Great location , near both old town and new town ( nice part of the strip in new town very near as is tapas ally in old town ) on arrival receptionist Lena was excellent and made the process of checking in easy. Our room was great with everything we needed in it ( even enough hangers for the wife.!) the amenities are excellent too. The pool and pool bar was very good, the staff excellent. The dining room was well managed even though it was self service the food was replenished regularly. Always something to have. The all inclusive is one of the best I’ve known. Even down to giving you a bottle excellent red wine if you wished rather than having to go back and to the bar. It was also very good to see the manager Pilar daily walking around talking to guests as well as ensuring all standards were being maintained too
Great hotel, location, food, staff and facilities. We were there last week and had a great time. Food was hot with lots of choice at every sitting. Small queue for sunbeds but we got some without having to queue. Pool was lovely but hardly anyone used it. Glass partition is ok, the sink is behind it and the shower out of site behind that. Toilet is desperate with a sliding opaque door but cannot see people in it.
Excellent hotel ,the food was always served hot with plenty of choice. The pool area was reasonably quiet the music wasn’t too loud,bedrooms are comfortable. Good choice of branded spirits the staff were great in all departments nothing too much trouble for them.The rooms are comfy and a decent size beds ok, didn’t like the glass partition though. The hotel is in a handy position for the old town and food street. All in all a decent hotel.
Due to Holiday company providing me with incorrect phone number and neglecting to provide the check in details, I was able to resolve the issue with the help from Angela on reception. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond for me. Can't thank her enough, she saved our holiday!
