I stayed at this hotel during the week of July 26th to August 2nd. I would like to say that the experience was very pleasant—from the service and food to the cleanliness. I want to specifically highlight the excellent attention, service, and communication provided by three staff members: Noem, Georgi, and Tony. Many thanks to you all for your service.

Finally, I must express my disappointment regarding the sound quality provided for the evening entertainers. The vocal sound is extremely weak, which certainly detracts significantly from the performance. Also, in a summer resort, the goal is entertainment; however, the artists who perform there tend to sing songs meant only for listening rather than for interacting with the audience. Music for dancing and sing-alongs would be much more appropriate for this type of resort. That said, I have to note that the male singer on Monday and the female singer on Saturday did show some of the qualities I mentioned, but they were undoubtedly hindered by the terrible sound quality coming from the microphones and speakers. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you very much.
