1st time visiting princesa and came highly recommended by my son and his family. Can honestly say we loved it. From start to finish we had a fantastic stay. Staff are excellent at what they do and so friendly. Felt so relaxed. Will definitely be back ❤️
Location was great hotel can’t find a fault every member of staff always happy , food choice great rooms great pool area was good, hotel was full but always got a sun bed if you are coming with kids fantastic kids area water slides trampolines golf to much to mention. 10 min stroll to old town 15min to new town plenty of places to eat out if you fancy it. Would definitely come back.

Second time to this hotel and definitely won't be our last. Great location, staff are just amazing and friendly, from checking in bar staff restaurant staff and life guards all so friendly. We upgraded drinks package on our Second day and we found it so much better. A massive shout out to camila the life guard always spoke to us and so friendly and to see her interact with children was lovely to see.
Excellent stay once again, spotless,good food and choice.Rooms very good with excellent shower and friendly maids. Big shout out to the staff who are friendly and warm.
Excellent Hotel, ideally situated within walking distance to the Old Town & beach. Staff very helpful & friendly. Bedrooms very spacious with an excellent bathroom. My only criticism would be the Lukewarm Food together with Cold Plates to put your Lukewarm food On!!
