This was our third stay and still love it. We asked for room 1612 before we arrived and we were delighted to be allocated it on arrival. The best view ( in my opinion). It was ready on our arrival at 12.30pm. The cleaning was immaculate as usual ( thankyou Gloria). We booked Select as we have done previously. My only criticism this time is that the bar wasn't stocked as regular as previous years. We love the Terrace at the back.of the lounge and it was lovely to chill out and listen to the radio. Pool area lovely and kebab at the snack bar delicious. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Pool party good fun this year. The location of this hotel is spot on for old and new town. Even though I have given 5 stars ( because I love this hotel) there are small improvements that could be made. 1 - Restock the water/drinks in the mini bar/fridge in Select rooms daily when cleaning is done as it is long way down to the bar to refill. 2 - Change the darts and dartboard- not important to some but definitely needs improving. 3- Put some of the pool activities on earlier. This year water polo was on at 5 o'clock- you might get more participants at 3. 4 - Maybe a Quiz on an afternoon by the pool - after lunch time to get guests engaged.
Cant fault staff or hotel and will be back again next year ( hopefully with room 1612)!
Brilliant hotel staff we're friendly and the hotel was clean .can't wait to go back to this hotel the rooms were also clean and cleaned every day. The food was good and a good choice of food too The reception staff we're very helpful and nothing was too much trouble
Our No.1 hotel in Benidorm. All staff are very polite and helpful in any matter and cannot do nothing to please you. The restaurant staff are exceptional working a lot of the time under pressure but always smiling. Reception Staff are always very helpful and Nicky of the survey department cannot do enough and is a great source of local knowledge. From management to domestic workers enough praise cannot bestowed enough on them.
Hotel very clean, very helpful staff, excellent food, great variety, good standard. Always hot water. Didn't have to wait long for the lifts, we were on 10th floor. Very fortunate with balcony view. Very good soundproofing of bedroom
A great 10 days in this hotel food was very good all meals location was outstanding The staff in all areas were very helpful The pool was small but good if you want sun all day get your sun bed on the terrace no. Big rush getting theses either Will 100% be back in this hotel
