Sandos Benidorm Suites with recent improvements in the common areas offers a modern and avant-garde accommodation inspired by the musical themes of the 70s, 80s and 90. Located in Benidorm, at 10min walking from the Levante beach and 1500m from the city center. Perfect for couples or families. This establishment does not accept group bookings for stag and hen parties. Groups reservations will have to pay a deposit on arrival of 100 euros per person in cash.

You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, a sauna and a fitness centre. Over all a lovely experience. Very good choice Joice of food, usually something for everyone. Staff excellent and helpful, sort out minor problems if needed. Rooms excellent, spacey and always cleaned with fresh towels. The hire for sunbathing towels was an added bonus .The night time entertainment was average for Spain, not our cup of tea. Location not in the centre but very peaceful and up hill. But easily located to every thing in Benidorm.
Just had 9 wonderful days here. Natalie on the entertainment is absolutely 👏 amazing. Our room was on the 6th floor, lovely spacious room. The food wasn't great, and whatever time , nothing very hot, but there is a microwave. Denis was always so friendly with a hello. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and no towel wars !. Walking distance to main strip about 10/15 mins down. A taxi back is only 5-7 euros. Would we stay here again ? Yes but although all inclusive, we would eat out more.
Family of 5, 2 x adults and 3 x children, aged 14,11,7 we had to stay in two separate rooms, however they were next door to each other so it worked out well for us. The room was clean and extremely comfortable with a lovely big balcony. Denis who works in the hotel, as restaurant manager is absolutely fantastic, he is always smiling and working extremely hard to accommodate everyone. He is super with the children and runs the restaurant to a high standard, such a wonderful man. The children enjoyed the pool and also liked the fact that they could help themselves to drinks and food at the pool bar. We would go back to this hotel as it was everything we wanted and ticked all our boxes. I also have to say going All Inclusive there was plenty of choice with the food and it was really tasty which has to be my highlight of the holiday ☀️ Ps - Blue Lagoon was nice 😊
I don't usually leave reviews but I feel the 4.4 stars this place has isnt justified. Just had 7 nights here and as much as there were good aspects to this hotel the bad really did let it down. We had to swap rooms during our stay due to the paper thin walls and the excessive noise our neighbours were making. Unfortunately I didn't feel the response from the staff at reception at times was very helpful, one or two staff thankfully were but really it shouldn't of been us who was having to move. Bedding didn't get changed during the stay which multiple people have complained about. We also had stained bedding which again multiple people have complained about. Also had a cleaner just walk into the room without knocking or checking first. Bathrooms have no ventilation so they are dirty, the shower set off the fire alarm in our room. Beds were very comfortable. Room size and balcony were fantastic. Aircon was poor. Staff at the pool bar were sometimes polite but mostly rude, more interested in talking to each other, I also witnessed one put alcohol in a girls drink against her wishes, telling her to have fun, was creepy. She didn't find it funny. Evening entertainment was genuinely awful, really really poor quality of acts. A juggler who couldn't juggle! Food was what you expect from an all inclusive, snack bar food was fantastic, drinks again fine. Thankfully we met 8 great people during our stay that made it much more enjoyable. Wouldn't stay again for the price they charge.
When we arrived at hotel our rooms were not ready for 1.5 hours which we expected however we had access to all facilities. We were able to leave suitcases in a secure room and we changed into shorts/shirts and headed for pool bar area to get lunch and drinks.
Staff at pool and snack bar very friendly, smiling and appeared happy to be working. Option of Smirnoff Vodka as part of AI was a surprise. plenty of choice of spirits and soft drinks. Snacks were cooked freshly when ordered so no problem in having cold food usual options of hot dogs, burgers, nuggets and kebab with salad and chips. Would recommend kebab meat with salad.
Pool area plenty of beds we didn't see people queuing for securing good location. Yes beds were close but there was a terrace up high where you could sit. Pool was fine cold at first but once in it was fine.
Food in main restaurant was clean and tidy. self service for drinks from machines wines were fine. Plenty of choice from salads to grilled meat/fish and good selection of sweets. Cava was available for breakfast along with fresh juices or from machines. Staff in restaurant were friendly, happy and always smiling. A big shout out to Fanny and Nicoletta (we knew her from when she worked at Riveria 3 years ago and she recognised us too) the girls were lovely and made our time there enjoyable.
We booked the Indian a la carte when we checked in. Again staff here were welcoming, warm and friendly. You only had to choose a main and dessert as you got all starters and rice and garlic naan bread. it was a pity the naan was more like a pizza. this was the only fault. Red wine in a bottle was the same as in restaurant and bars.
The location of the hotel is the main reason we booked this plus the large terraced area for catching the late sun for the day. It was a 10 minute walk to outdoor market/bar street/the beach front and 15 minutes to the Old Town. One day we got a taxi to the marina/harbour as we were booked on a boat trip and this cost 10 euros.
Our room was very roomy with a separate sitting area with a kettle provided but no tea/coffee/sugar/milk. Surely if advertised as 4 star this would be provided. there was a huge balcony that was basically two as one. Beds were comfy and we had a good nights sleep. The hanging space was limited but we managed.
The bathroom was a decent size and clean and we got clean towels daily. We didn't look for our bedding to ge changed as you dont do this daily/every two days at home. We had an issue with the socket covers coming right off the walls but we fixed it each time.
My only complaint is on the morning we were leaving there was no cold water from ground floor to floor 15. We were getting picked up at 0750 and also we were told from 0730 there would be continental breakfast available but all that was on offer was bread rolls.
