This attractive hotel is located in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm, very close to Levante Beach, and a short walk from the Old Town and Benidorm city centre. In the vicinity, guests will find a plethora of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops. The nearest golf course is 5 km away. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun. However, hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and a television in a common area.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We’ve stayed here once before and thought we’d return as it was a lovely stay previously. The reception area and staff are all lovely as expected. Unfortunately our room was not ready on arrival even though it was later in the day so that was disappointing. Once in the room some areas were a little more ‘tired’ than our previous stay, for example the bathroom and particularly the shower area could do with a refresh. Pool area was good although some days staff were monitoring smoking and beds being reserved and other days they weren’t so not consistent. I am coeliac so need specific food options for which the hotel advertise they can happily cater for. I emailed before our stay to notify them and was told to let restaurant staff know on arrival. I did as advised but was only offered a plate of plain chips. The allergens on the cards next to the foods do not match the allergens on the wall of the restaurant which made this difficulty even worse. I was often left with no clear options to eat except chips cooked separately for me. There were no gluten free breakfast options at all. A small portion of cereals or breads would have helped. I did also feed this back to the hotel but they haven’t replied which is another disappointment. Due to this we wouldn’t stay again as we have paid for a number of meals that I was act not able to eat.
Have just returned from a 4 night stay.this has been our 3rd stay.. Your feel valued and welcomed as soon as you arrive.reception staff are so proffessional ...but also friendly and helpfull. It is the first time my husband has had to travel with a wheelchair..his wellbeing was a priority with them changed our room so we were right oppisite a lift the helpfullness continued throught our visit faultlesscustomer care Our room was 420 only little complaint it didnt get any sun on the balcony Our room was kept spotless throught our stay as was the entire hotel. Credit to all the cleaners We were full bored..so much choice at each meal times we could not fault the food at all..hubby enjoyed all the fresh fish on a daily basis... especially the suchi on chineese night..beautiful selection on food..the restraunt is run to a high standard by the manager Danny and Alexandro think he was born with a smile permantly on his face There is lovley public seatind areas all very comfyh..the galleries bar offers very reasoable drinks prices and food option if you feel hu grey(we were full boared and were fed to capicity every day Phillipines 10 again great friendly service great choice of acts. Diego Vabeyyu being my favorite also Elroy strokes This hoteh is in a excellent location providing the perfect base Would highly rec omend this hotel..i would'stay any where else. The location of the hotel is perfect, with very little walking needed to reach some great bars, especially The Meeting Point.
I couldn’t fault the room. It was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the balcony was a really good size. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to Dann, who welcomed us to the restaurant. He was extremely friendly, happy and always very helpful.
Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment for me. The variety was extremely poor and, on some nights, there wasn’t much choice at all. We only had potatoes on one night, the pizza looked very unappetising, and there were too many options that weren’t really to my taste. The ice cream, however, was absolutely amazing!
The lifts could be annoying at times, although when they were working properly, the way they operated was actually quite good.
The pool area was very decent and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. Overall, the friendly staff, excellent location, good-sized room and balcony made for a pleasant stay, although the food could definitely be improved.
Had been recommended by a work colleague! And I must say it didn't disappoint! Staff brilliant, fantastic choice for food, breakfast, lunch and dinner! Spotlessly clean throughout, location excellent and plan to return in 2027! 100% recommend if you fancy a stint to Benidorm!
This hotel is spotless, the rooms are spotless, The hotel is truly a four star plus in my opinion, the staff and I mean all the staff are some of the most friendly pleasant and helpful I have met on any holiday. Rooms are soundproof, spacious and up to date. Oh the price of a drink was cheaper at the hotel than any other pub I visited..The food was different everyday and it was scrumptious. I will definitely visit the presidente again. Pool was great too.
