Night staff awful
Would have been a five star review except for the early morning we were leaving . We booked an early morning breakfast before the restaurant was open . The person on reception was very rude and clearly didn't like the fact he was being disturbed from his routine for doing nothing . Wasn't just with us was also with other guests . Otherwise was a fantastic stay .. great rooms ,food,and staff were great 'except for one ' . A shame really as it put a negative spin on a lovely place .

have to say had amazing 6nights here couldnt find fault went all inclusive when we got there food very good great choice all dy chips pizza hotdogs toasties all freshly cooked easy walk to the strip hotel room spotless cleaned every day will definitely be back
Nice Pool
Hotel is nice. Around a 20 minute walk to the main strip. Pool is a nice size, small queue in the morning if people wanted specific beds but otherwise would always be beds free. Kids also enjoyed the indoor pool but bring swim hats unless you want to purchase them from the hotel. I did feel the animation team had very little time for English speaking people. It's so hard to understand them when they're speaking through the microphone, when playing bingo they said the number once & half the time we couldn't hear what they said so they really need to repeat the numbers. Aqua aerobics again, they just spoke Spanish so didn't have a clue what they were saying. Music around the pool would be very welcome by everyone, not as loud as Aqua aerobics but it could definitely do with background music. Food is ok in the restaurant, there wasn't a huge choice though. Pool bar food isn't great & if you order a burger ask for it not pink. Ours came out medium rare so I couldn't eat it. We asked for another one well done for our son, it was even cut into by the chef to check but it was still pink. Sandra who performed twice when we were there just makes up most of the words to the English spoken songs so it's honestly cringy watching her perform & wondering why no one is really getting involved.
Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, food was really nice, we stayed for 5 days full board and was not disappointed 😊 staff were very polite and friendly, pool area was very clean plenty of sun beds, booked again to go in September 😊 Thank you deloux hotel.

Everything and mostly all staff were exceptional, food great, cleanliness fantastic, roof top pool a bonus Only downside restaurant ran like a dictatorship, not allowed to take food out which is ok but not allowed to take coffee out to sit and relax in foyer and this is my only complaint need rectified
