Surrounded by attractive gardens, Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm is just 300 m from Levante Beach. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun terraces and rooms with balconies and free Wi-Fi. Each spacious room features flat-screen satellite TV and a desk. All rooms have a private bathroom, and safes are available to rent. Air conditioning is available during the summer months. Made up of a central building and 5 smaller blocks, Hotel Servigroup Pueblo Benidorm has a restaurant offering varied buffet meals and show cooking, as well as options for celiacs. There is also a lounge bar, a café and a poolside bar. The hotel's summer entertainment programme includes shows and live music, and there is an on-site games room with arcade games. Situated in the Rincón de Loix area, the Pueblo Benidorm is a 15-minute walk from Benidorm's old town. Alicante Airport can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Rooms to small not proofed from night clubs.
Plus saw ants running around the kitchen area earlier
Staff very ignorant
Just returned from a 7 night stay at the Servigroup Pueblo. Stayed here on many occasions and dont have any complaints.
We arrived at 12.30pm and although check in isn't usually until 3pm, we were given our keys straight away for our rooms. I requested 2 low floor rooms, next door to each other with a pool view and that's exactly what we were given.
Pool area is fab with music and entertainment all day from around 11am. No need to get up early for a sunbed, plenty beds to have even when we went round at 9am.
We were full board and have no complaints with the food. Proper english bacon at breakfast too which is a bonus.
Would recommend staying at this hotel.
Usually stay here in the winter months a friend booked for July so thought be ok rooms food staff good as usual only downside in summer the terrible loud banging music round the pool. So in future il just stick to winter months not for me in summer
We travel every year to Benidorm in a group and always stay in the pueblo, the rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, we go half board as the food is very good, some thing for everyone, the breakfast is superb, staff are friendly and keep the place immaculate, It it situated just far enough away from the noise and bussel of the night life and a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Been here twice now. Both times kept awake every night by noisy guests which this hotel seems to attract. Ignore what you read on their website which says they don't cater for large single sex groups, utter nonsense. When you see 25 women checking in at the desk with Dirty Donna's 50th Birthday Mashup T-Shirts on you know what kind of place you're staying in.
First time we got placed in the annexe. Big mistake. They have a central staircase and you can hear every step of every guest coming home. Almost constant noise from 10pm onwards until 6am. Assuming their singing doesn't drown the steps out.
We tried to avoid this on the second visit (not my idea) by paying extra to stay in the city facing rooms as they couldn't guarantee we wouldn't be placed in the annexes. Another big mistake. The city facing rooms have 3 beds in which again, attracts single sex groups and the incessant noise that comes with it. First night 3 lads came back at 5am and sang non stop until 9am.
Food is OK, nothing special but not terrible. Pool area is nice but you'll have to suffer the 6am rush to get a spot, same as everywhere though.
If you're a couple or a family I'd avoid this place like the plague. If you're a gang of men or women and want to bring the strip back to the room for an after party then this is the place for you.
