Its elegant rooms and its two plunge pools with stunning sea views are a highlight. The hotel also has a restaurant and a Sky Bar with nice sea views. There is a spa beauty center.

Great hotel and perfect location
Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location was perfect. It’s right by the beach and close to restaurants, shops and everything we needed.
Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really nice and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel felt modern, comfortable and welcoming.
Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.
Value: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good value for money. We were very happy with our stay.
Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was clean and well looked after.
Noise level: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was nice and quiet, and we had no problems sleeping.

A dreamy hotel and stay!
A wonderful stay. Great location overlooking the beach. Amazing for families we stayed with two babies and the pool set up was fantastic. Amazing food, staff and facilities. Would book again in a heartbeat! Wish rooms for 5 people would be available as our family is expanding!

Fabulous Stay 💕
We’ve just come home from a lovely stay at H10 Porto Poniente and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they really did make us feel looked after throughout our stay.
We stayed in a Junior Suite as a family of two adults and a teenager, and we were really impressed with how spacious the room was. We had plenty of room for all three of us, which made such a difference and kept us comfortable throughout our 5-night stay.
We were half board and really enjoyed the food. Breakfast had a great selection with plenty to choose from, and the dinners were good too. The restaurant was also really well organised. Even when there was a queue, it was only a small one and moved very quickly, so we never felt like we were waiting around.
The location is another big plus. Being in the Old Town meant we were close to lots of lovely places to eat, shops, bars and plenty to do, all within easy walking distance. It was a great base for exploring Benidorm and we loved having so much around us.
The pool area was lovely and relaxing too. There always seemed to be plenty of sunbeds available, no matter what time of day we went down, so there was never any stress about finding somewhere to sit. We also had a lovely afternoon using the spa, which was included as part of our stay. It was such a relaxing treat and a lovely way to unwind.
Overall, we had a really lovely holiday and H10 Porto Poniente was a big part of that. The staff were definitely one of the highlights for us — so friendly and helpful. We’d happily stay here again if we return to Benidorm.

Great Stay on the Costa Blanca
A great place stay on the Costa Blanca! Clean, comfortable and an outstanding staff. Location can’t be beat, you are a 5 minute walk from the old town. I will be back!

Second time visiting this hotel. Great location great service. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming what more can you ask for. It’s now my go to Hotel when visiting Benidorm
