H10 Porto Poniente

Loved our stay and will return! Staff friendly and welcoming. Room very spacious with fabulous shower room. We were half board and always happy with selection. Roof top area was lovely and pleased the doors were not opened before 09.30 to try and prevent folk putting down towels and disappearing for hours.. We didn’t use balcony as faced onto other apartments but had side view of sea. We were happy to have fresh air and breeze . Excellent location away from chaos but very central. Would have liked some drawers in room for clothing and fresh cups for our tea every day ( not rinsed in sink, as not very clean) Highly recommended .

There is no doubt that this hotel made the holiday. Great location next to the beach. Reception staff were warm welcoming and helpful. Suite was immaculate and very spacious . Linen was of a high quality and the bed very comfy. The chambermaid did a superb job. The air conditioning was probably the best I have ever experienced in a hotel in recent years which was very welcome given the temperature. The bathroom was excellent. Great shower and lots of space. Plenty of wardrobe space. Although we were only bed and breakfast we looked at the evening buffet and decided to upgrade to half board. The food was fantastic. Great salad bar and there was something for everyone. Great choices and a chef’s station for omelettes in the morning and fish/ meat in the evening. Whilst Benidorm was not to our taste and we wouldn’t return the hotel was faultless. Bar prices were surprisingly modest. We do not hesitate to give this hotel and all its staff full marks for making our stay memorable even if the resort itself was not our”thing”. Well done and thank you very much
