Best hotel in Benidorm
We had a fabulous time in Benidorm while staying at the stunning Don Pancho Hotel. Everything was close by, the room was freshly cleaned every day, the staff looked after us and the man who looked after our sun lounge experience was just class, highly recommend The Don Pancho Hotel.
Amazing Hotel
We stayed here in August as a family of 6. Two elderly parents and two teenagers as well as my husband and I. We had two people with food allergies and was concerned about being half board. However, the staff in the resturant and the chef was absolutely fantastic seeing to our needs. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing, friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms had sea views and very clean rooms with everything we needed. Entertainment was good each night. Everything about this hotel was amazing.

Such a pleasure to stay in this hotel
There is a very wide choice of food at the restaurant. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly, helpful, and always available to assist, including the entrance guards, cleaning staff, waiters and waitresses, and reception team. A special thanks to Raymond! The beds in the rooms are very comfortable. The air-conditioned gym is open 24 hours a day, making it easy to exercise at any time. The hotel is located in the ‘guiri’ area, a lively and animated part of Benidorm.

Hotel Don Pancho Made Our Stay Unforgettable
We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Hotel Don Pancho, and it was truly a sensational experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
Before our arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask if they could do something special for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived, we were delighted to find a lovely birthday card, sweets, and a bottle of champagne waiting for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made his day extra special.
The hotel’s location is perfect — it is just at the back of the nightlife, so you are close enough to enjoy everything, but far enough away that you cannot hear any noise from your room. This made it easy to relax and get a peaceful night’s sleep.
The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and excellent service made our holiday unforgettable. We would highly recommend Hotel Don Pancho and hope to return again in the future.
