This superb hotel is located on one of the main avenues of Benidorm. The hotel is situated just a few metres away from the beautiful Levante Beach and is within easy access of a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Benidorm centre and the charming old town are situated just a 20 minutes' walking distance away. Guests are welcomed into an elegantly-styled lobby which exudes an air of calm and tranquility. Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have been visiting The Don Pancho for years. Everything is how a hotel should be. Lovely comfortable bedroom. Fantastic sea views. The dining room is very warm & comfortable, lovely table clothes. You can always find something to eat & enjoy. Your evening entertainment is enjoyable, bar staff are always pleasant. We have booked again for 2027.
We have stayed at this amazing hotel several times and can't wait to return very soon. Definitely the best hotel in Benidorm - wonderfully helpful staff. delicious food every meal {we were on half board} and the hotel is exceptionally clean - think all staff deserve a pay rise. Looking forward to our next visit.
Brilliant hotel. Location very handy. Staff excellent couldn't do enough. Natalia & Raymond went above and beyond with their customer service. Beverages and food prices are very reasonable. We had a 15th floor room view was superb and the cleaning staff were excellent too. Have rebooked to return next year.
Can recommend Don Pancho 100%. The best hotel in Benidorm. I have stayed here 7 times and never been disappointed. All the staff are amazing the hotel is kept spotless,good fab great choice at every meal,no problem getting a sun bed ,great location.
First class hotel. Modern, exceptionally clean, food is excellent. As soon as you enter the grounds, it looks upmarket. When you enter the reception it looks luxurious and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and modern.
