Staff not friendly at all unless your spanish. We felt very out of place and we are very friendly. The drinks are disgusting, very cheap coke and just not drinkable!! Can have branded soft drinks/alcohol if you pay for it but as all inclusive we have paid before! Many cockroaches seen running riot around the lobby bar!! For what we wanted and for the 3 days we were there, we made do but I would not return and would be mortified if I turned up for a family holiday. Told on arrival that we are entitled to breakfast and lunch on departure day, to be told on the departure day that all inclusive ends at 12pm!
The hotel is clean most of the staff were really nice especially on reception. The staff in the food area were not so nice I saw a couple of incidents how they spoke to people. The pool is so small you can not swim the sun loungers are old and uncomfortable need updating. Our room was had mold around the air conditioning and ceiling the posts hadn't even been plastered. It was supposed to be a superior room but was very small. If you have all inclusive you can't use that in the other 2 hotels you need to pay for your drinks the pools are a bit bigger though. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are too low. Wouldn't recommend this 3*
Good location for Old Town, close to beach. Rooms are basic with good shower, there was a kettle but nothing else to make a drink with. Broken bed side table when we arrived, wasn't replaced, cleaner just left the broken leg on top of the table. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, however hot food was not hot and there is a need for more coffee machines to.avoid queues. Didn't use pools or bar. Check in was efficient and polite staff.
Quiet hotel slightly away from beach front, close enough to enjoy the walk, far enough to have some peace to relax
You simply can not fault the staff they work tirelessly hard all throughout your stay form morning till night!
