I first came to the Rialto just over 2 years ago,lovely Lisa on reception asked if I'd stayed here before.i replied that this was my first time in a hotel in Benidorm as I usually stay in apartments, she said in that case they would have to make a fuss of me so I'd come again.in 2 years I've come back 8 times.This is not because of the great food and location but because of the fantastic staff from the manager, dining room workers,cleaners,bar staff and reception girls like Lisa Marina and Alber.i have never come across more welcoming and friendly staff in any of the many hotels i have stayed in.unfortunatly I have found out from March the hotel will be just b&b so with sadness I will find another hotel.🥲
The hotel was great and the staff amazing food was lovley but the customer service from lisa was abive and beyond nothjng was too much trouble the hotel are very lucky to have her thank you all again once again
Second visit to this hotel this year, Still as good as the first visit, the staff are great at their jobs especially lisa on the desc, food is always very good and the rooms are small but very clean
If your liking for a great hotel the rialto is one go go for the breakfast was excellent the rooms were cleaned ever day and clean towels daily , the reception staff could not do enough for you especially Lisa she’s a star . The other staff was lovely and very helpfull. It’s got a lovely pool that’s not overcrowded and plenty of sunbeds. We have just arrived home and looking at booking for next year .
Great location 5 mins to beach & amenities.Very thin walls (could hear people arguing at 1am from room next door)We went half board & could switch evening meal for lunch,food of a decent standard but luke warm.Very clean & tidy.Very small pool which is probably okay when its quiet but in the the middle of August it got so busy it got really over crowded.If your looking for a clean hotel close to everything but a quieter location you really can't go wrong.
