This comfortable hotel sits in a perfect position right in Benidorm’s city centre, within easy reach from a wide entertainment, shopping and dining offer. The property is situated next to the town hall and L’Aigüera park and the stunning Levante beach for a refreshing swim in the summer can be found at a short distance away. Guests will enjoy a restful night’s sleep at the well-appointed and fully equipped modern guest rooms. Among practical services and amenities, each of them counts with a private, furnished terrace to breathe the fresh air and unwind with a drink and a book. Some of them also include a kitchenette for the more independent visitors. This functional hotel boasts several services and facilities such as an on-site restaurant and a bar, a meeting room for business travellers and a fantastic swimming pool for a refreshing dip.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is our sixth visit in five years so you may thick my review odd. Obviously great view but only from rooms with even numbers, of which we always have had previously. Food great, down stairs pool area and kitchen nachos hmm. Rooftop bar great view, photos too and infinity pool. Over our past two visits we have noticed the roof top staff forget to bring your change whether it be a euro or e12 , to save embarrassment I would advise to pay by resolut or monza card there was a couple of mature travellers by themselves and the waiters had not brought their change for a couple of days. As I speak Spanish it breaks the ice at the restaurant and the pool and it’s always been great , however the staff on the roof took issue when I accused them of short changing the old people in castellano this upset them , I told them how wrong it was, they denied it and walked away. There is also something bizarre at this hotel that the rooftop bar holds private parties , weddings etc. so if you have paid for two weeks and a number of functions are happening you cannot use those facilities and your holiday company will not reimburse you.
amazing rooms roof top terrace was beautiful. couple of issues food is at least average breakfast was cold most of the time booked B&B but a themed night too our fancy but the buffet was not good over cooked and not good choices. as a guest we used out cards to access the terrace but still had to wait or staff for entry and exit which is awkward. pool areas really nice a very chilled hotel close to old town
Stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and it was a pleasant stay. Room was good and the hotel was very clean. Stayed full board but as the hotel was quiet lunch was served from a set menu at the pool bar, which was a selection or three starters, three mains then dessert. The only issue was on the first day 5 of the 6 savoury options were seafood, which isn't to my taste. Food was good quality if the buffet.
Loved our stay with friends here. Hotel is spotless the staff are amazing nothing too much trouble. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.. food is delicious and the rooftop bar fabulous.. we have already booked to come back again!
This is my 5th time in this beautiful hotel and about the 30 time I have been to Benidorm and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else again everything is perfect! The staff the rooms the location it’s just stunning I booked a double room for myself and wanted a room at the front of hotel as there were none left I emailed them and the fabulous Luis got me into a penthouse room which honestly is unbelievable !! I can’t recommend this hotel enough it is just perfect!
