300 metres away from Levante beach, and a few metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The old town and tourist centre are 20 minutes' walking distance away and the hotel is only 100 metres from public transport.
This beach hotel, with a cosy and familiar atmosphere, was totally refurbished in 2007 and comprises 2 buildings of 9 and 8 floors and a total of 358 rooms, including 17 singles and 341 doubles. In the lobby there is a 24-hour reception desk with money exchange and other services. There is a total of 5 lifts in the 2 buildings and a panoramic lift with access to the restaurant. The establishment has the café 'Dracma' with live music, a bar-lounge overlooking the sun terrace, where a cabaret and dancing programme can be enjoyed, the summer bar 'Venus Oasis' and an air-conditioned restaurant buffet style. Younger guests may enjoy the children's playground. There is also a hairdresser's, games area near the pool and Internet access (local charge). The hotel offers a garage for guests arriving by car (local charge and subject to availability).
The comfortable refurbished rooms come equipped with a balcony, complete bathroom (the hairdryer is on request with refundable breakage deposit), satellite television, telephone and safe box (local charge) as standard. Air conditioning and heating are also provided for guests' comfort.
The hotel has a large sun terrace surrounded by a tropical garden with a superb outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool there is a games room with table tennis (local charge) and billiards (local charge). The establishment also offers a wide range of daytime and evening entertainment programmes for adults and daytime entertainment for children (summer only). The nearest golf course is 5 km away.
The restaurant offers buffet style meals and show-cooking.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Here at the moment, staff are super friendly, hotel is the cleanest we have ever been in, cleaners fantastic, food really good, always something you can enjoy, pool area is superb, no queuing for sunbeds(may be time of year?) Location fantastic, will be booking for next year without a doubt
Hotel Venus is close enough to enjoy the atmosphere of Benidorm, and far enough away for peace and quiet! The hotel itself is well maintained and clean. We had a room on the 6th floor, pool facing, as we requested in an email. There aren’t kettles or cups in the room, but you can get drinks at the bar. The restaurant is buffet style, and there’s something for everyone. We had full board basis and the choice at each mealtime is perfect. The staff are hardworking and are always on hand to help. A special mention to Florin, who went above and beyond to ensure comfort and care to each guest. Definitely a place to consider to stay at. Not our first visit, and definitely not our last.
Place is spotless. Nice pool and loads of sunbeds. Rooms cleaned regularly and close to the strip and beach. Would highly recommend.
Had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel servigroup venus place is spotless and rooms are very comfortable with free safe and fridge. Hotel very central handy to both strip and beach and yet very quiet no noise at all, large pool and plenty of sunbeds staff all very friendly and hard working will definitely stay again
I arrived at the hotel at 1pm following a transfer from Alicante Airport. My room wasn’t ready at this time, I was told that it would be another hour. Decided to wait at the hotel so went through to the bar and had a coffee. Just over an hour later I went to the main desk to see if the room was now available. I was a bit taken aback my the attitude of the gentleman ‘Javier’ who was now on reception. He was very cheeky in telling me that rooms aren’t ready until 4pm in Spain. I explained to him that his colleague had told me it would only be an hour, about 80 mins ago! Within 10 minutes I could access my room (twin room) I thought the room was very nice. I had my own balcony, TV, air conditioning, safe. The shower was good, monsoon and hose attached fitting, but was a bit cramped. The bed was comfortable too. The only thing that wasn’t in the room, that was stated in my booking was the mini bar, I didn’t bother raising it with the staff as I was unlikely to have used it anyway. The towels were changed every day and the beds made, as you would expect. While staying there the sink blocked, I reported this to the main desk and it was fixed within 15 mins. The only down side to the room was the noise, they aren’t well insulated from the adjoining rooms and every night I could hear other guests laughing and talking to the early hours. The location of the hotel is good, only 5 mins walk from the strip and about 10 mins to Levante beach, old town is about 30/40 mins walk. There are lots of facilities at the hotel, large pool, large restaurant, gym. There is also entertainment laid on every night. My stay included breakfast, which is served from 8am-10am, lots of variety and very good. Overall, I would say the hotel is well located, good facilities, rooms are nice and clean but sound proofing needs to be looked at though. Good value I thought for £385.
