Fantastic friendly hotel
Just back from a 10 day holiday and what a fantastic hotel. Stayed in room 503 and our friends were in 504. They were beautifully clean with really comfortable beds and pillows. Really clean spacious bathroom with clean towels everyday if you wished. Breakfast was lovely and accommodated for everyone. We were bed & breakfast so can’t comment on meals. The staff were all really lovely and friendly. The pool was a little small but I wasn’t there to do laps so great for a dip to cool off. A massive shoutout to Stefan who looked after everyone, from getting you a bed if you couldn’t find one to making sure you had plenty of shade if that’s what you needed. And most importantly to make sure no one reserved beds, he was polite and respectful and would move towels if anyone tried to. The snack area served lovely fresh food and we had lunch there a couple of times. The staff worked really hard and were lovely and friendly. Great location, more in the new area but only a 15/20 minute walk to the old town. Would definitely recommend the Don Pancho for a great, relaxing holiday 10/10

Best hotel I have ever been in at Benidorm. Could not fault it in anyway. Definitely come back here.
Brilliant hotel
Honestly a great hotel. All the staff are great and very friendly, rooms are clean with good views especially the higher you are. Considering it's on the doorstep of the bars we couldn't hear too much noise at all but we were on the 17th floor. The only slight downside we found was the pool isn't the biggest and it can get quite full, not a lot they can do about that though. The high ratings for this hotel are fully deserved.
