Flash needs updating little bit tired, the main thing is the food same things on the menu usually pork curry??? Pork chops same for lunch or dinner, and the most unappetising stir fry and all of them cold very disappointed the pool area poor and scruffy, wish we'd gone to the Don Pancho WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN .
We arrived at the hotel early and didn't realise the check-in at 4pm (very late) Our Rooms were the same size as we booked a 3 and 2 persons room - very disappointing as the people sharing the 3 room had only 2 beds also. The Food was shocking - fruit juice in the morning was like water and the variety of breakfast was poor. Dinner in the Evening was poor - not warm and variety was very poor. The Pool Beds need changing as you sunk into them and found it hard to get out of them ….The only good thing about hotel is the lovely staff they have ….We have been visiting Benidorm for many years and different hotels, but we definitely wont be back to this hotel
Just returned last week from the Flash hotel as been the previous year . Standards of cleanliness are better especially in the restraunt as well as the food . Appears to be back to what it was before so well done Flash . Much better than last year. So pleased we decided to return .
However , sorry Flash but in reply to ROGER and his so called Mates - yous know who you are . The group of 8 ? Oh yes we know exactly who you are. Let me tell you , yous have completely let yourselves and the Flash POOL area down . The degrading and consistent foul language that went on for hours for the days that yous were unfortunately at the Flash was completely out of order - yip you know who you all are - swearing , repetitive disgraceful language and foul comments what yous had done the previous night etc etc were bang out of order that decent individuals had to sit and listen to your foul mouths and pestering woman to put on “funny” glasses . Leave people alone and as for drinking IN the POOL , sorry take yourselves to the pub and give everyone peace . Did you say you were MARRIED Roger?? Il crack the jokes mate . Do yourself a favour and rein it in - give yourself a wee reality check and don’t be so disrespectful. Couldn’t wait to see the tail end of yous . Don’t know who you and your mates think yous are . Absolute jokes - Sorry Flash but shouldn’t be up to the decent Individuals who have paid to come on holiday and put up with this - maybe a pool check now and again to prevent this . Everyone is entitled to have fun and enjoy themselves but this was in a completely unacceptable level of absolute disgust.
Millie the pool entertainer kept us entertained. She was welcoming a breath of fresh air and fun Looked forward to our day by the pool
Having been here before we came again this month only to find the service and staff to be tired and dishevelled. This reflected in the service provided and I don't think we will come here again
