Absolutely loved this hotel . Great location and despite being fully booked was so chilled with no queuing for restaurant and no problems getting sunbed . Pool is quite small but perfectly acceptable and good temperature . Staff were all really helpful and pleasant . Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel . Twin room and beds were very comfortable . Room was cleaned daily . Plenty of storage and safe (fee payable) . TV included plenty of channels . Toiletries were provided . We had a balcony and walk in shower ( not all rooms had a balcony ) . Balcony had good view over neighbouring pool and had plenty of room , table with two chairs and a clothes dryer rack. Air conditioning was really good and not noisy . Plenty of sockets although none near a mirror other than in the bathroom if you want to blow dry your hair . No big wait for lifts which was great and card needed to access them so good security . Food choice was not huge but provided good options and was delicious every day of our stay . We booked breakfast and evening meal but swapped to lunch on a couple of days which warranted by just letting the restaurant staff know at breakfast . Hairdryer was included located in the bathroom but not particularly powerful. Loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return . The terrace at front of hotel near the bar has great deals on and serves food during the day time which was reasonably priced and is also a great sun trap
I want to say i came twice to watch the football and the first night they had the commentary on for the first half then changed to music when i asked for the commentary on for the 2nd half and to turn it up they can’t because of the neighbours yet the music was louder. Second game i came for the female waitress was so rude and missed part of our order because the music was to loud then was rude about it. Also got told for the first game they can’t have the sound on because of the channel yet for the 2nd half they did. This has just become the excuses hotel
Hotel spotless and room modern and big. The bed very comfortable.Staff was polite and friendly.The pool mostly in the shade and small but was always able to get a sunbed . We was full board and fond the food very repetitive especially the desserts.The only thing really negative is rosamar hotel so lound and intrusive on surrounding hotels the noise was so bad from the crack of dawn into the early hours it was so lound that their sound system is the only thing you can hear even when sitting next to the rivieras speakers outside I think the noise should be addressed or you will lose customers.
Location - great! Not a far walk away from everything. Rooms - incredibly clean, nicely presented and a nice space.. cannot fault it. Staff - helpful, kind and pleasant. Food - the buffet breakfast and dinner had a great selection and was all very well cooked! Cannot fault the food at all! Pool - was small but pleasant enough, always able to get a sun lounger, people did get up early to put their towels on the bed. Being an adult only hotel, means that you don’t have to put up with children’s jumping and splashing! Despite all of this we cut our holiday short by a few days sadly! This was due to our room being positioned on the right side of the hotel (evenly numbered room) … on floor 6 … above the stage of the neighbouring hotel. Every night between 9pm and midnight there was a singer… this was incredibly loud! The windows had great sound proofing for general music and noise but it was no match for the sound system of the stage… this negatively impacted our sleep so much so that we felt we had no choice but to leave early. We did ask if there was any possibility of changing our room but it was fully booked and reception could not accommodate a switch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who maybe wouldn’t mind being awake beyond midnight - sadly not for us!
This was an excellent holiday, we have stayed in several hotels and would say this is definitely one of the best. The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There was a good selection of food every day and always hot and tasty. Great location and very reasonable prices at the hotel terrace bar. The room was a good size and modern. We would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future. The only slight complaint would be the noise from the neighbouring hotel which i understand the riviera can't be held responsible for.
