Flamingo Beach Resort

The location was further from Levante beach than expected, making it difficult for my disabled parent to leave the resort without mobility scooter.

General cleanliness was not great, obvious residue from previous guests (nose discharge) on the lounge walls. When an item of mine fell between the beds I was unhappy to find when housekeeping was cleaning the rooms rather than discarding of any debris there’s were swept under the bed.

Food selection was not versatile, as someone with a fish allergy it was difficult for myself to eat despite being all inclusive, and the price we paid.

Finally, considering the resort is advertised as adults only I was extremely disappointed in the entertainment - this was very child like with juggling, dancers ect. Again, for the price this is extremely disappointing.

First time in Benidorm. The hotel its self is good, cocktails are pretty decent. And food is actually okay for all inclusive. Definitely the best food I have had in any all inclusive. About 15 minutes from the strip but enough out of the way to not hear anything at night. I take that as a positive. Downfalls of this hotel is unfortunately. A lot of people here reserve sunbeds. Meaning you have to also… other wise, You’re not getting one. The third pool is beautiful. But you have to go through the main hotel to get to it and it only has a self serving bar which is annoying if you want cocktails. Last thing is usually there is only one person making drinks. Which I get, but a little harsh on the worker. I’d say this hotel is worth the money. But depending on what style of holiday you want. It’s definitely a chill out pool hotel. Entertainment is not the best. But I’ll be honest, I don’t really care about that.

We had a great time at this hotel. Group of 3 ranging from ages 27-31. We had such a fab time and made loads of new friends. Everyone was so nice. Our room was good and clean. Air con did start to leak on day 5 but we had had it on a lot. Glad we had a room closer to the ground because I’m not good with heights and could not have been on floor 21. Sky bar is fab, drinks not included but guest price available. Worth a visit. Food was really good, really enjoyed it. Drinks were also good no problems. We loved georgi and Tony! Also big fan of pedro, but everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel were so nice. Would return. 10 minute walk from the main nightlife but that suited us. Taxi if you don’t want to walk for €6 ish. Didn’t catch the name of the lady at reception who helped us with the water park but she was so nice too. You did have to get up for sun loungers, my friend did this at 9. We stayed in the middle pool as it was the most lovely but there is another pool just above that which is a big quieter and if you go out the hotel reception there is another pool which was quiet/calm. I would probably say the entertainment needs some work., don’t provide karaoke and then tell every person that they are too loud so the music wouldn’t work for everyone. Singers were good, I just think there could be more fun to have with this element. But the lady who ran the entertainment worked really hard. Thank you for everything, would return.
