This lovely hotel is located in the wonderful gardens in the centre of Rincon de Loix, just 100 metres from the fine sand beach. The establishment is well situated for access to countless shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, bars and nightclubs located just 2 km from the hotel. The centre of Benidorm is around 1. 5 km from the hotel while the nearest golf course about 8 kilometres away. Built in 1974, this 270-room hotel offers guests a multitude of facilities. Business travellers can take advantage of the well-equipped conference room while leisure travellers can spend their days by the poolside with a refreshing drink in hand. All guests may also enjoy the vast number of activities, like tennis and billiards, which this hotel offers. Guests are greeted by beautifully-furnished en suite rooms that come with necessary modern amenities .

This hotel is well organised, well situated and looks smart inside and out. We stayed in a deluxe room which had air con, iron, big screen TV and a double shower which was powerful. Meal times were well organised with plenty of choice and attentive staff. A number of couples we met had stayed here up to 5 and 6 times. Bar prices are really good and facilities are excellent.
Hotel is actually very clean pool area nice but the food is absolutely awful snack bar an absolute joke,one day last night's food was available at snack bar for lunch disgusting, lifts hit and miss definitely not worth the money loads of other way better hotels on the plus side it's near the beach
Lovely staff..clean comfortable rooms .Nice pool area and clean well staffed restaurant. Very impressed. Also great location.
Well what can I say about this hotel what a let down. Yes the refurbishments are good and it’s clean but it’s certainly not a 4 star plus (according to TUI is) I’d say it’s 3 star at best. The food is abysmal, cold and repetitive. We choose the all inclusive option as last year we came and they stated that from 2026 all inclusive would include all premium drinks but that is a lie. There are 2 pool bars but only one you can use your all inclusive………can someone tell me why? They sell the same drinks so I’m baffled by that. Staff very slow and just stand chatting or will serve one person then walk off. When we visit Benidorm again we will be giving this hotel a wide berth and would advise others too. I’m not a one to do reviews as it’s everyone’s own opinion but basically last year they were telling lots of lies about little things.
