Fantastic all inclusive
Absolutely brilliant all inclusive hotel lots of good food branded drinks clean hotel excellent location really friendly guests and staff we will definitely be back
Ruined by sickness bug .
First of all, I feel this hotel is targeted at over 50s. The friendliest guests I have spent time with but definitely caters more for older clientele .
Secondly, there is a serious bug going around the hotel to the point I think it needs to be shut and isolated for a week to try and stop it. My friend and I were both terribly ill with sickness and diarrhoea. It ruined multiple days of our holiday and every second person at the hotel had it. We had genuine concerns for elderly guests as many had to get a doctor.
The hotel staff were lovely. Really kind and helpful and worked there socks off. They did not stop but also didn’t seem to be enough of them. They were also very considerate in their aftercare when we were unwell.
Drinks are great all branded but only one bar. The food was not to our taste but a lot of guests said to us the food was okay.
Rating seems harsh as the location of hotel is good, staff are lovely and we did enjoy our holiday. However, we would not return due to being so unwell at the beginning and the number of people with the same issue.
A great all round experience
Just at the end of our last day our second visit to the Agua Azul. It has been another excellent stay the staff the food and the management all good. It was great to see the manager being very hands on with sunbeds ensuring nobody left towels o and walked away hoping to be back soon thanks for a great stay.
Food poisoned
Travelled with a cousin. For 10 nights A/I got sick on the 4th day . Sickness &diarrhea both of us .had to get a doctor .never are in hotel for the rest of our stay .came home 10th July I still have diarrhea called my GP this morning got an appointment
Another lovely holiday
Visited many times and felt this was weber Pilar does a brilliant job particularly with the sun beds. She helps to make everyone’s holiday special nothing is too much trouble See you soon
