Located in Benidorm, at 10min walking from the Levante beach and 1500m from the city center. Perfect for couples or families. This establishment does not accept group bookings for stag and hen parties. Groups reservations will have to pay a deposit on arrival of 100 euros per person in cash.

Having read reviews we thought this 4 star would be ok
Day one had to change rooms - dirty shower - wardrobe track filthy - throw on bed threadbare ! (To be fair reception changed our room v quickly ) Eaten in restaurant tonight and if Greggs did dining this would be it
We are only here for 5 nights will give my thoughts to on the beach who we booked with but if was you ….
Pay extra and book somewhere else !
The maid who was sent to re clean our room run away ! Benidorm good though especially tapas circle
Me thinks we will be eating out a lot !

Just got back from a week at Sandos Benidorm Suites, we love the location as it's easy to get to both old town and strip and in a quiet location, rooms are big, pool area good and great snack bar, Pepe, Fran and Israel in pool bar very happy and friendly, reception staff very helpful, food ok in main restaurant, wasn't keen on Indian restaurant as wasn't spicy enough for our taste. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
It is an absolutely lovely hotel beautiful food great staff and very clean you can upgrade your bar status if you don’t like the local beverages would highly recommend to anyone this hotel I’ve been here at least a dozen times
Our room was tired, the balcony was fantastic. Speaking to other guests it appeared that there are newly refurbished rooms we were clearly not in one of them. On arrival we had to complain to reception that our balcony doors would not close meaning the air-con would not operate, this was resolved quickly. No tea and coffee was available in the room , advised to “go to the pool bar” this took time as one of the two lifts were out of order. Breakfast really good although the restaurant was located in a basement with no windows. Pool area fantastic, staff at pool bar excellent. Reception staff rude and disinterested- possibly ‘Clare, English lady’ in particular disinterested.
Just returned from a lovely week at sandos , rooms had everything we needed with a big spacious balcony, food was nice in restaurant and snack bar though we were not too impressed with the indian restaurant food it was very bland , perfect location, lovely friendly pool bar staff especially pepe & Israel who taught us some Spanish everyday 😀 would stay again at this hotel for sure
