Staying at the Prince Park Hotel, you actually get to experience three sides of Benidorm – not just the quiet of the garden, or the rush of the city, but the traditional Benidorm too. The Prince Park Hotel is situated close by Benidorm's Old Town. You can spend many happy hours wandering the streets of the Old Town, slipping in and out of its many wonderful bars and restaurants.
The Prince Park Hotel doesn't just trade on its unique position, it's got plenty to recommend it. This is a wonderfully smart, stylish hotel. Take a look around, everything is just so pristine. The reception area is a great starting point into your holiday. It feels cool, calm and collected. It's stylishly set out with comfy chairs and gleaming floors.
The restaurant is another great example. It's a big space, but everything feels wonderfully well-run, so you can eat at your leisure and enjoy exploring those wide-ranging buffet menus over the course of your holiday.
Guests' rooms are wonderfully welcoming and bright. Standard Twin and Double rooms have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, as well as satellite TV, telephone, fridge, safe box and hairdryer with a terrace or balcony. Please note that standard single guestrooms are not equipped with a balcony but is available at an additional fee.
Of course the swimming pool is the focal point of many Benidorm hotels, and the Prince Park Hotel weighs in with one of the best. With its own sun terrace and attached children's pool, it's a place for everyone to get together under the blue skies of Benidorm.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
With its unique location next to the Aiguera Park, the Prince Park hotel is a tranquil oasis surrounded by palm trees and greenery, and yet only 300 metres from Benidorm's old town with its many bars and restaurants, and 800 metres from Lavante Beach.
This well-run and smart 3 star hotel offers its guests a personal and friendly service, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere.
Just left the hotel after a 5 night visit booked through JET2.Arrived in the early hours of Sunday morning.Miguel on reception was great and made my arrival at the hotel a seamless one, despite having to deal with about half a dozen over exhuberent teenagers wanting to drop their bags off and go straight out on the strip at 1.30 am!.Dont get me wrong this is not a hotel for the younger crowd.This is a quiet hotel situated equidistand between the old and new towns.Around 15-20 minute walk to both.All reception staff were friendly and aporoachable.My initial room I booked through Jet2 was pretty bad.In that it had no balcony and barred windows.I found this claustrophobic and asked If I could change to a room with a balcony, which reception did without a fuss for a 60 euro charge.This room was great.Clean, nice bathroom and comfortable bed.No kettle, although I guess you could request one.Didnt bother me really.The TV only had a few English channels all ITV.I went full board.The food "floor -2 " was a bit hit and miss to be honest.Always plenty of it , hot food, salads etc but quite a number of the dishes were not labelled in detail.The desserts were great. A bottle of wine with your meal costs only 5 euros and you can leave it at the entrance with the staff for the next meal.The bar and "entertainment" area were well maintained and again great staff.The entertainment side of things was pretty poor in my opinion.Only a couple of hours max an evening as far as acts go.Very Spanish orientated, I was in Spain of course!!.Didnt bother me too much as there is plenty of entertainment a shortish walk away.The outside patio and pool area is very nice.I didnt use the pool but looked clean with more than enough sunbeds.There are excursion pamphlets on table near reception and staff will help you book for some.The Valencia day trip was excellent.The Alguera park is a beautiful place right behind the hotel.All in all a very good place to stay if some of the minor potential shortfalls I pointed out dont put you off.
What an amazing hotel, a true amazing experience. Mery the wonderful entertainment lady makes this hotel worth it's stay. Her energy and commitment to the job is worth everything. The bar staff and receptionists are also a joy. If you have any doubts about whether this hotel is for you just come and give it a go. You will not be disappointed. It's location is central to the main strip and old town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Best hotel I've stayed at and the pool atmosphere is relaxing.
Location: The hotel is only a 5 ish minute walk away from everything, it has a lovely supermarket and all sorts near. The only thing id say is that if you can't walk up a hill (the hill isn't that steep, we found it fine), then I probs wouldn't stay here. But other than that, the hotel is in a lovely destination and I can not even fault it for that. Only about a 45 min transfer from the airport and the beach is only around 10 mins way away.
The staff are lovely, always up to help you and always so polite and kind. They were even up and singing on the karaoke. Not loads of staff meaning that you get to know the people. Staff are so kind, they always greet you nicely in the restaurant and in the bar, so kind.
The rooms are great, they are basic, but that's all you need really. Nothing fancy, but still great. Has a lovely balcony which we sat on, on a night, with lovely views. Aircon in the room is good, and always left the room nice and cold. The rooms were always clean and the cleaners came in daily to refresh the towels and make beds etc. Although basic, the rooms are still lovely. The beds are comfy and the place is clean. In fact, the hotel is very clean. The noise level in the room is quite quiet, just the odd noise from the corridor, but other than that, it's fine.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is great, the rooms are great, the pool is lovely and always managed to find sunbeams. Overall great value for money.
My downsides: My only downside is that at busy times of the day, for example breakfast, you do struggle to get in a lift as everyone is wanting to use them. They have 2 lifts so could do with more, but other than that, I wouldn't really say there's any downsides.
Rooms spotless breakfast very good drinks a reasonable price and staff fantastic especially the bar staff who work so hard.nice pool plenty of sunbeds . Lovely stay
Just come back from 7 day stay, we found hotel had excellent facilities and staff were always polite and cheerful, food was nice and plentiful ,will have a return visit
