Amazing
Visited this hotel in August for a 6 night break with my friend. The location for us was perfect, approx a 15 minute walk to the main strip but had plenty directly around the hotel. Room was large and clean with a lovely pool view. The air con could be stronger/colder and this is the only thing that wasn’t positive. The drinks on the all inclusive were amazing and the food was great quality with a great choice. Staff are all friendly and hard working! I would chose this hotel over and over again.
Stayed here over twenty times
Firstly hotel is fantastic,we stayed in new part rooms amazing,all staff first class ,our only complaint we stayed BB the cooked breakfast full English etc was terrible,the cook had a bowl full of cooked bacon that he kept topping up with freshly cooked bacon so the bacon at bottom of deep pan didn't get touched until near the end off session by then it was cold and rock hard terrible, also he kept pre frying eggs into a bowl so they were cold and rock hard ,to be fair though there was plenty cereal,fruit, yoghurt etc which we stayed to , overall enjoyed our stay
Broken aircon in main areas & dining hall
Location of hotel was great. Animation team very good. The only problem we encountered was the air conditioning was broken in the main reception bar area downstairs and the dining hall. It was nearly impossible to eat a meal under the conditions as it was 34 degrees. The aircon was not fixed while we spent the week there and upon reading other reviews it seems it has been like that for sometime. This to me is unacceptable when booking a 4 star hotel I would expect that to be fixed without delay! We actually ate out quite a few nights to avoid the heat in the dining hall, dissapointinh when you are all inclusive.

Extremely disappointed
Having returned 2 days ago from this hotel I can honestly say we were disappointed. The location is fantastic. Our deluxe room with kitchen was beautiful and clean with a comfortable bed but lacked coat hangers. What really lets this hotel down is the main areas. The reception and pool areas are actually filthy, there’s a terrible sewage smell around the pool! Also one day I had to pick up lots of broken glass from around the pool toilets, so I wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot. I requested an iron twice and was told it would be left in my room and it never was, couldn’t be bothered to ask a 3rd time. I real shame all in all as we were looking forward to staying here as we’ve stayed at all 3 opposite Lidl. This was the most expensive and the most disappointing. We won’t be back unfortunately but we will definitely return to Benidorm
