Fantastic stay at the H10 Porto poniente
We had to change locations quickly and managed to get a room here with not too much to go on, but we were amazed at the quality and the customer service.
All the staff were excellent
But Randy was particularly on another level. He made us feel at ease straight away and was super friendly and relaxed. He is an absolute credit to the H10 group.
We will be back as soon as we can. And if not Benidorm then H10 is the one for us after staying at the H10 timanfaya palace.
Only thing I would say is that maybe an all inclusive option could be offered.
But overall from the grounds to the food to the room do not hesitate just book it you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding
Fabulous hotel ...great location..welcoming reception staff..rooms spotless ..sea view ..maid service excellent... restaurant staff excellent ..food outstanding..the only downside side for me was screaming children. It would improve hotel if no under 13 s allowed in my opinion..other than that it's the best hotel we ever stayed in .
Dissapointed
Entrance to hotel lovely.
We booked a sea view junior suite, during our stay there was a foul smell coming through air conditioner. We reported it twice bit it was never resolved. There was also a strong smell of stale urine in the bathroom. We found sweet wrappers under the bed that was never cleaned. Window glass was very dirty. Sheets were not changed once despite being dirty.
Food was ok but a lot of repitition and waiting time for drinks could have been better.

From entering the bright, airy, fabulous reception to the wonderful staff greeting us with a glass of Cava, the holiday at H10 Porto Poniente was wonderful. The bedrooms were clean, fresh and perfect for our stay. The restaurant was faultless and staff went above and beyond to get us seated as a party of 6 at both breakfast and dinner especially when it was busy but it never felt overwhelming, the food was delicious and the choices changed nightly. The food was checked constantly and was replenished regularly, we enjoyed the wide choice at the cooking station and the desserts were devine. Honestly, as a party of 6 we could not fault this hotel, the staff were exceptional and we will definitely recommend and return.

H10 Porto Poniente, Benidorm - we're coming back!
We were celebrating a big birthday so there were 3 generations in our party and H1 Porto Poniente, catered for all of us! From the lovely friendly welcome, beautiful sea view rooms and gorgeous fresh food (great selection) our stay was perfect. Everything you would expect from an H10 hotel is provided but the customer service is one of the highest we've experienced. From housekeeping, catering and reception all staff delivered the highest standard but we'd especially like to mention Ana Prenza (apologies Ana I'm sure I've misspelt your surname). Ana's lovely greating on arrival and help with a special request were much appreciated. There was a real sense of pride from everyone working at the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so happy.
