Helios

Hotel Helios Benidorm Spain. Very nice and very clean hotel. We booked Optima room but when we arrived we upgraded to a premium room for €20/night extra w/c includes a 45minutes use of their SPA nice touch. Thanks to Isabelle, Natalie and Angeles with our smooth check in and sorting out some issues in our room e.g. aircon as it really hot here in Spain. JULIA, their CRO personally came to our room, apologise for the inconvinience it cause and gave us option to change room or to fix the aircon that day whilst we are outside the room. She also gave us 2 free drinks in the bar which is really nice. You are the BEST Julia thank you. Also would like to mention Angel and Javier in the reception for helping to book us the Bali chair by thr pool and the massage and also to Martin and Harry in the reception. All of them are very lovely and helpful. The room is really nice (922). The facilities are great with coffee making machine and toiletries included in the room and mini fridge and safe. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well every night. The cleaners clean the room daily and change the towel daily. The food has lots of selections, we are half board, breakfast and evening meal. Cannot complain about it, compliments to the chef, cook and restaurant staff they are all very attentive. The pool was lovely, you can have pool towels with a returnable deposit. The bar staff are also polite, nice and attentive and serve you good drinks. Highly recommend this hotel, it is our 3rd stay in this hotel. It was really nice and relaxing. Very good location near to everything, shops, market, restaurants and entertainment etc..Will definitely come back again and highly recommend to family, friends and work colleagues.

Great hotel with nice staff. Everything we needed for our holiday. Mar in the Spa was amazing. Provided a great massage and is extremely friendly and helpful.
