Fantastic stay
Our second stay here. Just love it here ,staff so friendly and helpful. Food is great lots of choice something for everyone. Room was spotless, cleaned every day ( thank you (Rosita) . 5 minute walk to the beach. Half way between old and new towns. The complimentary Indian meal at the sister Sandos Suites is not to be missed. We had a fantastic week and will book for next year.

Just a great hotel
Been there before and will definitely be back again this year again food great rooms great staff so helpful go out there road to help it would be well worth a 5 star or more
Absolutely amazing
I have been going to Sandos Monaco in Benidorm for the past 4 years. Every year that I go it’s just amazing and gets better. The staff is absolutely amazing!! Very friendly and absolutely lovely, make you feel very welcome! The hotel itself is amazing and very well cared for!!
Has the management changed?
Has the management changed? There were disappointing subtle differences this time, room cleaning definitely a lower standard than our previous stays … the minimum of bed making and towel changes was done but floors not cleaned or glasses in rooms not cleaned. The late night bar manager kicking people out of the select club a little rude. Other staff members working extremely hard. Hotel location is spot on, spa is lovely and meals were good, maybe not quite as much selection as previous experiences but enough. We had a lovely time but feel if these subtle changes are not nipped in the bud and improved it could let the amazing standard previously experienced down.
Not really up to 4 star standard
Standards seemed to have dropped especially in the cub lounge regarding replenishment and cleaning. Pigeons are a pest in the outside area constantly messing the furniture. Clearing is also not up to 4 star standard in the outside bar with many tables cluttered with dirty glasses and plates.
