This beautiful hotel is located in Benidorm's tourist centre, only 2 km from the town centre, which is filled with boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There are public transportation links in front of the hotel and there is an excellent golf course just 12 km away. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled, family holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun. However, hen and stag parties are not allowed at the hotel.

You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools and a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location ok, poor atmosphere like a time share if you don't no anybody ignored looked down upon snobs r us hotel, hotel all good , but can't wait to leave , made to feel very unwelcome, if you don't know any one avoid like the plague,like a stuck up time share village.
We where recommended this Hotel , clean enough rooms , everything was not for us , the pool area was a dump, people Queing to get a sun bed , jam packed in like sardines , so we never went near , it is right on the strip so it was very noisy , we upgraded to full board , but after the first breakfast, we never went back , we will not be back
The hotel is perfect, you cannot fault it. The new spa though, the staff aren’t good. I had planned to book a number of treatments throughout my stay though was served by Tatiana on two occasions who was very rude and dismissive, resulting in me spending no time in the spa. Such a shame as the facilities look amazing but aren’t welcoming at all,
I wouldn’t stay in this hotel if you paid me I haven’t been in the pool all the 10 days there’s only step ladders in the pool which are very lose and the last step is low for getting out food was a bit rubbish stayed on soup most of the week or gone out for food the staff are nice and the rooms are clean but I definitely wouldn’t stay again especially on the strip I will go to hotel s that have a walk in the pool I feel sorry for the elderly and disabled people who think they are going to this hotel and when they get there they can’t go swimming
I travelled with 3 friends for a 5 night break at the beginning of September. We had 2 rooms which were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided.. We were Half Board. I’m a vegetarian and most of the time there was plenty of choice. Best to avoid 7pm when the evening meal service commenced as lots of queues. After that it was better. Trying to find 4 sunloungers mid morning proved a bit challenging. However there a member of staff who solely works by the pool and he will help if you’re in any difficulty. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he sits next to the stage. There was a member of staff called Jesus who works in the Tropical bar during the day who went above and beyond my expectations., From the first day he came up to us whilst we were sunbathing and asked if we needed anything, then got our drinks. The snack bar was fine for food at lunchtime and very quick, Unfortunately there is a negative that needs addressing: The steps to both pools need updating, There were a lot of people who were unable to use the pool because the last step was too far away from the pool edge. It seemed easier to get in but impossible for them to get out without help. Not ideal when you’re on holiday and want to use the pool at your leisure. It was very hot (mid 30s) when we were there and this was a big problem. I think a lot of people would not return to the hotel for this reason. It’s a shame as the hotel really is in a great location, There is potential for the pool to be altered and have a walk in area from the little pool. I would recommend the hotel if the pool issue was resolved.
