This lovely hotel is located in the wonderful gardens in the centre of Rincon de Loix, just 100 metres from the fine sand beach. The establishment is well situated for access to countless shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, bars and nightclubs located just 2 km from the hotel. The centre of Benidorm is around 1. 5 km from the hotel while the nearest golf course about 8 kilometres away. Built in 1974, this 270-room hotel offers guests a multitude of facilities. Best cocktails are in bar near reception
Just returned from this hotel and we must admit we were worried by some of the reviews,but how wrong we were.This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Benidorm.The hotel is spotless, sea view room was perfect,food good quality and hot,all inclusive drinks were good with some branded drinks eg Johnny walker,baileys branded gin and proper cocktails not ready made.There were plenty of sunbeds,wonderfull staff.Also we noticed no idiots just nice people staying here .Please ignore bad reviews you will not be disappointed,fabulous hotel.
It was poor right from the start
It was poor right from go no facility for mobility scooter anywhere food cold and same daily we had out of 11 days same hot pudding for 9 days recept rest ok

Hotel nice since referb but after been going for years and always giving great review done a complete turn around 1st reception very rude bar staff lovely cleners really pride themselves on doing great job 2nd no mobilty scooter charging or parking 3rd hot food all the same everyday and mostly cold even if 1st in plates hot food cold 9 out 11 nights was same hot pudding the cold deserts tho was lovely im sorry to say wont be staying again

Port Benidorm Hotel
I firstly want to say this hotel is amazing, the location is brilliant its about a 3 min walk to the beach. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is lovely very clean and you actually get some complimentary bits in the bathroom, things like a shaving kit, dental kit an some other bits and bobs. There was a safe in the room which you didn't have to pay for also there was a fridge.
The swimming pool area was lovely it had a big swimming pool I would say more for people who wanted to do lengths then they had a pool for everyone one side was shallow the other end is deeper but not overly deep. The entertainment team were amazing all day there is something going on whether it was water aerobics, water polo and some other things like table tennis and jenga. The reception area was lovely and clean and there was always someone there to help you, which was brilliant, if there was a negative I would say that the restaurant isn't big enough for all the guests, when you went down for breakfast lunch and dinner there was always a queue of people waiting as it got so busy so quickly which put me off a bit. The food wasnt great it was ok very repetitive but I wouldnt expect anything else when you stay somewhere for a week but I would also say im quite a fussy eater.
I would like to say a special recommendation for Tracy the TUI agent within the hotel, when we arrived in Alicante I had some issues with assistance for my mum which meant I didn't have transfers that I had booked for some reason TUI had cancelled them so when I explained to Tracy what happend she sorted everything in one day making sure I had transfers for our return journey making my holiday more enjoyable and without stress, so if anyone has any issues go to Tracy.
Lovely hotel
I would like to say this hotel is a lovely hotel very clean all staff from reception ,bar staff , restaurant staff also cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful We have been going to this hotel for a few years and it has always been the same in a good area for everything I would like to say well done to all the staff and we will be coming back at the end of March
