This comfortable hotel sits in a perfect position right in Benidorm’s city centre, within easy reach from a wide entertainment, shopping and dining offer. The property is situated next to the town hall and L’Aigüera park and the stunning Levante beach for a refreshing swim in the summer can be found at a short distance away. Guests will enjoy a restful night’s sleep at the well-appointed and fully equipped modern guest rooms. Among practical services and amenities, each of them counts with a private, furnished terrace to breathe the fresh air and unwind with a drink and a book. Some of them also include a kitchenette for the more independent visitors. This functional hotel boasts several services and facilities such as an on-site restaurant and a bar, a meeting room for business travellers and a fantastic swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is my 5th time in this beautiful hotel and about the 30 time I have been to Benidorm and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else again everything is perfect! The staff the rooms the location it’s just stunning I booked a double room for myself and wanted a room at the front of hotel as there were none left I emailed them and the fabulous Luis got me into a penthouse room which honestly is unbelievable !! I can’t recommend this hotel enough it is just perfect!
We have been here 6 times previously and we have always loved it! But sadly this time was very disappointing! The room cleaning service was very poor as the beds weren’t made and the basic cleaning was not to the standard we have had before! The pool was not clean as it has sand and leaves in it on a daily basis! We have never experienced this before! And we got stuck in the lift for 10 minutes! On the plus side the staff in the pool bar were amazing as always so professional and always happy and on the ball! They work so hard every day to make everyone feel so special. I feel the the staff on the front desk could learn a lot from the pool bar team on customer service.
Having a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The decor and ambience is fantastic. Great pool area and also rooftop bar and pool are lovely. Food is good and staff are very friendly. Special mention to Niko at the Oasis pool bar. She is brilliant and always greets you with a smile and warm welcome. She is. credit to the hotel. Thanks primavera park for a very happy stay. We will be back.
We were a bit apprehensive after reading a couple of poor reviews. All we can say is they must have had an off day. We found it immaculate, super attention to detail, and extremely friendly staff. Special mention to Luis Carmen, Michael, Katie and Omar. Thank you all for giving us a lovely stay. The hotel is ideally placed for the old town. The roof top bar and infinity pool are a must. Drinks prices very reasonable too. Will definitely be back.
Arrived at hotel 11:45am, check in was smooth, but rooms aren't available till 4pm, unless the previous occupants have left before 12, which is the checkout time, and they have been cleaned. You can use the hotel facilities whilst waiting, and they do have a secure place to put your suitcases. Our room wasn't available till 4pm:( Rooms are lovely, bright and very spacious, with mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is large with a walkin shower.Housekeeping daily. For those that like to keep fit there is a small gym here with minimum multi gym machines, small weights and aerobic machines. Food in the restaurant is plentiful, with a good choice and show cooking.There are 2 bars one by the pool area, which kept spotless, and the waitress, Mica, is very attentive. The other is the roof bar, which again is spotless, plus there is an infinity pool and sunbeds up there. It does get very busy in the evening. Entertainment is minimal, your better off going into the old town which is just 5 mins away, or the new town 10 mins. All in all a very nice hotel which I would recommend.
