Just came back from a 2 week stay at this tremendous hotel. The staff are brilliant, especially Muncho at dining room, Pedro roof top bar staff. The receptionists, but apart from them all the manageress was brilliant, this is when I got caught hook line and sinker regarding the search for the Flamingo Stone. She was amazing. Everything this hotel had to offer was perfect. Will be back again next year for the 4th time.
Such a great stay. Staff were amazing especially Tony and Sandra. Sandra did all the entertainment and she was a lovely pleasant woman always made everyone feel accomplished. Would definitely come back. They left a birthday gift in our room for my birthday as well such a cute touch
Lovely service from all the staff in the all inclusive, but particularly spectacular care and friendliness from Tony, Sandra Giorgi and Jaines. They were always happy to assist us and answer any questions. Always kind and made us feel welcome.
My experience at the flamingo beach resort was astonishing the staff are some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen including Georgi very approachable and great to talk to. Tony brings an incredible vibe and is always smiling always happy to see me . James is very appreciative and has a nice personality
Just returned from a 4 day break. Staff the most friendliest I've ever seen in a hotel anywhere. Food really good and loved that there was a choice of 3 pool areas. Only criticism is I don't think the room was ever cleaned apart from bed made up and towels replaced and strange having a small kitchen area in the room but no plates or cutlery just empty cupboards. Having said that I really enjoyed my stay at flamingo
