Hotel room: We stayed in a double room and it definitely had enough space for the two of us. Room has a small fridge which is a bonus for water, drinks and aftersun. Plenty of space to store clothes and a dressing table with mirror for getting ready. Full length mirror also available. Air con was brilliant and kept our room freezing the whole time. Bathroom was a good size and the shower was massive with great pressure. There was an issue with noise from the plumbing when other rooms were showering though. Good size balcony with an area for drying clothes. WiFi is available in the hotel, but I found that it was asking me to log in repeatedly throughout the day. It was decent when it was connected.
Staff: All staff were very pleasant, especially reception staff. They were able to help with queries we had and also sorted tickets for us to go to Benidorm Palace. Housekeeping staff came every day, even just to offer towels if you were in the room and did not want them to come in
Hotel facilities: We were half board. Breakfast was the same selection each morning but there was lots of choice, and everything you would want including freshly grilled bacon and pancakes Dinner was different each evening and the menu is posted the night before, so you can see what you are going to get. There was always a great selection of different dishes, so I was always able to find something to have. One evening we went out for dinner and we were able to switch to lunch in the hotel that day, so did not miss out on a meal. Pool area has plenty of loungers and parasols if you need some shade. Pool itself was small but never really that busy so was not an issue
Location: Great location not too far from the main strip or beach (max couple minutes walk) but in a slightly quieter area so avoided the noise. There is a slight hill on the way back up to the hotel, but not a issue for us
Excellent hotel staff friendly food good but it is only a 3⭐️ but you wouldn’t think so, location is good too only a short walk to the beach or to the strip all in all I wouldn’t hesitate to take this hotel again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stayed here years ago and thought we would try it again as it was a nice quiet hotel. The hotel is up a hill but not too bad, near the beach and not far from bars/restaurants. The hotel is well kept, the rooms/bathrooms are comfortable and a good size. However, there were at least three groups of lads on our floor (one was a stag party) banging doors, shouting/swearing in the early hours, some with no consideration of others, even though other guests and security asked for quiet. There are signs in each lift saying there is zero tolerance of disruptive behaviour but this is not the case. Servigroup need to decide if this hotel is for groups or not and advertise accordingly. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere.
This is our third visit to the Rialto - our favourite hotel in Benidorm. It's nothing fancy but it's so clean, has lovely, friendly staff and the food is amazing. A special "Thank you" to the manager. She helped us out with a situation with our hire car and we were so grateful. One small thing - the thin walls! It's a problem but I wear ear plugs and it helps. I'll still be back though....a great hotel.
Excellent hotel with a quick and hassle-free check-in for our group of 17 lads. The breakfast selection was great, offering everything from a full English to pastries and lighter options. The location is ideal – around a 10-minute walk to the centre of Benidorm, less than 5 minutes from Morgan Tavern, and only a short stroll to the beach. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, so it's worth noting if you have mobility issues. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, and the pool area was always clean and well maintained. Would happily stay here again.
