The hotel is situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, 2500 metres away from the city centre and 600 metres from the Levante beach. There is a bus stop 300 meters away. Alicante airport is 60 km away. This hotel offers a total of 195 double/twin rooms, all of them with balcony. It offers a 24 hours reception desk with money exchange service, an air conditioned restaurant with views to the pool, bar café, TV and reading room and internet service. All rooms have a balcony and come equipped with bathroom, TV, phone, air conditioning, heating and safety deposit boxes (local charge apply). The hotel offers a sun terrace with two swimming pools and a hot tub. Clients may use sun beds and parasols as well as a small pool bar and showers. There is a daily and evening entertainment program. All meals are offered with a buffet style.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Absolutely fantastic as usual. Everything about the place is brilliant, bar staff especially Marco and Edu always know what you want to drink. Restaurant staff really good, manager and another waitress brilliant remembered our room number to sign in. Dihannah? Started pouring outr drinks as soon as she saw us. Naxto just hilarious and always does a fantastic job of entertaining everyone also Emanuel was brilliant. Cleaners very polite and efficient, cleaning standards throughout were pretty much spotless. I'm a fussy eater but always found something to eat. All in all a fantastic hotel and will be booking for next year in a few days time. Thank you all at Regente and see you next year 🌞🍻👍
Came with my family for 9 nights on 6th September and we absolutely loved it. Staff were all very friendly, especially Edu and Marco. We all had such good laugh with Marco and Edu was amazing with our little boy, He'll be such an amazing dad when his partner gives birth. Food was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised that brand spirits were included in all inclusive. Entertainment was good, with staff always coming to try and include us in daytime activities and the night Entertainment was good too. Our only grumbles were that the rooms were quite small for 3 people, we felt we couldn't let our 2 year old onto the balcony with the gap in between the glass and floor and also the lifts were very slow, which obviously we couldn't avoid using them as we had a pushchair. Will definitely be back. Keep up the great work and good luck Edu on your future arrival.
Fab / fab/ fab/ always a lovely place to stay, staff great all the way through the hotel. bar staff brillant, and doc cooking at the hut, what a great guy smiles. nacco, get well soon, you and your staff good all round with kids and adults. . keep it up. loved every second, thats why we come all the time for the great place and service from you all thank you all soon much
We stayed at this hotel and it was very clean and tidy. If your looking for entertainment dont bother everynight it was a different singer for 7 days (some couldn't even sing) This is not a family hotel the bar staff are very rude especially Marco. The staff on the bar didnt want to engage with you never said hello they didnt wan t a conversation, they made you feel very unwelcome. I have stayed in many hotels in benidorm and this one is boring and aimed more for the older people. No floats or ball games allowed in the the pool. The food was rubbish not alot of options for children. If your a family and looking for a friendly hotel dont bother with this one go to the melia or tue flamingo.
Amongst the best hotels I've ever stayed in to date. The only faults: One elevator out of service, but the cleaning staff told us to use their service elevator. They need to make a proper Mojito
