Another year at the H10 Porto Poniente We have stayed here every year for five years this hotel ticks all the boxes great location overlooking the Poniente beach beautiful hotel as soon as you walk through the door it looks and smells amazing lovely rooms restaurant and rooftop pool area food very good just can’t fault it
My wife and I have just returned from a one week stay at the fabulous H10 Benedorme. We had a lovely time. Check in was easy and quick. All reception staff are very good. The hotel is well situated on Poniente beach near old town shops and bars. Breakfast and evening dinner is buffet style with plenty of choice excellent food.It is a beautiful restaraunt with first class staff and waiters, never any problems.We had a room on floor 5 which is ideal for access to the rooftop pool. We never had a problem getting sun beds. We had a nice room with city views but we did not stay in much so it was ok. A safe is included. We had a fantastic holiday and have just booked again for a 10 night stay. Can’t wait to return.
Fabulous location. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us even when I completed my booking incorrectly they helped with upgrading my room with no trouble. The staff also added a wonderful touch of a bottle of champagne as we went as part of my husband’s 60th birthday celebration. The room was large and spacious and the decor was lovely. Great value for money and you get what you pay for. The hotel in its entirety was spotless and great housekeeping. It was busy during the day but not a lot of noise at night so slept well. The pool area was spotless and well maintained. Food was lovely and also wonderful seating areas around the hotel. Every member of staff were wonderful, helpful and really warm and friendly, will definitely be going back and definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a nice relaxing stay
