Great hotel - Millie is amazing!!!
Great hotel in a good location. The day time entertainment with Millie was fabulous. She was so much fun!!!
August at The Flash hotel.
Just enjoyed another stay here at the Flash hotel. From check in to check out everything was great. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, good to have a fridge and kettle with tea/coffee making facilities. Clean towels each day, hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. The food was outstanding considering it was very busy, lots of choice and all hot and fresh. The pool was very clean and plenty of sunbeds, no rush for people putting towels down, brilliant happy hour at the pool bar everyday and the lounge bar twice a day, with afternoon and evening entertainment. On Thursday there was a fiesta around the pool which included paella for everyone, foam party, sangria making. All in all a great few days here, definitely will return. Great value for money.

Unforgettable Beachside Escape
The Flash Hotel exceeded expectations with its vibrant ambiance and stylish, modern decor. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and provided magnificent views of the city. Located just a short stroll from the beach and local nightlife, it offers the perfect mix of energy and relaxation. The poolside atmosphere and amenities made the entire trip truly enjoyable. Stylish getaway with excellent amenities
A wonderful choice for a getaway in Benidorm. The hotel features sleek facilities, great food options with plenty of variety, and comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. Being close to the beach while maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere makes it ideal for adults looking to relax. I would definitely return for another holiday!
Flash Hotel Review: Great Location, Disappointing Stay
The location of the Flash Hotel was excellent, right in the heart of everything and within easy reach of all the nightlife. It’s directly opposite Morgan’s Tavern and only a short walk from the main strip.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Some members of staff were ignorant and rude, which really took away from the overall experience. The cleanliness was also not what you would expect from a four-star hotel.
The towels in our room were ripped, torn and stained, which was particularly disappointing. We also noticed cockroaches around the pool area and in some of the downstairs areas of the hotel.
Overall, the location is fantastic, but the standard of service, cleanliness and maintenance definitely did not live up to what we would expect from a four-star hotel.
