Absolutely loved our stay here, so clean and quiet at night even though a few streets from the centre! Staff really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very spacious and the view of the pool was lovely. The food was particularly good and everything really well cooked and presented. Highly recommended x
We had our second stay at BCL Levante Club & Spa for 3 nights as a group of four ladies and had a really enjoyable stay.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and generally well maintained. Our room was a good size and kept clean and tidy by the our lovely cleaner.
The food was decent, with a good selection available at all meals.
The staff were a real highlight. The reception team were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with any questions or requests. A special mention must go to Hussain at the pool bar, who was fantastic — he was friendly, attentive and really helped create a great atmosphere around the pool area.
Overall, we had a lovely time and felt the hotel offered good value for money.
I expect we will be back next year!
Just back from a brilliant holiday and wanted to give a special mention to Sol from the entertainment team.
She was absolutely fantastic around the pool every day — always full of energy, smiling, getting everyone involved and somehow managing to make the atmosphere better without ever being pushy or over the top.
Whether it was the games, activities or just having a laugh with people around the pool, Sol genuinely stood out. She remembered people, made an effort with everyone and was especially good at making both adults and kids feel included.
You can have a great hotel, great weather and great facilities, but it’s often the staff that make you remember a holiday — and Sol definitely did that for us.
A real credit to the entertainment team and the hotel. ☀️👏

The location was perfect for us as we were attending Benidorm Palace and wanted to be close by.
The room was lovely, spacious and well equipped. It was a deluxe room, these were renovated fairly recently but there were obvious signs of wear and tear in one or two places. The wardrobe mirror and the windows to the balcony weren’t clean, with lots of smears and fingerprints that were there when we arrived. There were hairs in the shower and sink after the cleaner had been in on one of the mornings.
We were B&B and breakfast had everything necessary, however you need to get there early or there isn’t a lot left. Nothing too serious though and we’d stay again.
Returned 2 days ago after staying at this hotel and it wasn’t what we expected at all. The main good thing was our room, we were in the new building in a deluxe room and this was spotless and huge!! However, everything else was very run down (in the main building) and quite dirty in places. The location is good, about a 10-15 min walk to main bars/strip and another 5 mins to beach I’d say. Majority of staff were pleasant except for one gentleman on reception who was quite rude when we returned our towels for the deposit back. Not enough vegetarian options in dining room either. Wouldn’t return I’m afraid.
