Location was good close to everything atmosphere was average the food was good but the rooms where not very good as needed some mantanice and we stayed here for a week and the bed sheets didn't get changed onced and the room didn't get cleaned all that gone done was the beds made fresh towels and toilet roll every day but no cleaning also there was no snack bar available at the pool areas which was disappointing bar staff not very friendly would not return to this hotel very disappointing for a 4 star
I had the pleasure to stay in this hotel in April as recommended by my travel agent, for a single traveller it was well balanced , clean and friendly. It was then an attractive proposition for my August holiday which was very welcoming being remembered by members of staff especially Noemi and Georgia in the bar area and the restaurant manager . I was impressed by all who work here and for the consistency of service and good habits displayed and practiced by all departments. I will be back.
1st visit to flamingo beach Loved this hotel and already rebooked for next year. My husband is a wheelchair user and even without a modified room we had no issues the rooms are lovely and clean and have loads of room. Upon arrival we asked the hotel to arrange a scooter which we received the next morning. There are plenty of charging ports at the side of hotel. The food in the restaurant is very good we always go all inclusive and this place is one of the best we've tried. When we fancied something different we would go to the titanic just down the road the food and the staff in there are excellent. The hotel has 3 pools and we never had any problems getting a sunbed any time of the day as it's a adults hotel vibe round the pool is very chilled and relaxing. The staff are all amazing especially Noemi she works so hard but always makes time to talk to guests and genuinely enjoys her job she is always smiling. All the staff make an effort to remember people's orders and go that extra mile.
A good location.Only 14 min walk to the seafront.The room was spacious and comfortable.The Hotel was kept very clean.The staff were friendly and worked very hard.Noemi and Georgia in the pool bar were exceptional.Entertainment during the day was reasonable and in the evening all but 3 days very good.The food in the restaurant was varied and to a very good standard.Snacks were also available during the day.Guests were very friendly and made me very welcome as a solo guest.This was my third visit to this Hotel and hope to go again in 2027.
Just returned from a 4 day break. Staff the most friendliest I've ever seen in a hotel anywhere. Food really good and loved that there was a choice of 3 pool areas. Only criticism is I don't think the room was ever cleaned apart from bed made up and towels replaced and strange having a small kitchen area in the room but no plates or cutlery just empty cupboards. Having said that I really enjoyed my stay at flamingo
