Fantastic Again!!!
This was our 4th year in a row and it didn't disappoint! Firstly the staff, as usual they were so helpful, friendly and accommodating especially Bella on reception, this hotel should hopefully recognise this simple fact. Secondly the entertainment team led by the wonderful Jony, and backed up by Silvia, Noelia and Andrea.. absolutely amazing as usual so thanks for helping us to enjoy our stay! Thirdly as usual the food and drinks were fantastic, always had an excellent selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the selection of drinks was great. Finally the pool area. You are always able to get sunbeds, the pool is fantastic and well maintained and the lifeguards especially the young lad were fantastic. Only things to keep an eye on are the unthoughtful guests who reserve the sunbeds and disappear for hours and the people drinking in the pool, but at least the lifeguard was clamping down on both. Once again I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again next year for year 5. Thanks for making our holiday so special.

Definitely a place to return to.
What a great holiday. The staff are fantastic and the room we had was amazing. The all inclusive is the way to go. The food is delicious and varied. Well done to the kitchen staff. We stayed in the newer apartment block which was amazing. Excellent views and a lot quieter than the main pool. Very relaxing. The pool bar staff even came down to this area to take drinks orders and brought drinks to us. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Girls Trip
Travelled with a group of friends. Our room was a superior one which was very nice. Only issue was the shower was not very warm. The air con was great. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was good. Drinks at the hotel were nice and very reasonably priced. Overall very happy with the hotel. Would stay again.

Immediate issues
Before I arrived at the hotel I got a WhatsApp message from a company proclaiming to be this hotel.. it had my full name, the dates I was checking in, the room type I had booked and the amount I paid and clearly my mobile number… they asked for confirmation of my bank details which I had used to make my reservation. I contacted the hotel about it and they said it was a scam. I had to push the hotel to give me a straight answer as to what had happened.. it is still very unclear. I booked direct via the hotel website so it was their cyber security that had failed.. no real apology or nothing. Luckily I am quite tech savvy and my work always bang on about stuff like this so I recognised it. I feel others may not have.. as it did look pretty genuine.
When we arrived I had booked and paid in full for a premier room. I was given a standard room upon check in. I noticed it wasn’t a premier based on the size of the balcony.. premier has the balcony on both sides, so went to reception, was given a new room.. same again.. The club/standard room. This was at 6pm we had been travelling all day, to be wheeling around luggage to 3 different rooms is not ok… I was extremely disappointed in the check in process. It almost felt like they were perhaps overbooked and tried to fob us off.. the receptionist stated they had to check if our room was ready.. this was at 6pm.. check in was from 4pm. I asked for a key for the safe it didn’t work.. I asked for an iron.. none was brought. Then our air con didn’t work. We had maintenance come and replace the full temperature panel. The shower leaked badly. Food was ok.. drink choices basic, basically one cocktail available for all inclusive. Incredibly slow and unfriendly bar staff.
Would I recommend here.. nope.

The only good thing about this place was the breakfast! There were groups of youths playing really loud house music in their rooms! When I complained to receptionist his comment was 'well it's only 9pm!' In the main bar, just off reception, people were laying asleep on the sofas! Bare chested blokes wandering around reception and bar, even though it's clearly stated in the rules that it is not allowed! We checked out a day early. The receptionist wasn't interested and did not ask why we were leaving earlier or if we had enjoyed our stay?? Supposed to be 4 stars? I wouldn't even rate it 2 star!!
