This hotel lies just a 10 minutes' walking distance away from Poniente Beach, in Benidorm. It is just a 20 minutes' walking distance away from the centre of the resort and the Old Town. Overall excellent for cleanliness, rooms, staff but the drinks were poor - tasteless and of questionable quality - everything tasted watered down. The soft drinks were not branded and everything was served from a pump - cocktails/wine included. They provided a kettle but no tea/coffee. Food was ok, I’m coeliac so found the choice difficult, but there were a few options.
Hotel is lovely, very clean and has everything you need. Bed was super comfy, all staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel is a 25 minute walk from everything and the pool os lovely but on the smaller side. Great stay in all tho

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, quite frankly, unacceptable.
Throughout our stay, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome due to the way we were treated as English guests. On one occasion, a friend of mine, who was staying at a different hotel, came back to the hotel with us so that I could change into something more comfortable before we went back out to the strip. A member of reception approached him and began physically attempting to remove him from the hotel without first politely asking him to leave or explaining the situation.
The situation then escalated, and we were subjected to deeply offensive and racist comments. We were told that “Benidorm would be a better place without the English.” This behaviour was completely unacceptable and extremely upsetting. Even the police officers who attended appeared appalled by the way the situation had been handled and by the comments that had been made.
I have never experienced such treatment at a hotel before, and I find it particularly disturbing that this kind of behaviour still occurs in this day and age. Nobody should be made to feel unwelcome or discriminated against because of their nationality.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The way we were treated was deeply upsetting, and I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously and addresses this behaviour.
