This was our 3rd stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean tidy and has a very welcoming vibe. The rooms are huge as they used to be self catering. The beds were comfy and spare pillows and a duvet were in the wardrobe. The bathroom is on the slightly small side, but do you really need more space in a bathroom. Air con worked great and a nice size dual accses balcony ( from the bedroom or living area). The food this year was amazing and I'm one of those awkward people with food intolerances. There were no long queues at the bars and our orders were fully fulfilled. The pools were warm and clean and easy to access. The main pool has standard chrome ladders but the the one behind it has the big wide steps that you get in with or use as a seat. The location I liked. 10min walk to main strip and beach or grab a taxi to the old town. The staff are all lovely and friendly. Noemi was on the pool bar mostly and is a great asset to the hotel. She remembered us from 2 years previous! So the 'bad' points. For those who crave perfection good luck. There was some water damage (from a while ago) staining the wall slightly in our bedroom. To recover from this, we learnt to ignore it! This seemed to work. On the Thursday we had a continuous bombardment of a fly (just the one) who it seemed had a contract out on us! Eventually it must have finished it's shift as it disappeared. On another day we had some clouds and water falling from the sky for a little while. This of course completely ruined our holiday. Thankfully the bright yellow sky ball came back and dried up all the rain.
I write this as we leave today ! Location : perfect for exploring - have not stayed in this part before but really enjoyed the location. Easy to get about, found parts of Beni we had never seen before. Hotel : clean with 3 pools, we stayed in a premium room in the premium block. The room was comfortable but could do with a little refresh. Kettle full size fridge and a free bottle of fizz. The hotel overall was lovely, modern and the staff were very attentive. Had a gym sauna and cold jacuzzi by the pool. We loved the fact that calm music was playing around the pools - be warned though the pools are cold but you soon get used to that once you are in! There are always beds available so no need for the early morning dash !
Food : Always something for everyone’s taste , we stayed AI, breakfast is very good ! Just one tip ! Food is luke warm but I noticed microwaves around the restaurant ! Show cooking nightly
Entertainment : not bad but if not to your taste, there’s plenty locally to see and do
Drinks ; cruzcampo in draft, cava for the ladies and some premium brands on the AI.
Overall we loved this gem of a hotel and will be back - just a few things to suggest below
I asked for a pint of cruzcampo but was told I had to pay ? We were all inclusive ?? Yet could have 2 halves ? Struggling to understand that one if management could explain ?
Early checkout : no facility for breakfast Would it not be possible just to switch on the toaster and pop some bread in a tray for people to at least have a slice of toast ? The coffee machine is already in use

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 11 nights. I can't fault anything about it. The food was lovely staff were amazing. They went above and beyond. It was my partners birthday the 1st full day out there they give him a bottle off bubbly with some sweets. It was lovely and clean. The rooms were massive. We stayed on the 21st floor (top). The views were amazing.
Nice adult only boutique hotel. Definitely every attention to detail. Certain brands such as Bacardi Rum and Gordon's Gin on all inclusive. Bar staff work exceptionally hard each evening and queing for few minutes but worth waiting for generous measures combined with our complimentary crisps or nuts. All staff without exception polite and professional at all times. Food varied, well prepared and presented. No problems with sunbeds, definitely a first for us, no fighting. Rooms exceptionally well appointed, spacious and regularly cleaned. Particularly liked full size bath sheets and issue of pool towels for Refundable Deposit. Entertainment each evening catering for all. Animation provided by Andreia who works so hard getting guests involved in daytime and evening activities. Located 15 minute walk from Levante Beach and 25 minutes from Old Town and 15 minutes to the Strip. 7 euros taxi to main station for Tram toward Alicante or train to Altea, Calpe and Denia.Sadly I have only 1 negative comment. With all of the attention to detail that management and staff put in to make guests so happy it does not figure as to why so few parasols are available to guests and the condition the support stands are in.
Firstly can i say thank you to poppy for your very kind and considerate response to my review and for your understanding. Me and my cousin had a fantastic holiday until the bertie episode. i would like to update my review in saying that everything was absalutely perferct up until then. I have asked Tripadvisor to take down my original review as it is not my intention to stop people coming there. Can i make a special mention about christopher,james,james ,tony and sarah they were fantastic hard working and very friendly
