This hotel is situated in Benidorm's tourist centre, just 150 m from Levante beach and a few minutes' walk from the town centre. The hotel lies around 65 km from Alicante airport.
The hotel also offers a total of 168 rooms as well as a children's playground and a video and a TV room.
The rooms are equipped with a full bath, balcony, individually controlled air conditioning, heating, cable television, satellite TV with channels such as Sky news, Sky sports, CNN and Eurosport, telephone, optional safe, possibility of including a crib and hiring a mini-fridge.
There is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area available for guests' use in the hotel grounds.
There is a buffet-style restaurant which boasts a wide variety of dishes from both Mediterranean and Continental cuisines.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Amazing hotel in prime location. Very clean, comfy room Food good xan exchange evening meal for lunch if you wanted. Will deffo return in the future!

Arrival : Room 812. Fully air - conditioned lobby. Greeted by a helpful, friendly lady on reception. Explained everything.
Cleanliness: Hotel spotless and clean.
Location: Rincon area, next to Talk of the coast. 5 - 8 min walk to beach. Avenue at one side . Calle Gerona ' strip' on entrance side.
Rooms : Slightly small. Very clean. Great air conditioning! Tea & coffee making facilities. Had a walk in shower, as requested. 8th floor as requested facing Western Saloon. Television does have English channels, but the reception is only great on the channels at late night, and sky sports good all the time. Safe, digital, which is a plus, 30 Euro non refundable. Maid service daily if wanted. Respectful & friendly. Rooms facing the strip get late afternoon sun. No noise once balcony doors closed. Noisy if open.
Amenities & Entertainment : No games or quizzes advertised. Saw one singer the first week Music around pool. No games or aqua games Some Fridays they have Gala day/night. Singer and foam party. Sunbeds: Plenty for everyone. Pool : 1.4M in deep end, slope access. It was nice and clean. Food truck: Be aware they only fill a 300ml tumbler to 250ml max. X2 cokes 5 Euro.
Drinks machine near reception 2 Euro for 500 ml ice cold drinks. Crisps, water, chocolate, sweets.
Dining & Food : I went full board. Only used 2 allocated meals a day. On the last day we wanted breakfast and lunch as we hadn't had all meals but told by a rude guy at front of dining, no! Grumpy man, no smiles, no hello all 9 days. Slandered reception staff, telling me they know nothing. So we went out and paid for our last breakfast and lunch as i was made to feel unwelcome EVEN TJOUGH I HAD PAID £1900 FOR FULL BOARD. No breakfast you lose. I said reception said it was OK and to confirm on ladt day.
Breakfast :: Tea, coffee, water, orange, pineapple juice were self serve. Included. Sausage, bacon, eggs, beans mushrooms, tomatoes, fried bread toast. Fruit. Salads. Croissants, choc au pan, muffins, crackers, cereal. Cooked meat,cheeses,rolls. Yoghurt, mousse.
Lunch :: salads, cold meat. Cooked meats, various style potatoes. Fish, stew, soups, rolls, fruit, desserts, mousse. No drinks included in lunch. Two glasses water , £2.35 Euro. Nice icey and cold.
Dinner :: Various meats,pork,beef, chicken, fish. Some in sauces Pastas. Curries Soups Salads Breads Potatoes various style Yorkies Vegetables All types of desserts. Very fresh Salads. Again no drinks included in dinner. Food very nice. Hot enough.
Staff: : All great, friendly. The older guy in dining was very rude and not friendly at all. The waitress was scared because of this man, to give me a Teabag!! As i had tun out until morning. He Made you feel not welcome. Waitresses and young waiter, very nice very helpful , very friendly.
Overall: : Great clean hotel, good location, nice decor, excellent staff, bar one man.
Beware of the 'strip' atm, lots of drink spiking, lots of drugs and money scams and fighting. 76 year old lady from my town was spiked whilst we were there.
Lovely hotel, lovely food, a lot of choices for all meals. A bit noisy from the strip but using earplugs for bedtime was ok. Easy walking distance to local bus stops and a short walk to the beach
After many years staying in MedPlaya Hotels in Benidorm, we are now in our 70's and decided we neither eat or drink enough to warrant All inclusive. We had stayed at this hotel before and were quite satisfied with our stay so we booked half board. Totally unimpressed. Not only has the quality of the food deteriorated, but when we sat down for dinner we were asked if we wanted a drink and we ordered water. At the end of the meal we were charged €5 for drinks.!? We are only on day2 of 11, but I can say we would not recommend this hotel. The rating of 2 is for the clean and comfy room and bed, also the majority of staff are pleasant and accommodating.
Right on the start of the strip, but once balcony door is closed theres hardly any noise from out side and we were on the first floor facing down the strip. Not a massive pool but big enough and not very deep . Always got a sunbed , not sure how it would be july/August. Nightime entertainment was inside but never saw it. Lovely clean hotel , comfortable beds. Food good , the only negative realy was the majority of holiday makers were of older age and no children . ( not sure if this is all year through ) . But would reccomend this hotel .
