JetStu Holidays!! You can lose £200 per family! Book now for 2027
We had a wonderful time at the Hotel, and booked through JetStu Holiday’s. We didn’t save any money this time but did cost us an average of £200 each for our family of 5. There were always plenty of sun beds around and it’s was great fun navigating ourselves and playing a game of ‘the straight of Hormuz’ in the swimming pool. The beer was good in areas. But it’s was described as ‘eggy’ by Neil in the top bar. Food on the whole was not to be sniffed at. Top marks to Carlos the chef for the beef brisket he conjured up one day 👌 Although he might want to look up a good recipe for Crispy Roast Potatoes. It was nice to be out the centre and a good 20 minutes walk from the beech as it meant we could all chip in again a pay for taxi’s or stop off at the shops on the way to replenish further drinks and cigarettes. We had an entertaining weekend and met famous locals like Frank the Stagman and Uncle Ron, where we took on the hot wings challenge and thankfully there was plenty of big roll on the room. The lifts were fun and games, and cherished memories we won’t forget for a long time!!! Are only regret was that The Captain didn’t have a chance to take a photo with StarBoy!! All n All, we could not of expected this Holiday to go any differently, and that’s all thanks to JetStu Holidays’s. Friendly staff and ideal for kids under the age of 6. HOLA 🐫

Truly awful
This has to be the worst holiday I’ve ever been on, first night I was very poorly after my food throwing up for 24hrs straight which I’m not surprised at as the place is filthy . The hotel staff are clearly stretched to the limits there isn’t enough them and they are all rude and miserable, they have clearly cut back here and it’s shows. The food is absolutely awful no variety, cold, bizarre meals concoctions, I could not eat the food here at all. The pool area is so dirty , the baby pool was full of mud and not cleaned, I actually never saw anyone clean the pool area actually the whole while we were here and it also stunk of pi** . The type of clientele here were questionable and the atmosphere was very hostile, couples fighting and having punch ups, children being left to their own devices. I’ve stayed in many hotels 4 star and this place is not a 4 star it’s not even a 3 star . Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs

Amazing stay/ entertainment
This hotel was amazing. Everything was great including the location, rooms and atmosphere. I want to give a special shout out to the entertainment team who made us all feel so welcome throughout our stay. The ones who went that extra mile to ensure we were extremely satisfied with the entertainment were Luis, Silvia and Dani. This is because they all beamed with positivity and made sure to talk to everyone without making it sound or look like a hindrance.
Fabulous hotel.
Just returned from a stay at flamingo oasis. This is our second time visiting. Staff remembered us from 3 year ago which was lovely. And remembered me by name. Even some of the guest who had returned remembered me. Made a nice welcoming experience.
The hotel is huge. Really big. Which means really busy however no long queues for food or drink. Staff are all exceptional. Very friendly. Attentive and caring to everyone’s needs.
Rooms spacious. Air con could be colder as rooms were still extremely hot at night. Restaurant was lovely and cool. First time we visited they were testing not having it on. And that was unbearable.
The hotel overall was fabulous. As a family holiday I would highly recommend this hotel. It meets everyone’s needs. It’s not too far to walk to the main areas of Benidorm. In the intense heat the old town is harder to get too. And I have no mobility issues.
Food was lovely and lots of options. I have one issue during my entire stay. I have allergies. I have celiac and a milk allergy. I am very well aware what I can and can’t eat. No dish had allergy info above. Just simple stated what it was. There is a big sign showing the 14 main allergies and tells you to ask staff for assistance. No staff member is going to know exactly what is in a dish or how it was cooked unless they cooked it. People also often housed the same tongs for cheese and then for ham which is went helpful. However this isn’t the hotels fault. I would like them to display the allergies in each dish. Other than that fabulous hotel and would defo return.

Decent overall but wouldn't come back
Great location, plenty to do outside the hotel and a short walk to the promenade and the main strip. The room was clean and pleasant. The aircon in the room was good but it was boiling everywhere else inside the hotel, they need to keep communal areas cool as well. The beer on tap in the bar was warm and we didn't see the small print, but the all inclusive ends at 11pm, so you have to pay for drinks from 11pm onwards, which I've never experienced in an all inclusive before. The food was very nice, I couldn't really fault that. All round it was a nice relaxing holiday but I'd expect a bit more from a 4 star. The pool itself was lovely and big, but there was a litter around the pool and the floor needs to be resurfaced as there were holes and bits of concrete that had broken off which I kept standing on, that could easily cut someone's foot. We went out at night so can't comment on the entertainment.
