Twin rooms all have balconies too so that you can get out and really make the most of those views and let the light in. The parquet floors maintain that sunny, Mediterranean feel and rooms are designed for comfort. With en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, you can really lie back and relax. Terrible wouldn’t recommend
I have never left a review but had to share for other families as this has been the most disappointing experience
Pool doesn’t open until 10am something that isn’t clear ahead of booking, with young children and nothing to do this isn’t great
The pool is filthy! Put your head under its vile, grime dirt everywhere! This was even first thing after supposedly having been cleaned
Food 2 star at best, it’s the same food most days a few switch ups & the quality is poor
Service - poor. Plates rarely cleared when eating, not offered a drink when sat down, so we are sat in heat desperate for a drink. One morning we arrived at 10:10am for breakfast so it was open until 10:30, the lady was so rude saying we shut soon do not move, there were tons of tables, it was obvious she just was annoyed we arrived towards closing time
I travel a lot and stay in a mix of 4 & 5 star hotels this is not 4 star it’s 2 at best
Lovely family stay
Just returned from RH Princesa. Had a lovely weeks stay with my family. The hotel was immaculate in all areas, public areas and rooms were spotless. The staff were extremely friendly with our grandchildren and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of play areas for children and one afternoon they did a foam party in the play area that the grandchildren loved! Food at the hotel was ok, not a massive variety but adequate. Drinks were very good and in my opinion, no need to upgrade Will definitely return to this hotel in the future

Brilliant hotel for families with young children!
Good location close enough to beach but in a quieter area, lovely hotel with amazing staff. So friendly, helpful, and plenty of staff on hand behind bar so you’re never waiting long for a drink! Rooms nice & clean, could be bigger but otherwise can’t complain. Good amenities, ideal for families with young children as there is a main pool, children’s pool & children’s splash zone, with sunbeds in amongst all areas. Good choices of food & service in restaurant very good. We loved the relaxed atmosphere & it was so nice when coming back to hotel as you walk into main lobby it was like a fridge, and had a lovely smell aswell! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Benidorm, and I would recommend this hotel.
Crowded
2 week family stay with mixed results. Booked 4 rooms and requested to be on lower floors. Spoke directly with hotel before arrival and was told 4 - 7 but when we arrived all rooms were on 12th floor. Hotel is very noisy through the early hours of the morning. Pool is not large enough for the hotel size and often very overcrowded. Pool also often left unattended. Allowed people to vape in the jacuzzi, lifeguard looking directly at people and done nothing.Rooms have nowhere near enough storage for a family of three. One main serving point in restaurant means there is often a large queue. Hotel is in a great location for shops and beach. All staff were really good, couldn’t fault at all. Food and drinks also good. Showers in rooms are fantastic. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Air conditioning in room also really good. Some improvements definitely required but had a nice stay overall.

Had a lovely time great hotel food fabulous. Returning November myself more mobile after hip replacement. Nothing to say but good reviews room drinks food. Staff, atmosphere. 4stars Betty
