My wife and I have just returned from a 10 night break at the Deloix and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is excellent and has all of the facilities you require, including three pool areas, sauna, gym, games room, paddle courts, and several bars, all of which are kept immaculate by the staff. The pool areas were big, with loads of comfy sun loungers available at all times. The room was very spacious and looked out onto the inner hotel courtyard which was also a lovely place to sit in after eating in the hotel restaurant. Our stay was on a half board basis and we were really happy with the food on offer. There was a large variety of freshly cooked food at each sitting and the options available changed on a regular basis. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Benidorm and 20 minute walk from the beach and strip, so is an ideal location for someone with those requirements. Special thanks must be given to the very attentive lady receptionist who checked us in and also arranged us a late check out. Thanks to all for a great stay.
Amazing hotel Fantastic pool area Decent food Bottled water available all the time Drinks were great- we did pay the surplus for cocktails and it was worth it The strip and beach is about a 20 minute walk away but there’s loads of bars 5 minutes away Bus stops right outside My only slight niggle is there isn’t enough umbrellas per sun bed

Just returned from another visit and once again had a lovely time. We have stayed here many times and the staff are always helpful and polite, the rooms big, clean and quite (very important to me) beds are really good and pillows lovely and soft. the food is also good, people need to remember this is a Spanish Hotel, you are not gong to get English Pub food here! The pools and the pool area are again spacious and clean, with life guards in attendance. The buses into the center and Altea / Albir stop just outside the hotel but it is a distance to the beach if you walk. The Hotel caters for all nationalities with many Spanish staying there, they also have Spanish Weddings, I would say that British people are a minority. Perhaps if you want an hotel that is full of British with a full english menu than perhaps its not for you but we WILL be back again a.s.a.p. If I could give it a score of 4.5 instead of 4 I would
We recently stayed for a week, and all in all it was a good week but a few points definitely let the place down. The staff were all very polite and attentive - we had multiple issues with lifts breaking down, hairdryers sparking and not all amenities which were supposed to be in the room actually provided, but when flagged they were sorted. The food selection was quite poor in my opinion - compared to other 4* hotels the choice lacked in the buffet restaurant and the food at the snack bar wasn't great quality. There was just about something to suit everyone's taste but variety was extremely limited which was a shame. We went all inclusive and I have to say this is possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in for all inclusive. The majority of cocktails were not included and even some of the hot drinks - there seemed to be a big focus on upselling which isn't great when you've already paid large amounts for the holiday package, pertaining to be all inclusive, which should be viewed as a very loose interpretation of the term by anyone looking to book here. Whilst the level of cleanliness was very good, the attention to detail of the housekeepers was again lacking. They appear very reluctant to replenish anything in the rooms.. it seems you need to entirely run out of toilet paper before they supply more, and despite being told on arrival that the tea tray will be replenished to the tune of 2 tea and 2 coffee per day, it was only replenished one during the week and they didn't even change the clearly used/dirty mugs. The pool and outdoor area was great and our 10 year old loved the indoor pool when the sun got too much. In terms of entertainment- daytime entertainment was poor; a very lazy animation team who put next to no effort into creating an atmosphere in the day - activities were not 'advertised'; they just tended to stand gormlessly until people floated over to them to join in, meaning that unless you were actively looking, you wouldn't know anything was due to be happening. Evening entertainment was equally poor - some very lackluster tribute acts who left a lot to be desired and a magician with zero charisma. I would certainly suggest seeing Trivium at the Benidorm Palace if you want some proper entertainment - a late night but well worth it. Overall, it gave us the break in the sun with a pool that we were looking for but I wouldn't reccommend this hotel as there are far better out there. In my opinion more a 2/3 star - certainly not worthy of 4*.
