We have been going to the hotel since 1997 and the food has always been excellent, it has got better over the years. The hotel's best asset though is it's staff who we have got to know over the years especially Juan Miguel, Rocio, Jose, Pepe and Miguel Angel, they all work so hard. However - and this is a message for the hotel's owners - you charge extra for superior rooms (I visited in June with my daughter and September/October with my husband) which are nice but not exceptional, just the standard you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The problem lies with your standard rooms which are more in keeping with a 2 or 3 star establishment. They are long overdue for an upgrade. Finally, your wifi reception is woeful and charging 30€ for the safe for 17 nights (and we would not have got our deposit back this morning if I hadn't asked) in this day and age is bad practice imo.
Amazing location. Great friendly, welcoming staff. Food was lovely and the pool bar prices are reasonable. Couldn't fault a thing. This would definitely be a first choice when re-booking
This was my second stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and it helped that my room was ready right away. The cleaning staff came to my room every day to leave fresh towels and tidy up. And the room itself was spacious and had everything that I would need for a 7 night stay ( fridge, kettle, assortment of tea and coffee). The hotel is absolutely spotless and even though I didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel bar or pool area, from my previous stay I know these are excellent facilities too. Now onto the location. You couldn't be better placed to explore the old town of Benidorm or if the new town and it's nightlife is more your thing, then it is only a 15mins walk or short taxi ride into the heart of Benidorm . A fabulous hotel that I hope to visit again next year. 10/10. Mark.
Good hotel, very close to Levante beach and the old town but still in a quiet location. There is a small incline of 3 minutes walk to the hotel. There is a large Mercadona supermarket 5 minute walk above the hotel. Seems to have alot of groups of mature persons staying in the hotel, probably as it was in September. There is entertainment in the evening.
Hotel is very clean, the food is good quality and there is a good choice for every meal.
The pool is a good enough size but shaded due to the taller hotel in front but there are more sun loungers on the 1st and 8th floor roof top terrace but no umbrellas. Pool towel is available for €15 deposit.
The superior room with side sea view has good amenities, airconditioning, plenty storage and clothes hangers, toilteries (no conditioner), coffee machine and fridge. The bed and pillows are comfy. No iron in the room.
Booking directly with the hotel, you get a welcome drink, free room safe (still pay €10 deposit) and late check out after 12pm but only when available. There is a luggage storage room. You can use the shower in the gym if needed before returning to the airport. The shower is a standard frosted glass shower in the changing rooms in the gym.
Any issues we had were addressed after time.

A well-located hotel. Lovely, tidy rooms. A very good mattress – I have osteoarthritis and got up in the morning without any back pain. We only had breakfast, but there’s more than enough choice. A friendly and warm welcome at reception. Every member of staff at this hotel is genuinely friendly. The room was always cleaned thoroughly. Two minor drawbacks: the water in the swimming pool was really cold. As for the TV, there were only a few Spanish channels. Perhaps they could consider adding a few English-language channels. If you’re heading to Benidorm, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for the excellent service. Christina Verhaegen
