Good stay, fairly priced hotel
My friends and I had a good experience of this hotel.
Location is fantastic, 15 mins from the strip gives you the peace from the noise but you are in close proximity, whether it be a cheap uber or a short walk.
Entertainment and evening atmosphere were really lacking, which is why I haven't got for 5*, they could be improved a lot. They also didn't show the football despite popular Spain & England games. I understand that this is their policy, but it is completely tone deaf during a World Cup, and other guests felt the same.
Rooms were clean and fairly modern, some guests said they were in better condition in previous years but no complaints. Beds were comfortable enough, some days the bathroom smelled a bit of drain but it didn't bother us too much and we didn't raise this with reception.
I think it was good value for money compared to similar all inclusives I have stayed at in Europe. The food was OK, nothing to write home about but there was generally something we wanted to eat, the roast dinner was the best meal we had.
The bar queues were not bad at all and they poured fairly. The taps at pools were a nice touch. There was enough sunloungers, especially during the week. Georgi was great.
You won't be overly disappointed with this hotel, unless you are looking for atmosphere. I think it is priced fairly.
Best time had at this resort
We had the best time here in Benidorm. The hotel was amazing very clean even the fdrive way was swept and washed down using a mop and bucket. Our room Was spectacular so spacious and clean and the bathroom was kept clean we had fresh towels and bedding every day. The food was amazing no dish was on twice there was a vast amount to choose from every day. The staff were lovely very friendly nothing was too much for them. A very clever touch with their name badges they had the flags of what language they could speak. The bar staff were friendly and again nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely come back to Benidorm and stay at this hotel. So thank you flamingo resort for making our holiday the best one we could have wished for .

Not good
Firstly the good: The staff were generally lovely. The location is good - just a ten-minute walk down to the main shopping area and beach. The rooms are spacious. Lovely view across the cityscape from the balcony (see photo).
Now the not so good: The food is limited in choice and poor in quality. It resembles a low-grade school cafeteria from the 1980s. The cleanliness is really lacking: dirty cutlery; glasses with lipstick marks on them; and multiple cockroaches in our bathroom + a load of rotting bits n pieces that fell off the underside of the basin that the cleaner just simply ignored (see photo).

Brilliant
Just got home from a 5day stay , what a beautiful hotel. The food was amazing , staff are friendly , hotel is very clean the rooms are massive and the air con 👌 the pool was clean and cool. I would definitely return , only let down qas entertainment.
Relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Recently spent a week in this lovely resort, staff were attentive and friendly. Chris and James and the ladies were great bartenders, got to know our drinks before we asked. Lily on reception was very welcoming and helpful as we wanted to move room to a lower floor and she was very helpful. Our room was perfect, first floor with good views and very clean, small leak under sink in bathroom but nothing major. Food was amazing, don’t think we had the same thing twice. Atmosphere around the hotel was relaxed and friendly. One negative I had was that that it would have been very reassuring if a safety bar was fitted around the inside of the pool for us less confident people using the pool as it was quite deep and we could not put our feet on the bottom. Transfer was about an hour and half but flew in watching the lovely scenery.
