You think you know a holiday destination and then it surprises you? The Dynastic Hotel is one of Benidorm's most unique hotels. It's got a great range of four star facilities and an excellent location, just a short stroll from the golden sands at Levante Beach. So far so good - and just what you want from a Costa Blanca hotel. But the Dynastic Hotel represents the modern face of Benidorm. Take a look at that wonderfully colourful exterior and the sleek, minimalist interior - quite stunning.
The Dynastic Hotel is a great base for a holiday to remember. There's just so much to do here...
You can choose from a choice of pools, or indulge yourself at the stunning Spa and Wellness centre, including a well-equipped gym. There are some wonderfully tempting treatments on offer at the Spa - and the hotel even has its own beauty salon too. There's an excellent restaurant and two great bars - don't miss out on a cocktail at the Piano bar.
As you'd expect of such a fine four star hotel, en suite rooms at the Dynastic Hotel are all air conditioned and come with extra amenities, including satellite TV, radio, hair dryer, mini bar* and safe.*
Make sure you get out and take a stroll along the smooth, sandy Levante Beach too. And if you really want to make the most of the unhurried holiday life, we recommend you stop off along the way for snack or a drink at one of the many popular bars and restaurants.
The TV room and bars are all great places to gather with family and friends. The Dynastic Hotel has a nice community feel to it - and is a great example of modern Benidorm at its best.

From its colourful exterior right the way through to its bright and minimalist interior, the Dynastic Hotel is a sleek and modern property with a great deal to offer. As well as an exceptional range of facilities, the hotel benefits from a brilliant location as it's just minutes from the popular stretch of golden sand at Levante beach with its bars, shops and restaurants.
After a few lengths in one of the hotel's many pools, when its time to unwind, there's a difficult choice to make; relax with a cocktail in the piano bar or a visit to the Spa & Wellness centre for a treatment or two. However you prefer to spend your time away, a stay at the Dynastic Hotel promises to be a holiday to remember.
This hotel is completely different to the pictures advertised and most definitely not a 4 star. Pool area is tiny and shabby, gets really busy and crowded by the afternoon in the tiny pool that’s not advertised! Food is average, nothing special. They give you tokens for you to get a cup which you have to keep remembering to bring every time you want a drink. Lifts are annoying at first takes a while to get the drift. Staff are friendly and the location is good not too far from the beach. Rooms are tired and dated, cleaning hardly done just a change of towels and bed made. I never had any toilet roll in my room when I checked in, the phone didn’t work so I had to go to reception to ask then still didn’t receive any so had to ask again! Bathroom stunk of sewage, back door didn’t lock which was not great being on my own with a 4 year old it didn’t feel safe. Overall this hotel is a 3 star at best and I would not recommend
This hotel is a hazard to health and safety—it should be shut down immediately!!! We had a room on the 15th floor; the balcony railing was loose and posed a life-threatening risk!!! The room's air conditioning barely worked, and there was visible mold on the vents — Mold on the bathroom door!!! = a serious health and safety hazard!!! The high-voltage wall box was cracked and full of dust inside—one short circuit could cause a fire!!! It was sweltering throughout the hotel! The AC in the stairwells wasn't working at all, and the thermometer in the elevator read 60°C!!! No large towels in the room; we had to ask for them at reception!! Housekeeping didn't replenish the shampoo or soap—we had to ask for those at reception too!!! A total disaster—I do not recommend it!!!
We had a really enjoyable stay at the Dynastic Hotel and I’d definitely say it’s worth considering if you’re looking for somewhere in a great location in Benidorm.
We checked in quite late and, completely honestly, there was a bit of confusion with our room booking. I had accidentally booked a triple and a double when what I actually needed was a 1 and 4 arrangement — my mistake! The hotel did, however, make sure my dad was placed on a lower floor as I had requested, which I really appreciated.
The following day, we upgraded to a bigger room and it was SO worth it. Having that extra space made such a difference, especially for a family.
The food was probably one of the biggest positives for me. There are different themed nights and there was always plenty of choice. And the nachos and cheese were absolutely to die for! 😂 The restaurant staff work incredibly hard and deserve a special mention.
I actually stayed at the Dynastic about 10 years ago, and I have to say I think the food has definitely improved since then.
The staff are a bit hit and miss. The gentleman on the bar was absolutely lovely and always friendly, although the woman working there could be quite miserable at times. That said, most of our interactions with the staff were perfectly fine.
The location is brilliant. The Bank is a great bar and is really close by, and you’re not far from everything you need. We also hired e-bikes and cycled all along the coast, which was honestly one of the best days of the holiday. 🚲🌊 Definitely something I’d recommend doing!
Yes, the pool is small — but to be fair, a lot of hotel pools in Benidorm are! It didn’t really bother us because there’s so much else to do. One thing is though they don’t have outdoor pool toilets though which I found a bit unhygienic.
One thing I really didn’t like, though, was the reptile show. I know it’s intended to be entertainment, but I felt uncomfortable seeing some of the animals kept in what appeared to be very small boxes/containers. This really needs looking at, as the welfare and space provided for the animals should be a priority. I wouldn’t want to see animals kept in cramped conditions simply for entertainment.
Overall, I’d happily return. It’s not a perfect hotel and there are definitely a few things that could be improved, but the location, food, room upgrade and hardworking restaurant staff made for a really enjoyable stay. For the price, I think it’s a good option, especially if you’re planning to get out and explore Benidorm rather than spend your whole holiday around the pool.
Ignore the haters on here, when we first booked this we rushed and done a last minute booking, I quickly scanned the reviews which were hit and miss and just went with it as we had a cheap deal, I then saw the tick too reviews and panicked! In actual fact this hotel is brilliant for families! It’s very clean, food is brilliant with loads to choose from, and different every day! Entertainment was top class, all the staff were great, we are quite a fussy family but all really enjoyed our stay here! I’d 100% stay again if a decent deal came up.
My only downside would be that the aircon in the rooms were virtually none existent and the pool is a little on the small side but it still decent enough and clean! Some days could also be a nightmare trying to find sunbeds as people just get there first thing and dump their towels on and go out for the day meaning people who want to just chill in the hotel have to go without which I found a little frustratin. Other than that ignore the bad reviews because all in all this is a great hotel!
Food is great, no complaints. Shout out to ulises and alba
