Stayed here for 2 weeks in July 2026.
Quick Review. Rooms Great but not lots of storage. Shower fantastic but the way it was set up it left lots of water on bathroom floor.
Fridge really small. Views from 9th floor at the back fantastic.
The Hotel caters for large groups of people and TBH I personally didn't like it. From one group playing their own radio with dance music loud, To plenty of Rowdy/loudness and drinking in the pool itself. It's the way Benidorm in itself is going but its not what I was looking for in a hotel.
The pool area was the worst we've encountered in Benidorm. It wasn't cleaned well. Always Bird poop all over the beds and floor and tidying when the messy people left always took for ages. So rubbish everywhere. The pool in itself was a bit grimy, but it was a decent shape and sized pool.
Food was alright. Breakfast generally undercooked. The Hash browns were generally raw.
Not a great choice food wise but to be expected with the size of the hotel. The staff in the restaurant were always on top of general cleanliness.
The Lifts were awfully slow. Took forever to open and always water dripping from the ceiling. Air Con in reception/lobby and lifts switched off whenever the hotel felt like it.
Overall it was a suitable. Not convinced I would use again. Generally due to the group bookings, which as anyone can see benidorm is changing so that side of things IMO can only get worse
Perfectly situated for Old/New town. The Beach, Bars......
Family and friends birthday break
Had a lovely holiday here! Very clean, nice food and a great location. Not too far from the new town and about 5 minutes from old town. Pool was a lovely temperature. Rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very nice. The atmosphere was quiet and calm/ no music round pool, a great place if you want to relax. Good value for money and a lovely hotel compared to others in Benidorm. Would recommend if coming to Benidorm.
Good time
Great location, everything needed within minutes of us. Staff were great but the buffet wasn’t the best and the showers were awful, the bathroom flooded constantly as the shower seals Didn’t work.
The best hotel in the best location
This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. We love it here.
Location: Perfectly positioned at the very start of the strip/Calle Gerona. Right by a selection of bars and restaurants, a few mins from the beach, and 10 mins walk to the old town.
Staff: Reception are very friendly, organised and went above and beyond with their friendliness, allocating a room to meet our requests and always were available to help. We requested pool/sea view and got a great corner room (610) with a view of the pool and sea in the distance. We always prefer a high floor which I would say is floor 6 or above.
Hotel: Probably the best swimming pool we've been to, as its just the right size, very clean and tidy sunloungers, plenty of tables and chairs, nice little pool bar and it gets the sun all day. Rooms are very clean and tidy with daily maid service, great size, spacious, with everything you need. Breakfast is nice, airy restaurant and daily cava/prosecco each morning. Very quiet at night in the hotel (when you're sleeping/etc), great aircon and a decent shower.
If you're looking for a hotel right in between old town, the strip, and the beach, this is a great choice. We've been to Benidorm 10 times now and it's our favourite. I would say it's suited to couples in their 30s and above, and smaller group of friends wanting a chilled base, as its not a party hotel.

Clean well located hotel
We recently stayed at the hotel for the first time for our friends birthday celebration. The hotel is a good central location. The hotel overall was very clean, some of the staff were friendly and some not so in our experience. The rooms were spacious we were on the top floor back view. Lifts are slow sometimes with the air con switched on and other times off. The lobby and restaurant were regularly without air con during meal times/high temperatures which were not pleasant. Swimming pool was great and always plenty of loungers especially on the higher deck area. Our room wasn't cleaned one of the days. Breakfast was the main let down, very little variety and the food quality and temperature wasn't great. Adults only was a bonus and the air con in the rooms overall worked well. We would consider a future stay
