Very clean hotel, both room and facilities were spotless. Food was excellent, chefs were very friendly, the waiting staff not so much. Dennis in the restaurant was lovely.
Star of the show was Andreas who ran the entertainment including pool side games which were great fun.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely fantastic Hotel, food very good, staff considerate, the only thing that would be appreciated, is water at meal times, a water machine, and not tap water. Also, the jacuzzi outside, to be in operation more in the afternoon, only came on at 4.30pm. Also a small poolbar outside in September instead of going inside, Otherwise, the hotel is exceptional, and I would certainly stay there, again.
Fantastic holiday Lovely hotel We had been told of building work going on during our stay however the offer of moving us was to the new town where I would never stay. There was one really bad day of noise from the building work and a number of people complained I asked to move rooms if possible and the staff were very helpful. I was offered a room over looking the pool however the noise was the same so stayed put. After this the noise was as loud but you couldn't open the window and sitting round the pool was no better. Food is fantastic and when we stayed in the entertainment was good. Plenty of pool beds Very clean hotel Very helpful reception staff Some of the young waiters could do with more training in customer service but overall I would definitely return and would recommend to anyone. Very safe area to stay in I will be sorry to leave.
This was our 4th visit this year and we will be back in November again. There is nothing negative to be said. We are treated like family during our stays which means a lot to us. All staff are exceptional but a big shout out to Laura on Reception and all the bar staff. We would highly recommend a stay in the Corona Del Mar.
I saw this hotel last year and liked the location so booked it and had a great stay. Its position is fantastic, I did pay a bit more for a sea view but it is set back slightly so you don’t get the noise. The hotel is well set out , everything is spotless and the rooms were cleaned every day. The pool area was never crowded as was the case with the dining room. There are staff everywhere, some not so friendly as others but overall a well organised hotel. I would not hesitate to return.
