The hotel is a lot better than what I thought, the food is top notch and Danielle is a proper darling! So happy we met her
Just finished a lovely 4 day stay in the Bali. Lovely hotel bathrooms need updated to stop water flooding floor whilst in the shower.
Danielle looked after us well and was brilliant having someone with our native tongue to speak to.

A really stunning hotel . Loverly pool area and hotel spotless clean . Rooms are quite big . Not a far walk to the loverly beach. And restaurants/ bars very close . Breakfast was ok Fresh bread and fresh squeezed orange juice. The bacon , sausage, hash brown to the best but I never left there hungry . Think it more catered for the Spanish. But to be fair it is in their country . Would definitely stay there again but word of warning do not use zip transfers
This hotel is very clean, our room was spacious although a little dated. Breakfast was ok but the cooked breakfast was luke warm. The prosecco and fresh orange juice was nice. The pool area is kept clean and tidy. The guy doing aqua aerobics is so funny and the lifeguards are friendly. Like everyone says the lifts are a problem, we were on floor 19 so quite a few times the lifts were full on the way down and sometimes not all of them are working. Its not far down to road to a lovely beach.
Wee booked a room with a balcony and didn’t get it instead got on the 15 th floor with absolutely manky windows so went back down showing them the booking ours said balcony and there’ false printout didn’t anyway eventually got a room with a balcony overlooking the pool with a net covered in rubbish and wine bottles and also if want to spend half your holiday waiting on a left to get downstairs this is a place for you and they also ask for your credit card details when you arrive to get homeand see they have stolen £70 from it for no reason lucky for us I think the bank refunding us this place is an absolute dump. Let’s all build the tallest building in Benidorm with no way or form of cleaning the windows. Do not book you will be disappointed.
