My third visit to the HR Corona Del Mar and it’s always a Great experience, rooms are clean and comfortable, the buffet style restaurant has a great choice of food, which is different each day… entertainment round the pool area was great fun with Elizabeth, hotel reception very helpful.. all in all a Great place to relax and have fun.
I have never given a bad review on a hotel before so there are a number of reasons I am writing this.
Our stay at This hotel has been absolutely terrible. Our family holiday with our 6 month old baby has been absolutely ruined by this hotel.
We had a major incident occur in our hotel room, we popped into our room for 2 minutes to get some baby formula so thankfully left our baby girl in her pram. When my partner closed our normal hotel room the bathroom door broke off the hinges and fell on top of the pram with our baby in it. Of course this was an absolute shock to myself, partner and baby. My partner pushed the door off the pram quickly and got our baby out from underneath. Luckily the pram took the hit and she was not hurt but was screaming as the loud bang was incredibly close to her head.
My partner then rang receptionist and told them what happened and said please can someone come and help move the door properly. When they did not emerge we went down to reception after calming ourselves and our daughter down. The receptionist just said ‘someone will go up at some point’ not one member of staff asked if our daughter was okay or offered to change us rooms. A couple of hours later we returned to the room to ensure it had been moved and the door has been removed from our room so the remainder of our trip we have had no door, in result no privacy when on the toilet. My partner emailed the hotel management regarding this and we have had no response. No follow up, not one member of staff asking if our daughter is okay and this is an incident that could have ended very differently. We were also in an accessible room for disabled People so this could have easily happened to another guest of the hotel.
We have spoken to reception and tried to speak to management a number of times with not one person caring. We have now taken down staff members names and will be reporting to head office of the hotel group and have already been advised by the holiday company we book through that they will be reporting it also.
Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean, food good, staff all wonderful, Victor at the pool is amazing, Dieago on bar is funny & such a lovely guy as are all the hotel staff. Been numourous times & i'm booked again for 2027.!!
This was our 3rd visit to RH Corona Del Mar. We enjoyed our stay, good food, lovely staff and a very clean hotel in an excellent location. We have only given 4 stars as there is construction work going on outside which was extremely noisy for most of the week. We had booked a Sea View balcony room but could not enjoy sitting there due to the constant noice from the construction machinery. Whist I appreciate that the hotel had no control over the construction work I feel that we should of been made aware of it, especially as it’s not going to finish until June 27.
We had a fantastic stay at RH Princesa Hotel in Benidorm. The hotel was spotless from the moment we arrived, and everything was kept to a very high standard throughout our stay.
All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. A special mention to the lifeguards and the bar staff, who were always so cheerful, approachable, and made us feel really looked after. Their excellent customer service made our holiday even more enjoyable.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, great facilities, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to everyone at RH Princesa for making our holiday so memorable. Highly recommended
