This beautiful beach hotel was designed exclusively for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. It enjoys a marvellous location on a hillside in the Rincon de Loix district, a quiet residential area of Benidorm. The hotel is surrounded by tropical gardens and is only 700 m from Levante beach. Public transportation links are at the hotel's doorstep and there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs are to be found a mere 500 m away. This is a great place for a relaxing, sunny holiday.
We enjoyed our second stay at the Hotel Benidorm East and, once again, found it to be a good base for a holiday in Benidorm. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout, and our room was kept clean during our stay. The rooms are perhaps looking a little tired in places, but this is reflected in the price and, for what we paid, we felt it offered good value for money. Everything was clean and comfortable, which is what matters most to us. The housekeeping team were friendly and did a great job, while the reception team were also welcoming, helpful and polite whenever we dealt with them. The hotel is up a fairly steep hill, although we already knew this from our previous visit, and the location works well for us. Overall, we had another enjoyable stay and would happily consider returning again. A good-value hotel with friendly staff and a clean, well-kept environment.
I’ll start with the good,beds were very comfortable room was clean,security man had his hands full with noisy people at night he kept them quiet!now the bad points the pool..I didn’t see it get cleaned once it was dirty,food wasn’t great I just stayed in bed and skipped breakfast!Overall had a pleasant stay
Currently here and the hotel from the outside looks great . Rooms are tired and could with a up grade . I don’t actually much about this as long as it’s clean but it’s not . The floors are filthy and bathroom toilet has faeces around the outside of the bowl. I have asked them to clean but nothing yet. That’s why I have given them a low rating.
Visited on the 6 September for 4 nights bed and breakfast. I was mindful of the previous reviews. The hotel is nice, breakfast was very busy and waiting for lifts was a bit hard at times and only aloud 2 people 3 mqx in at a time. Food was not great but always found something to eat but only used twice as found cheap to eat out. The hotel was too far out but there is a bus from the hotel to the beach and can return on that but stops for 3 hours on an afternoon and doesn't run after 8pm.Taxi was 5 min drive and cost around 5.00 euros on a night from the strip back to the hotel .Found hotel very expensive for drinks a spirit and mixer was just over 10.50 euros but people paid it as you would. The pool was nice and was looked after, the rooms was ok and cleaned everyday, did notice though the other side of the hotel was very noisy and had alot of younger people wanting to party all day and night but we was too far to hear them properly thank god. It was an average but clean hotel and yes if the price was right i would return for a few days only.
Unfortunately there is not much positive to say about this hotel. The rooms are run down. The food is mediocre. The staff not very helpful nor friendly. Stayed with friends, and honestly the only one that got any sleep during our stay was the one sleeping without his heading aid. Would never return, nor recommend.
