Great value hotel
Second stay here and can’t fault the hotel. Excellent location and value for money. Nice rooms and staff really helpful.
The best few days.
I booked this hotel for my sister’s 30 birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make her stay special. She had champagne and deserts brought to the balcony a complimentary breakfast and use of the spa with no fee exclusive to her and her friend. She said the location was perfect the rooms were modern and the staff were really friendly. Thank you so much for making her holiday experience extra special.
Amazing last minute stay
Location-Central, minutes from the beach & strip
Atmosphere-Friendly, relaxed, clean/tidy, staff seem older than most hotels & this means everyone is very professional, capable & will challenge behaviour if needed. Ie some lads tried to take beer into the pool & they were given a very quick dressing down by the team. The staff really seem to be proud of where they work & want to maintain their high standards!!
The rooms are well maintained, clean, towels every day, air con left on so you can relax in the room after being by the pool all day.
We went half board, best decision ever. I usually want to go out when we book all inclusive, but the food was so good we have breakfast & dinner in the hotel everyday. The choices were endless, fresh fish/pork grilled in front of you & then umpteen options as sides. You have to see it to believe it. All the staff in the restaurant were hardworking, smiley & happy to help. We had lunch in the pool bar, food was lovely too.
I will be definitely coming back .. really worth the money !!!
Favourite hotel in Benidorm
Our favourite hotel in Benidorm. 7 of us stayed on 27th July to 3rd of August including my 2 granddaughters aged 5 and 6. We had a wonderful stay. Angeles on reception amazing and upgraded all the family to front pool views. Food excellent as always. My favourite is the fresh tuna steaks and salmon. Restaurant spotlessly clean. The food and drinks in the cafe bar excellent as always and all the outdoor staff made a big fuss of the girls. The evening entertainment was good especially the lady on Thursday and Sunday nights. Really funny and danced with the guests to any requests. What more can I say. It was my 6th holiday there in the last 2 years. We are returning (adults this time) on the 6th - 13th of August ( tomorrow) for what I expect to be an amazing relaxing week.
Absolutely amazing
From the moment we arrived our short stay was perfect very friendly reception staff and all staff where very friendly the hotel was kept so clean Big shout out to the management as when I arrived it’s was my birthday and the hotel sent up to my room cake and fizz absolutely made me feel special Excellent food loads of choice Rooms were immaculate clean Coffee machine in room Free safe Pool area was spotless and the pool was nice and warm Bar area and snack bar was perfect and prices were reasonable All in all best hotel i have stayed in Benidorm Looking forward to may 2027
